Missin' You: Scout x Fem! Reader Blurb

Word Count: 476 Warnings/ Other Notes: nada :P

Scout doesn't know what to do with himself when you're not around.

Sure, he could go around and bother the other mercs or go run around Teufort, but even that gets boring after a while.

He'd much rather be with you, making you laugh at his stupid jokes or cuddling you while you wind down for the night.

Before you were around, Scout never paid much attention to the relative quiet of the base but now that your away, it's all he can focus on.

The halls seem a little too empty without your presence and he doesn't like it one bit.

Scout misses the sound of your voice talking with the others, the familiar tone lulling him into a sense of comfort after a hectic fight on the battlefield.

He knows that you'll be back soon, but the lengthy wait is killing him. He just wants to be near you again.

So, as soon as he hears you announce your return from your outing, he's booking it out of his room to go and find you.

Once he finally sees you at the entrance of the base, Scout is sprinting over and spinning you in the air.

With barely enough time to set your bag down, you begin to laugh as he twirls with you.

"Well, it looks like someone missed me." You chortle, hugging him as he lowers you back down to the ground.

"You bet your sweet ass I did! Now' c'mon. Ya owe me some quality time!"

Shaking your head in amusement, you just follow him as he grabs your hand, leading you to the base's worn-but-comfy couch.

As the two of you plop down together, he begins to grumble, a low sound from deep in his chest.

"(Y/n), doll, Don't leave for that long ever again."

"I was only gone for an hour and a half!" You scoff as you look up at him.

"Don't care. It was still way too long."

With a click of your tounge, you go to place a small kiss on his cheek in order to comfort him.

As your lips make contact with his skin, the tension in his body visibly lessened.

"Aw, ya big, clingy baby..." You coo sweetly, resting your head on his shoulder.

"I'm your baby. And don't ya forget it!" States Scout as he puts his forehead against yours.

With a roll of your eyes, you pull away for a moment in order to give him another kiss, this time on the lips.

"And I'm your girl. Now, hush! I wanna nap with you while we got the chance!" You state, getting comfortable on Scout's shoulder again.

Scout lets out a happy laugh and wraps his arms around you. The warmth of your bodies makes the both of you nice and cozy as you begin to relax in each others embrace.

I Know Your Heart: Roronoa Zoro X Reader

Word Count: 560 Summary: Zoro doesn't know how to show his emotions. You think he already does. Warnings/Other Notes: no gender mentioned for reader, M is making shit up again lmao

Zoro is a rather reserved man.

He prefers not to show his emotions if he can help it, believing that it gives his opponents an opportunity to use them against him.

During his time in the Isshin Dojo, he was even encouraged to try and hide them when possible.

Joining the Straw Hats changed his perspective on that matter, as the rest of the crew helped him realize just how much those emotions can fuel your passion and drive.

Your appearance in his life changed his mind even further. When the two of you got together, he finally understood that when you have someone that dear to fight for, nothing can stop you.

But what hasn't changed in all his time is how he approaches love.

Of course, he knows you love him. And Zoro loves you back, he is absolutely sure of that.

He just... doesn't really know how to show it. For the majority of his life thus far, he'd never before felt the need to with anyone else.

He isn't one for grand gestures and he's not the best with words. His typical no nonsense attitude puts him at a bit of a disadvantage in that respect.

Zoro knows he's not the most romantic man, but he knows he would do anything for you. His loyalty goes right to his core.

Silent devotion. That's what he knows and what he'll stick with. At least, until he can find the courage to outright show you.

And as for you?

What you know is everything he doesn't seem to see about himself. All the good, bad and ugly, you take it all in stride.

You've seen him step between you and all danger you may face, watched him take care of you when you're sick or injured, and admired him each time he unwittingly shows exactly what he feels for you.

You're always catching him monitoring you from the corner of his eye, his pupils filled with admiration as you joke around with the rest of the crew.

And while Zoro tries to hide his soft side, you're able to easily drag it out of him every single time.

He'll wrap his strong arms around you as you both drift off to sleep, causing a soft smile to appear as your eyes grow heavier by the second.

You even notice when he tries make sure that you're safe from the usual mayhem aboard the Sunny, laughing to yourself as he tries to prevent Usopp or Luffy from causing chaos despite it interfering with his daily training.

You see everything he does for you and love him even more for it.

So no, Zoro isn't one for flashy, impressive stunts or waxing poetic, but you are still fully aware of how much he cares.

He simply shows his love through the little things.

Through the way he so obviously cares for you & everything you stand for. Through the comfort he brings you even when he doesn't realize it.

When all is said and done, All you want is him by your side.

