Lately in one of my savefiles there has been a number of interesting looking townies. Like, who are you lady in yellow? Why are you serving so much? You deserve a makeover!

Townie makeover part 3 I think

The next day, after school, Bernardette takes the bus to Henford. His father is away all day for work, so there's no problem if she comes home late. She must admit she missed this kind of freedom when she lived with her mother. Once Sandy and Bernardette are together, they share their experiences.

"Okay, first!" says Sandy to her sister "Your room is amazing! There are so many toys, so many books and everything's brand new!" Bernardette blushes "Thanks. But your room is nice too! It's cool and feels very perosnal!" "Yeah, personal... you mean second-hand!" replies Sandy. Then she adds kinda bitterly "Your mom made me clean and do chores. I also went to be at 9 pm. I stared at the ceiling for two hours." "Uh-uh, that's OUR mom, you know?" replies Bernardette. "By the way, do you know if you and dad had anything programmed for the weekend?" Sandy pauses to think about it "No, not really. Why'?" Bernardette finally tells her sister about the new girl and everything that happened at dinner. Sandy looks perplexed: "And was dad happy?" "Absolutely Ecstatic!" Sandy snorts "I don't know what that means..." "Yes, he was happy."

"That is good, I think..." says Sandy. "But Sandy!" replies Bernardette worried "If dad meet someone else that means our mom doesn't have a chance anymore!" "Look, our mom is nice..." starts Sandy "... but I kinda see why things didn't work between her and dad. Maybe it's better this way..." Bernardette looks disappointed. "But then what happens to us? They never even told us we had a sister!" Sandy smiles reassuringly at her and leans for a hug "Don't worry, Bernie! Everything will get better, that's what dad always says!"

So at dinner Veronica chatters politely with Bernardette, who is finding it hard to dislike her. She is inot sports, she writes for a local football magazine and has three siblings! Edvard doesn't let anything slips: he is friendly, but not flirty with their guest.

The night comes to an end, and Veronica is about to leave. "Thanks for dinner, guys! I'd love to invite you all to my house, one of these days!" "We'd love to come, Veronica!" smiles Edvard. Bernardette thinks about the description her sister made of their father, always grumpy and absent. But all the time she stayed here in Moonwood Mill, Edvard has been nothing but nice. "Perhaps next weekend, then?" suggests Veronica. "Oh, no sorry!" Edvard replies quickly "I think we are busy next weekend..." Another thing to ask Sandy, thinks Bernardette, What programs do we have next weekend??

A guest comes to Edvard's house in the late afternoon. Bernardette is not sure how to act, she doesn't know if her sister Sandy knows this woman that's acting all friendly with her dad. Should she say a casual "hi" to test the waters? Luckily Edvard introduce the woman to her: "Hey sport! We'll have company tonight: meet my friend Veronica!" Veronica is a colorfu, brash young woman. She's all smiles and cheerfulness. Definitely younger than dad, thinks Bernardette. Could she be his new girlfriend? One thing is certain: she has to tell Sandy!

So when we left... Bernardette and Sandy swapped places, and now live with different parents. In Moonwood Mill, the next morning, Bernardette (posing as Sandy) gets to play all morning in her new, adventurous surrounding! On the other hand, in Henford, when Sandy (posing as Bernardette) tries to play messy as she always does at home, she gets a scolding and a punishment by her newly-found mother.

Strangerville DEBUG ITEMS made BGC (TS4).

Made into a new mesh, visible in the catalog with prices and names. Everything can be easily found by searching "Strangerville" in BB catalog. 🌵🌵🌵
