Etaf and her family need your support.

Etaf is a wife and mother of 5 from Ghazzah. Last year, she and her family's home was destroyed, a long with her husband's source of income and their car.

They were displaced for 200 days, all the way induring the hellish tribulations of genocide. Luckily, they were able to flee into Egypt; however their struggles are not over.

Due to their lack of income, Etaf and her husband struggle to provide their children with food, clothing, and education. On top of that, they are struggling to pay the rent on their house as winter approaches.

In order to help Etaf's children continue their education and to help the whole family afford basic necessities, they need to raise €100,000. So far, they've only managed to raise €5,690 and their last donation was 18 hours ago.

What are your donaldson kid headcanons if you don't mind sharing

i don't mind and spend way too much time wanting to talk about them anyway so 😭 this is probably going to be lengthy so i'm just going to drop it all under a cut!

of course, there's lily, and i headcanon that her name comes from tashi's favorite flower. when art found out tashi's favorite flower, and they were first dating, he would get a bouquet of lilies for her, which she pretended she thought was too corny but actually liked a lot. she also had lilies at their wedding, so lilies just have a lot of special meaning behind them.

baby #2 is a girl, and she's the mini version of art just like lily is the mini version of tashi. she's conceived the night art wins the new rochelle challenger (tashi's iud fails RIP), and her name is pippa, which is a little nod to phil's tire town and another thing that's meaningful for the both of them. lily is delighted to have a little sister but is devastated her little sister doesn't have a flower name like hers. pippa is blonde and has art's dimples.

baby #3 is ALSO a girl and is conceived the night art wins the olympic gold, completing his golden slam (this is also when he officially retires because TO ME the 2019 challenger reignites his love for tennis, and he continues playing for a couple years even after he wins the us open). she's named olympia grace but goes by her middle name, though her family occasionally calls her ollie. she's the perfect combo of art and tashi, and she winds up being the only one of the donaldson girls who actually pursues tennis. lily and pippa have other interests that they wind up getting into, so grace winds up being the only one who's eager to follow in her parents' footsteps. OH, lily is yet again devastated that baby #3 doesn't have a flower name, and she tells art and tashi they suck at naming their kids.

after baby #3, art gets a vasectomy, and he's basically just surrounded by women in his family. tashi also enjoys being a girl mom because she's seen how messy boys can be (not even in the literal sense but the emotional sense lmao), and she eventually becomes grace's coach once grace goes pro.

anyway, these are my very specific donaldson kids headcanons and backstories that i and only i am deeply invested in 😭 thank you sm for asking!!! 🥰 i always love yapping about it but don't want to just word vomit on the tl unprovoked lmaooooo
