Your daily habits play a huge role in your mood. Your morning + night routines, how you speak/think yourself, what you read, what you eat, who you share your energy with, and so on. Be mindful, and take care of yourself.

Do you ever feel like you've outgrown yourself? Your appearance doesn't look like you and it has nothing in common with the person you are inside your head.

September 30th... it's been another month and it's hard to see beyond the failures. But I'm going to try and focus on some positives.
1) I did move a lot more this month than last month. I'm enjoying going to the gym (though I can't comfortably go on days when I binge, and today I'm upset that I can't end the month with more movement because I'm currently immobile from my full stomach...sigh.) Moving and getting exercise does me good, and I want to continue with it because it's one good thing for my health that I can actually feel in control of.
2) I'm tracking food again. It's hard to say if this is necessarily a positive, but it is helpful to see just how massive my binges are (or is it? Does it just let me set a new bingeing precedent? Like "my last binge was xxx calories so it's okay if this one is xxx+100 calories"? Who's to say.)
3) I'm trying to branch out into new hobbies. New apps, new music, etc. What I need, though, is something that will genuinely distract me enough to help prevent binges. I'm optimistic that I might have found one solution in TikTok but I want more options.
I wish I had been able to stick to my other September goals, but alas. Tomorrow starts a new month again and I'll give it another go.
Three meals a day, moving more, and finding hobbies. And no bingeing.

Things can turn out differently to how you imagined but still be incredible and fulfilling. Don’t let the idea of what you thought your life should be ruin the life you’re living.

Sometimes you fall off the wagon for months. Sometimes you tell yourself you’re gonna start fresh on Monday and by Wednesday you’ve already fallen back off. Sometimes you have to restart a 100 times and it’s frustrating. But it will be okay. You can do this. One day at a time

PSA:
👉🏼You CAN NOT outexercise a poor diet. 👈🏼
No amount of cardio will balance out copious amounts of junk food.
Be mindful of what you put in your body in the first place.

How many new lows can I hit. It’s honestly exhausting. I don’t know what else to do. I hate that I’m doing this to myself, and I hate how it makes me feel. I want to stop, but clearly simply wanting is not enough.
I’m not sure where else to go. Do I need accountability? Now that I feel I hit a new low, should I go back to Brain Over Binge and see if the principles stick this time? Do I vow not to spend any money this weekend to avoid buying any binge food? I’m at a loss. I’m tired, and I’m at a loss.
