Have I rambled about this before? Yes.

Am I going to continue anyway? Also yes.

I love Nagisa I love Shiranami Nagisa so much he's so good and I adore him he deserves the entire world and I genuinely hope he becomes the best chef in the entire world in the Honeyworks universe.

He's just a hardworking himbo 😊 he's so kind to his peers and isn't afraid to stand up against lipxlip at all. In fact, while most people would cringe if lipxlip glared at them, Nagisa just glares right back. He's a king. Put them in their places, sir, don't take their bullshit.

And not to mention him and Hiyori...they're so precious it puts me into tears...how can you not love them?

They think so lowly of themselves with Nagisa hoping to be Hiyori's Prince Charming and Hiyori wanting to be a Cinderella, both unaware that they are already the prince and Cinderella of each others dreams.

They hold each other in a high standard, with Hiyori being worried about not looking cute enough for Nagisa, and Nagisa feeling as though he's simply not good enough for Hiyori.

And yet, despite all of that, they remain strong friends. They're sweet, they're loving, they wholeheartedly understand each other without anything needing to be said...and both can find joy in things like running.

Everyone in Honeyworks has "that one person" who truly understands them, and for Hiyori and Nagisa, that is each other. They know each other's flaws, their insecurities, their likes and dislikes, and they do everything without judgment, like a real couple does.

There's nothing between these two but pure, unadulterated love and support.

With Nagisa, Hiyori knows that, because of him, she can feel like a true heroine, even if she wants to hold off on romance for now.

And with Hiyori, Nagisa has someone true and genuine who won't ever leave his side, and will be his #1 supporter for his dream of being a chef.

They aren't just Prince Charming and Cinderella, they are simply Nagisa and Hiyori, and that in itself is beautiful.
