Have no core muscles anymore! Did an ab workout following one blogilates videos on YouTube and I can't even do a proper sit up anymore. Lots of work ahead but it felt great!!!

2 months after giving birth to my son I now feel strong enough that I can work my way back to the fitness level I was at before I was pregnant. Today will mark the start of my healthy lifestyle once again. During pregnancy and after giving birth I didn't maintain the discipline I had in 2013, therefore starting again is definitely going to be hard. But since I know I was able to do it before I will do it again. My goal is to log my daily activities and meals to keep me motivated to keep going! #fitness #determination #health #healthy
