I just watched that episode where Trish plays sleeping beauty and lots of people say mean things and someone says she’s not pretty enough to play sleeping beauty and she cries and IT MAKES ME SO SAD BECAUSE SHE DOESNT DESERVE THAT!

Do you know what I love Cam but he was so ungrateful for his 40th birthday when Mitchell was trying to make everything so perfect. He made assumptions based on limited information and I understand fully why he was upset, but his comments and his attitude towards Mitchell who was trying to host the perfect party and trying to salvage it was appalling.

I know deserve better. That’s the sad thing. I know. But I still want you. I still want to love you. To hold you. I don’t care that I deserve to be loved fully. If I am even half loved by anyone, I am content. I will continue to give my heart to others because I am a person who gives. Not a person who takes.

I would like to state that I wholeheartedly regret saying this. Aaron Warner is the most perfect human being on this earth. He IS the standard.
So I just finished reading shatter me and I've started on unravel me. Don't get me wrong, I like Aaron and how funny he is, but is it just me that thinks he's... A bit of a prick? Like he touches Juliette and kisses when she doesn't want it, so basically sexual harrassment or assault at this point. And he forces her into something she doesn't want and then idk claims he loves her. It's a little weird to me tbh and I'm not liking it. I love Juliette though she's so badass. But Aaron? Like for her? I'm not sure atm. I wanna see how this plays out.

Ppl gonna hate me and honestly, I don't care. I really hate Alex. Like I wanna say fully dislike but it's not strong enough of a word. Genuinely, she deserves better as a character but, imo, she wasn't written properly. I just really don't like her lmao

So in unravel me one thing I don't like is, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Kenji, but I hate how he invalidates Juliette's feelings. I understand his point of view but like ?? She suffered she was imprisoned she went through significant trauma and her FEELINGS are important!!!!!! He needs to stop invalidating her PLEASE. Just because she has everything now it's gonna get backthe years of her life she's spent traumatised.

I feel passive. I am watching people move forward while I am stuck here. Passive and unmoving.

The male lead is just as bad. He's similar to her but he's the opposite in some ways. He's got his own flaws. She is that way because of her character and it's okay. Please stop hating on the female lead. I've seen this in so many dramas where the heroine is really like mighty and powerful and doesn't act feminine as such and rather is quite strong headed and outgoing and people hate on them simply because of this. I saw it in Kill it and Flower of evil and I could name so many others. Please stop this. For a cop, she's a different type. She just passionate in my opinion.
I might drop Cafe Minamdang because that heroine is literally the worst! Dumb, violent and jumping to conclusions like it’s an Olympic sport is a bad combo for anyone but in a cop? She is unbearable.
How she hasn’t been fired from the police force yet is beyond me.

There is — god I don’t know how to put this — there is something profound and tragic and senseless in the fact that the disappointment I feel in JK Rowling so closely mirrors the disappointment Harry and the rest of us felt for his role models. Dumbledore saved the world, Dumbledore was manipulative. Snape was cruel, Snape protected Harry. The Marauders bullied, the Marauders loved.
Rowling’s failure of empathy and the hurt she’s inflicting cuts so deep because I feel immense, inescapable love for the world she gave us all. How can I still love what comes from someone hateful? How can I stop? If I continue to sing praises of her art does that make me hateful?
Stories are important, especially the stories we’re told as children. They shape our character, they form the framework of how we understand the world, they do. And Harry Potter was the story, it can not be understated, and those of you who feel the same don’t need me to explain. And now when I lean on that to understand this sorrow I’m left with a recursive sort of remorse.
It’s a very raw and painful feeling.