Zoro is not a perfect man by any means, but he is the perfect one for you.

So in the end, just be patient with him and give him the time he needs to open up. His love may be quiet but despite his hesitancy, it's fierce and everlasting.

Headcanons: Sleeping with the Monster Trio (not like that lmao) [Separate]

Word Count:516 Warnings/Other Notes: none!

Luffy:

Sleeping with Luffy typically ends one of two ways.

One: he falls asleep in a random spot on the deck and you have to drag him to bed and he barely has enough energy to pull you in with him.

"C'mon, Lu, work with me here!" "Can't. 'm already sleepin'..."

Or two: he's excitedly pulling you to the bedroom where he stretches his arms around you a bunch of times (squeezing the life out of you in the process.)

"Let's goooo, it's finally time for bed!" "Ok, ok! Just stop trying to strangle me before we even get there! I would like to keep breathing, ya know?"

But no matter what way it ends up being, it's actually rather nice to sleep with the rubbery captain.

Luffy is very warm so he's able to keep you comfortable on the colder nights at sea, and his devil fruit makes his chest squishy enough to be a great pillow!

Plus, he gives you kisses in the morning to wake you up, so that's an added bonus!

Zoro:

Zoro's a connoisseur of all things sleep related, so if he's taking a nap or resting anywhere around you, you can bet your ass you're being hauled into his arms to join him.

He may be able to fall asleep anywhere, but he always sleeps better when he's got you wrapped securely in his hold.

"Excuse me, I was in the middle of something." "So what? You needed a break anyway."

Zoro typically prefers to sleep in your room or on a hammock, but occasionally, he'll carefully bring your snoozing self to the dining room to try and annoy Sanji.

It always works, much to Zoro's amusement.

"Still don't understand why (Y/n) would choose a dunce like you instead of a gentleman like me." "Because unlike you, I don't flirt with everything that breathes. Just them."

But when he's not trying to irritate the cook, all of his attention is on you, whether either of you realize it or not.

Zoro will hold you so close that you will never forget that you're loved, even while you're both sleeping soundly.

Sanji:

Before you even get into bed with Sanji, prepare yourself to be pampereddddd!

He'll make the bed as soft and warm as possible, find you the comfiest pajamas he can and will also bring you or do anything you may want beforehand.

Sometimes to an extreme degree, meaning he's bringing you an entire plate of gourmet food while you begin to settle in for the night.

"Here you are, my love! Hope you enjoy!" "Sanji, I just needed a glass of water..."

If you're someone who has any kind of trouble falling asleep, he would definitely be the one to hum you a song or tell you a story to distract you enough to make you too tired to stay awake.

And if that doesn't work, Sanji will just chat until morning, or just sit and relax with you for the rest of the night.

"You don't have to force yourself to stay up with me, y'know. "And miss the opportunity to spend time with my adoring partner?! Not a chance!"

Scout:

Scout absolutely LOVES that his hands are bigger than yours.

With him being one of the shorter mercs, it tends to make him feel 10 feet taller.

But he still uses the difference to tease you any chance he gets.

"Awww, look at ya hands, sweetstuff! You're such a cute lil thing!"

"Yeah, but I could still snap your neck with them."

When Scout feels like being a bit softer than usual, he'll take them and place gentle kisses on your knuckles.

He always chuckles at the warm, affectionate look you give him afterwards.

And anytime the two of you are walking somewhere together, you can always bet he's holding on tight.

He just likes the comfort your hand in his brings.

Soldier:

Anytime Soldier wants to hold your hand, you are always aware, because he's sure to announce it to the entire base.

"HEY MAGGOT! I WANT YOU TO DROP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND COME HOLD SOMETHING FOR ME!"

"Baby, I'm already holding your hand."

"Oh, right."

One of the only times that he's gentle is when your hand is in his. He doesn't want to accidentally hurt you.

For some reason, seeing the size of your hand compared to his makes him feel extra patriotic.

When your holding hands while relaxing in bed, you sometimes hear him whisper something along the lines of 'This is why we fought for independence' while he holds you a bit tighter.

Spy:

This suave motherfucker always manages to find someway to interlock your hands.

Spy will use any excuse to hold your hand just so he can fluster you.

You're alone? Hand is being held. With the rest of the team? Holding.

In the middle of a fight? Somehow, his hand always finds its way into yours.

Mans is pretty lanky, so you know his hands are dwarfing yours.

Not that you mind, of course. He's so soft with you, it makes you swoon when he cares for you like that.

Expect Spy to pull a Gomez Addams and kiss from your hand to your shoulder & back.

