3 Month Goals
I Have not starved myself in months because I "recovered"
Started going to the gym and putting on muscle. My goals have changed since wanting a different ideal body. I no longer want to have bones poking out all over, trying to achieve that destroyed my metabolism and didn't work the more attempts I had. Having periods of doing that left me more "skinny-fat" because I wouldn't work out that well, so my body ate muscle too. I now exercise a lot and want to eat extremely clean and high in protein while also in a calorie deficit. I have three months until my birthday, and the goal is to achieve it by then.
My rules:
Exercise every day. At least 5hrs of cardio each week+5hrs of weight lifting)
Only healthy food. Absolutely no more than 20g of artificial sugar in one day if eaten. Only allowed to eat low-calorie junk food one day a week if necessary. (its better to eat a little than to binge).
Must sleep by 11pm at the latest. Aim for 9-10hrs of sleep.
Do all school work necessary and extra, keep A's.
Some of those rules and other less important ones are about discipline so it's not necessarily about losing weight. I'm starting this for myself to keep track and to keep myself accountable.

Reminder.
you are meant to be hungry. With ana you are meant to feel weak. Donโt fuck that up by wanting to eat to make that feeling go away. If you feel hungry and weak it means you are doing something right! Donโt think of it as something bad. Because itโs quite the opposite.
