Another day…Another game to obsess over and create a cool oc covered in blood, yay!!! XD

I first heard of Dragon Age initially thanks to the trailers for Veilguard last year, however it wasn’t until 2 months that I decided to actually start playing the games; first with Inquisition and then Origins (In hand sight, I probably should have started with Origins lmao). And what can I say? I fell in love with the series! :3 While the gameplay can a bit janky at times, the world building shown is really interesting and unique. The characters are so fascinating and it was nice to see how they grow and change through the games, with all the decisions you through it all. I’m very glad I decided to give this franchise a try :D

As for my warden (she’s just Kallian bcs I couldn’t come up with another name but also bcs I think it’s good enough for her xd), she was my very first character created in Origins, while also playing Inquisition in between, so I’m very attached to her because of that lol I picked the city elf origin mostly because I wanted to know more about how the elves were at the very start of the series and maybeee I’m biased but this is my favorite origin in the game! :> I found it a very compelling start for my character, getting to know her family and all the struggles they go through before she gets recruited by Duncan was enough for me to define her as a character and also a good amount of tragedy for her backstory.

I still remember the shock I go when I got this cutscene; by the time I’ve got to it was pretty apparent that Shane’s storyline was a lot more heavy compared to the other characters, but to see him in that state in the middle of the rain like that was a lot…Not only that, but imagine how worried I got when I was given the choice of what I should say to him LMAO Looking back it may have been a bit silly, but I was legit worried that if I picked a wrong Shane would actually end his life (similar to something that happens in Life is Strange)l though obviously I was relieved to find out that he was fine at the end xd Regardless I wanted to draw my farmer in his way of taking Shane to the hospital…I can imagine he would be just as shocked as I was and even feeling a lot worse, but oh well, what matters it that he was there to help :’>

The town’s favorite doctor :D Anxious characters like him have a special place in my heart, so it was impossible for me not to end up liking him lol specially with all his heartscenes that explore his insecurities and frustrations, but how he doesn’t let that stop him from keep going; I find that very endearing and inspiring in a way…Not going into details, but I guess I relate to him a lot :,D

I also wanted to draw my farmer Sofia interacting with him in the clinic…I imagine that Gus has paper cups available in order to drink coffee outside the saloon, or else he’s just giving all his cups for the villagers for free XD Also, unlike my other farmer, I haven’t Sofia any partner yet, mostly because I’ve been more focused on finishing the community center on her save LMAO so I guess I’ll let her “explore” a bit before she ends up engaged with anybody. I do feel deep down that Harvey is destined to be her endgame <3 still, we are yet to see how that develops…c:

A little drawing of my fave sisters :> I have been wanting to draw these two to showcase their dynamic. I really like the contrast of their personalities; Emily who’s enthusiastic and outgoing while Haley is vain and self centered…It probably makes it a bit difficult for them to live in the same considering how different they are, but eh, what matters in the end it’s that they do care and support each other :D Side note, but I like Emily a lot lmao she’s so sweet and energetic, plus I love how she’s allowed to kind of a weird girl with her interest in crystals and their spiritual nature…Tbh I understand Clint now XD

As for the drawing, originally it was going to be only lineart bcs coloring is not my strongest point, but then I started adding all the sparkles and the rainbow which made me realize that it would be better to add some color to it. I mean, I guess that for a drawing featuring Emily, it just works better xp
