playing erdtree with my pal we get invaded by someone named "Drip Inspector" and im like "waitwaitwait. ok lets just pose leaning back to back and wait for them to show up maybe our outfits will be so good they wont kill us"

so we wait until they show up and then they get reaaaal close to us . and then pull out their telescope and start circling around us and zooming in for a good 30 seconds. then they clap, use the "wonderful" and "youre beautiful" prattling pates, and jump off a cliff. invader vanquished

can you imagine what being saved from the dragon must have been emotionally from Falin's perspective? waking up and realizing what was done to save you, not just killing the monster and the black magic, but the unbelievably difficult and frustrating and overwhelmingly intimate task of piecing your bloody skeleton together bit by bit?? I'd be embarrassed a bit, being so bare in front of my loved ones, asking so much of them, but knowing they didn't shy away?? that every flex of your hand and bend of your spine is undeinable proof of how deeply, profoundly you are truly loved???

I swear to god one of these days were going to see a video of Amaury Guichon and he's going to be making some wings and they are going to look dope as hell, the detail of each feather will be breathtaking, he'll spray paint them to perfection, but as the video goes on, he's not building any sort of winged creature, just the wings. And then there's a human-sized harness (also made of chocolate, somehow, he can do it). And he's attaching the wings to the harness. And he's putting the harness on and he demonstrates how he can flap the wings. And then he'll be off. Out the window and up and up and up. And we'll be looking at the livestream (it's a livestream now) and we'll scream "No, Amaury, the sun! It's going to melt the wings!". But he knows this already. And he is free.