"Oh mon amore, you are simply ravishing. I cannot resist the thought of you."

Engineer:

Whenever Engie wants to take your hand, he makes sure to ask for permission to touch you.

Once he gets it, he always slowly grasps it before giving it a little squeeze or two.

He's usually pretty busy building things for the team, so hand holding is honestly kind of rare.

But when he does get a bit of free time, his hands are almost always laced with yours in some way.

"Now, are ya really sure that your alright with me hangin' onto ya like this, darlin'?"

"Of course I am! I love holding your hand!"

He'll even let you doodle on his hand on occasion, using it as an excuse to touch you for just a bit longer.

Engineer is always gonna be a little bit shy with any affection, but he really does love when you let him hold your hands.

Hazard LOVES to cuddle. It's his favorite way to unwind after a long day of hacking and slashing at his foes.

As soon as he arrives at your shared home every night, be prepared to be swept off you feet and all but thrown into the bedroom.

Your bed is already prepared, of course. Full of soft blankets and comfy pillows, Findlay's always happy to fall into the pile of warmth as he holds you in his arms.

At the sound of your gleeful giggles, all the tension left in his body begins to melt away, soothed by merely being in your presence.

"Ach, ya have no idea how much I needed this, love..." He states to you as he crosses one of his arms behind his head.

"Rough day, huh?" You question, noting a few patched up scratches along his chest.

He stretches all of his limbs out in reply, allowing you the chance to shuffle closer before he rests his unoccupied hand on your hip.

"Eh, nothin' I couldn't handle. Gotta say though, they gave me a run for my money."

"You did get them though, didn't you?"

"'Course I did! Had tae get back to my favorite person."

You laugh again at his sarcasm before finally letting yourself sink into his touch.

'Til There was You: Mauga X Reader Blurb

A/N: we need more fluffy mauga fics in the world fr fr

Word Count:477 Warnings/ Other Notes: the slightest bit of angst and ofc some ooc mauga

Mauga can be...a lot at times. He knows that.

He understands that he's loud and sarcastic and stubborn, and he's quick to realize that can drive most people away.

At first, it never really bothered him, but after a while, he could feel his hearts twinge a bit when someone looks at him with that ever present apprehension in their gaze.

So in turn, Mauga tries to push them away before they can get the chance to do so to him. He wants to make sure that he escapes relatively unscathed when things inevitably go south.

'Can't get hurt if you're the one dealing out the pain." He thinks to himself as he watches his latest tryst walk away.

He shrugs it off in the end, managing to shove the blooming feelings of sadness down into the back of his mind as he continues about his usual business.

Then one day, you come along.

You come into his life, much quieter and more level-headed than him and in the back of his mind, he's already thinking the worst.

Mauga is prepared for you to run away crying within a week of being with him, but to his utter surprise, you stay around for far longer.

You're there for him when he feels at his lowest and there to help him celebrate all of his achievements.

Even when he feels like he needs to try and push you away like all the others, you remain steadfast by his side, quickly seeing past his overly-confident charade and comforting him as he needs.

That moment finally makes him open his eyes.

He never thought it possible before then, but for the first time in his life, he's optimistic about his future with someone. Once those first hurdles have been jumped, he is happily embracing life with you by his side.

With every fiber of his being, he knows that you are the only one for him. Mauga craves your presence like no one before, wanting nothing more than to have you within reach.

He often questions how a man like him was blessed with someone like you, but when you kiss him goodnight as you lie in bed, all those doubts quickly drift out of his mind.

"I must be the luckiest damn person in the world to be able to have you all to myself..." Mauga whispers once he senses you're asleep, placing an unusually soft kiss to your hairline.

He then pulls you closer to his side as he too begins to fade into a peaceful slumber.

What he doesn't know is that you were awake the whole time, nuzzling deeper into the crook of his neck at the admission.

As your own eyes begin to flitter closed, You whisper your own declaration of love, making a silent, sleepy promise to be there for him, always and forever.

A/N: protective overwatch boys are my shit!!!!!

Word Count:925 Warnings/ Other Notes: mentions of various injuries, ooc reaper and rammatra, terrible google translate japanese.

Genji:

The first time you got injured haunts Genji's mind rather often.

It was after a fierce battle with Null Sector forces, during which You and Genji had been separated.

As he slashed at every enemy in sight, he could see you getting pushed further and further away.

He tried to make his way to you but you warned him otherwise.

"(Y/n), hold on!"

"I'll be fine! Just go, I'll find you later!"

With a simple nod of his head, he watch as you disappeared from sight.

Once he had won the fight a few minutes later, he sheathed his sword and rushed off to try and find you.

