Valentine's Day cookies that are S.W.A.K. Sealed With A Kiss are a delightful way to express your love. They're ideal for sharing with someone special because of their buttery texture and charming heart shapes.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Red food coloring. Heart-shaped cookie cutters. Powdered sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a different bowl until it is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix them together until a dough forms. Split the dough in half. To one half, add red food coloring and mix until you get the color you want. Put each piece of dough in plastic wrap and put them in the fridge for at least an hour. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Cut cookies out of both white and colored dough in the shape of a heart. Put the cookies with the shapes cut out of them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. The cookies should cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cookies when they are cool. Enjoy these sweet treats with your family and friends.

Spice up your popcorn game with this Mexican-inspired twist. The combination of chili powder, cumin, garlic, and paprika gives this snack a delicious kick that will keep you coming back for more. Optional toppings like lime zest, cotija cheese, and cilantro add even more flavor complexity.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Salt, to taste. Optional: lime zest, grated cotija cheese, chopped cilantro.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Place kernels of popcorn in the pot and cover it with a lid. To guarantee uniform popping, shake the pot from time to time. To make sure all of the kernels have popped, take the pot off the heat source once the popping slows down and allow it to sit for a minute. Combine the paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt in a small bowl. After drizzling the popcorn with the spice mixture, toss to ensure even coating. If desired, add chopped cilantro, grated cotija cheese, and lime zest for flavor. Enjoy and serve right away!
