Maybe the happiest people are the ones that drive around in salvaged hearts wearing the weathered fashion of adversity. Unapologetically undressing in public, stimulating visions by the state of their natural appetite for destruction. Those that have used foreign beds as a travelers guide, draining currency into the unforgiving moment; leaving rose petal jazz notes in dangerous confessions. The few that look into the cold eyes of the sun and dance as they shed enlightened tears screaming curse words with a smile. Rattling Killah ______________________________________ This #throwbackthursday from 2017 marks a pivotal moment in my life, that me you see there is fresh out of an adult timeout (incarceration), excited to see the small things in life that we take for granted: the sky without walls surrounding you, loved ones, your bed, the grass and a meal of your choice. . . If you're trying to get to a certain point in your life you must understand that a rose doesn't grow in one day. You have to plant your seed, water it daily, nurture it with positivity and allow it time to grow. Patience is a key that helps you unlock your potential. In order to get that key you have to see the beauty within yourself that others saw when you didn't. Its the small things that make up huge parts of you that count.