After searching for a while, he finally saw you, lying immobile on the ground surrounded by piles of rubble and deactivated Null Troopers.

With a quiet gasp coming from his lips, Genji dashed over to help you.

Falling to his knees as he approached, he gingerly lifted your battered body into his lap.

"No, no, no! (Y/n), please wake up!" The ninja called fearfully as he tried to gently shake you awake.

When he received no response from you, he called Tracer to have her bring the ship as fast as she could.

Once Lena arrived, she helped him get you on board and fly you to Watchpoint Gibraltar, where Mercy was waiting to bring you to the medical bay.

As she worked to heal your injuries, Genji sat outside of the room, sharpening his blade in attempt to distract himself from your condition.

When he got the all clear to go in and see you, he sighed in relief as he saw you, a bit groggy but awake and alive.

"Thank god, I thought I'd never see you again."

"Heh, it'll take more than a basic beatdown to get rid of me. Plus, you saved me in the end, that helped."

You chuckle as you try to sit up, but when you groan in pain, Genji shushes you and urges you to lay back down.

"Rest for now, shin'ainaru koibito. I'll be right here when you awake."

Your tired eyes flutter closed in response as you mutter out an answer.

"Alright... thank you, Gen. I love you..."

"Watashi mo itoshite iru yo."

Reaper:

When you get hurt, Gabriel's vision goes red.

He's immediately shadow stepping over to where you lie injured and slaughtering all those who dared to try and harm you.

Once they've all fallen, he's picking you up and taking you back to the Talon transport.

After setting you down in the ships exam room, Gabe quietly growls to himself before going to finish the mission with the other operatives.

As soon as it's over and a medic has stabilized your vitals, he's stomping into the room, angry at himself that he let you get hit.

With his mask in hand, he tries to ignore all the machines hooked up to you as he silently watches over you.

Pacing around the other side of the room, his usually harsh glare softens as he sees you stir.

Reaper strides over to you, carefully placing a cold hand on your cheek as your eyes slowly open.

"Gabe?... Where... what- what happened?"

"Nothing I couldn't handle. You were pretty worse for the wear, though."

As he thinks back to you collapsed on the floor, Gabriel's brows furrow slightly.

"I'm sorry I didn't get there sooner, (Y/n)."

You whisper out a calming shush as you shakily place your hand upon his arm.

"Hey, you got there in the end. That's what matters. You saved me..."

As you place a kiss upon his palm, he blesses you with a rare but soft and genuine smile.

"Yeah, well, you're the only one I can tolerate around here. I'd go crazy if I didn't have you with me anymore."

Ramattra:

• Never in his life did Ramattra think he would care about the wellbeing of a human, but here he is.

• He's in his nemesis form, fighting fiercely while decimating anyone in his way.

• With you passed out in his arms covered in cuts and bruises, he defends you from any incoming blows as he rushes away.

• After his current attack on a city had gone awry, he was forced to pull his army out when he saw the condition you were in.

• While barking out orders to his troops, he glances down at you to analyze your condition with his scanners.

• Once Ramattra confirms that you're still alive, he runs even faster back to his airship in order to get you the treatment that you need.

• When the two of you return to Null Sector headquarters, he's immediately taking you to your shared room to let you recuperate.

• He busies himself with various tasks, impatiently waiting for the first sign of consciousness from you.

• Later that night, he is pulled from his work when he hears a small groan escape your lips.

• Ramattra instantly rushes over to you as your eye begin to peel open, causing you to glance in his direction.

• "Ram... it hurts."

• "I know, pet, I know... You were hurt in the fight. But you're here now and safe with me. That's what's important."

• He carefully grabs your hand before placing his faceplate on the back of it in an affectionate gesture.

• You sigh gratefully as you let his hand go to place your arms around his neck, making him lean into your warmth.

• "Thank you, Ramattra... Don't know what I'd do without you."

A Single Day: Usopp x Reader

A/N: WE NEED MORE USOPP FICS IN THE WORLD AND IF I HAVE TO WRITE THEM MYSELF, THEN BY GOD I WILL ‼️‼️‼️

Summary: Usopp wants a lazy day with his favorite person, but reader might need a little more convincing.

Warnings/Other Notes: no warnings, just fluff, takes place like right after thriller bark

After a starlit night upon the ocean, The first signs of sun begin to stream through the window of your bedroom on the Sunny, starting to shine directly onto your sleeping form.

As the sun continues to raise up into the sky, you feel the warm rays tickling your skin. It makes you stir, causing your face to scrunch up as you start to wake from your peaceful slumber.

