I <3 protein
okay… i’m gonna say it, the people going on about protein are right. they are, I’m sorry. I’ve been getting protein from making my own protein shakes and having chicken with my salads and i’ve been able to stay under 500 c4l a day without being completely exhausted or feeling insatiable after every meal.
like I made a salad with baked chicken, salad was 174 cal and 4 oz of chicken was 29g of protein!! i’m now someone who proudly promotes protein.

Obviously form, stretching, and making sure to do the movements safely is important, but even if a workout doesn’t make you feel accomplished afterwards… be glad you did it regardless. Every step counts to your goals even if you can’t see it now 🫶. I do strength training and yoga, and even when I don’t feel like I’m making progress I remind myself that in some way I am. Going to try getting back into running atsp wish me luck and send your tips 🩶
Almost skipped the gym today but then I remembered that the only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen and the time will pass anyway.
