It’s time to share the first Sonic fan comic, based off adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog!

Back story: After Dr. Robotnik was defeated in, Sonically Ever After, Robotnik retreated to his fortress to start a new plan. He decided he needed in intern to help him come up with ideas to capture & the defeat sonic the hedgehog once and for all.

Sometime ago, a really cool artist drew this for me. It originally was supposed to be a mock up  of a Adventures of sonic the hedgehog comic.

 it inspired me so much I decided to write a story and I was blessed with some wonderful and gifted artist who drew and colored it for me!!!! Rest is history!

I remember when I saw the Sonic movie! 1 of the 15 times I saw it, I saved this receipt!

Its done! I call it, “ honey badgers don’t care, nor does Sonic!”

If anybody watches the old adventures of Sonic cartoon you can see that sonic doesn’t really care too much when he is captured because he already has a way out of the trap. 

Here he is taunting Dr. Robotnik’s new intern, Lizzy by flirting with her, right before he gets out of her trap.

I wanted to capture the exact attitude Sonic would have when being captured in an episode of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. But this time he is captured by Dr.Robotnik’s new intern, Lizzy. Who is also a member of the SSSSS.

Did you ever want to share how much something means to you? Well I definitely want to share with others this. I am a big fan of sonic the hedgehog. I love Sonic. He means a lot to me. He was there for me when I had no friends because I was being bullied in school. I was being bullied because I had survived a brain tumor surgery in 1993.

Even though I did survive the brain tumor, recovery was an issue. It required me to learn a lot of things over again and my confidence was very very low. Will help me regain my confidence was playing video games, especially the sonic the hedgehog games on the Sega Genesis.

I wish the company SEGA understood how much this character means to me and how much their games in the Sega Genesis days helped me. but unfortunately unless you’re a super popular content creator and have hundreds of thousands of followers you are seen as a nobody and a nuisance to the company today. 

But alas I hope those of you who see these artworks will see some kind of inspiration of it’s OK if you love a certain or character no matter the video game or the franchise, the TV show or the movie, that character means the world to you. And you know what? That is OK. It is that character or TV show or whatever it is that keeps you happy, that keeps you sane, and overall probably just is amazing to you.

Don’t let anybody else shame you for liking what you like! You are happy. That is all that matters. And if anybody tries to take away your happiness, those people are monsters.

So one day.... Sonic approached Kappa Lizzy and asked her to return with him to the Sonic world!

Of course it meant saying goodbye to Korra’s world but that’s ok. Korra is kept busy and has Asami now anyways ;)