When you become more alert, you turn your attention to the other side of your bed, where you see Usopp, still sleeping soundly as little snores sputter out from his lips.

You laugh quietly at the sight of your loving boyfriend, scooting over to rest your head upon his shoulder as you move a few locks of hair out of his face.

After admiring him for a few moments, you decide it's time to wake him and officially start your day.

"Uso'... baby, get up. It's morning..." You whisper to the sniper as you gently take his arm in an attempt to flip his body over.

As you do so, he lets out a grumble from somewhere deep in his chest before he turns over on his own and tugs you into his arms.

"No, I don' wanna go... lemme sleep." Mumbles Usopp tiredly while he buries his face in your hair.

Clicking your tounge in response to his antics, you shuffle around in order to look at him face to face.

"Usopp... if we don't get up, you know Nami will get so mad at us. I really don't feel like getting murdered by her today."

"Let 'er try. I just wanna stay here with you f'r the day. It's not like we're anywhere near the next island anyways."

Usopp then pulls you into his chest, trying to make you drop the subject, though you instead respond with a short sigh. You try wriggle out of his grasp, but he holds you firmly in place.

You let out an irritated groan as you try and get out of the bed, to no avail. His grip is just too strong.

"Usopp, let me go! I have stuff to do today and so do you!"

"Oh, c'mon, (Y/n)! You and I both know that we've been working hard lately! Would it really kill us to take one day off to relax for a while?" Usopp questions as he finally loosens his hold on your body.

"Well... no, not really..."

"Then why don't we take it easy for now? You've been so tired out lately and it kills me to see you like that! Plus, I could use a break from inventing things to spend time with my amazing partner."

You give a quiet hum as you reluctantly give a nod in agreement.

No one would expect You and Hazard to be a good couple, but once they see the two of you together, they are thoroughly surprised.

He is so protective of you. Hazard knows how dangerous his lifestyle is, so he tries his hardest to make sure that chaos affects you as little as possible.

He knows that your capable of handling your own problems, but he still tries to make sure things go as smoothly as possible in your everyday life.

And while Haz is obviously very tough around other people, when the two of you are alone, he mellows out and becomes somewhat of a big teddy bear. Your touch definitely soothes him after a rather hectic day.

Cassidy:

Starting off strong, one of Cassidy's most frequent nicknames for you would be ol' reliable itself, "darling".

He just love the way it tends to make you stop in your tracks and turn to him with a shy expression. Cassidy also thinks it's funny to fluster you with it at the most inopportune times.

You'd be leaving the house but stop in your tracks as you hear him call to you.

"Darlin'~.... where's my goodbye kiss?" He'd ask with his brow raised slyly.

With a bashful laugh and a shake of your head, you trot over to accept his request.

As soon as Cassidy pulled you closer by a soft tug at your hip, it was safe to say you were going to end up staying home instead of going out that afternoon.

I don't know why, but I feel like Junkrat's main nickname for you would be "firefly". It just feels right.

For example, You'd be peacefully making something for lunch when he sneaks up behind you and throws himself across your shoulders.

"Whatcha cookin' there, firefly? It smells right good!" Junk would say, placing his chin on your shoulder.

"Your favorite! Now, scooch! I don't want you to make me burn it like last time!

Jamison would absolutely call you "muffin" too. Sometimes at the wrong times.

Like the time he set fire to your couch, you were about to scold him when he mumbled a "Sorry, muffin." with an apologetic look on his face.

Originally, when you brought up the idea of a couples costume to Cooper, he wanted no part of it.

But eventually, after he thought it through for a while and after you kept begging him with puppy dog eyes, He begrudgingly agreed.

After weeks of changing your minds, planning and finally making the costumes, the day was here.

As kids of all ages began to knock on your door, they were greeted with the sight of Cooper dressed up as the Phantom of the Opera.

As he gave them a menacing grin, they all backed away in fear before you- Dressed as Christine Daae- came rushing up with a bowl of candy.

The kids all took some candy before dashing away as fast as the could. You apologized and slapped Cooper's shoulder as he let out an amused chuckle.

"Cooper Howard, you stop that!"

"What?! It's Halloween, darlin', it's s'posed to be scary!"

Knight Maximus:

A few days ago, You and Maximus had decided that he needed a break from the Brotherhood base camp, so you figured Halloween was a perfect excuse to sneak away for a night.

You didn't have much in the way of costumes, but you managed to scrounge up materials to make yourselves look like Orpheus and Eurydice.

You spent the majority of the night trick-or-treating and socializing around a small nearby town before ending up at a party being thrown in the local bar.

After the good times are over, you take a long walk back to base, just so you can spend a bit more time together.
