The DiCarlos settled in Steubenville around 1905 and later, in 1945, they opened one of the first pizza shops in Ohio: DiCarlo's Pizza.

So I did a little research and this is from a 2011 book "Life's a Drag! Paper dolls", a campy salute to the cross-dressing stars of film and televison.

The art is from Tom Tierney, one of the greatest American paper doll artists.

He also drew Dean in other book "Las Vegas Stars" (2006):
