After some major delays due to a thumb injury I finally finished my experimental Spyro on the rock dragon PYO sculpture (sculpt by Melody Pena, produced by windstone editions of course!)

This guy is painted in matte base colors and features 2 tones of colorshift purple/gold accents and details, pearly white claws with translucent gold tips, and is sealed in a high gloss topcoat. He sits upon a rock painted in brown, wine, and deep violet topped with bright green grass, done in the image of the floating islands from the Dreamweaver's realm in the original game! 

I had a lot of fun translating the vibrant colors and cartoony style of the game onto the beautifully detailed and realistic sculpture.
