The Curse of the Styx

this is for @chaoticdumbassrogue continuation series part 2 of their Athenide Au “Of Manhattan”

This is amazing work and had me by the heart strings. Every part of this was absolutely amazing! The Styx and her emotional reactions to the oaths of the Big Three and their breaking of it (x2 Zeus! You dingus)

Thalia! Baby Thalia’s curse! aaah my baby girl! The Oracle! JASON!! aaah!

And the part that literally got me crying. Styx realizing who Percy *is/was/will be* and having to curse her anyway. The details of the curse she sets is just a chefs kiss of Angst and amazing writing.

Poseidon coming in and begging Styx to spare his daughter. To curse him instead had me on the floor with too many emotions.

A god being brought to his knees for the love and grief of his newborn daughter facing the fate he had bought her.

I had this image in my head of Poseidon literally begging a crying Styx who is in the midst of cursing baby Perseleia/Percy.

Ugh my heart! Take it from me for it bleeds too freely.

So I've been reading the Athenide au

You know how there's the read the books fics?

I now want a Demigods go to the past but make athenide au and it's the ones who know Persi as the Demigod

And them being majorly confused on why Persi is in the past as a Goddess

Bonus points Apollo gets to meet the children that has to be born

And Apollo having big feelings about Persi being a Demigod first along with clutching the pearls with sea fam and Athena anytime Persi does something dangerous

Mortem Obire - fanart for a HP/PJO crossover fic, it hasn't been updated in a while but I like to re-read it all every now and then lol

So I don’t know if anyone will even see this, maybe I’m just screaming into the void a little bit… but I’m absolutely desperate for fic recs, I’m having a lot of trouble finding new things currently.

I mainly read Harry Potter, Spider-Man and Good Omens fics.

I really love Gen Harry Potter centric fics, as well as Severitus and Drarry. I also really like most Maurauders-Era fics. But don’t really like Tomarry or Dramione.

My current favs are:

The Evans Boy, Lily’s Boy, Ouroboros, Heir to the house of prince, Music beneath the mountains, Fantastic elves and where to find them, a very slytherin Harry, the ever upward Series and Fate set right

I also love any found family, especially in Spider-Man fics, so Peter and Tony/ Avengers is amazing. Something I don’t like though, is if it’s too unrealistic / out of character, which sadly happens a lot in fluff pieces.

I’ll literally read anything good omens!!!

I’m grateful for any suggestions and also new fandom recs, because my fandoms are kind of limited at the moment. And I’d be grateful for anything long, I’m a very fast reader. It doesn’t matter if it’s finished or not!!!!
