I’m rewatching IWTV (again) and I just noticed in season 1, after Claudia kills her bf, Lestat makes her watch as he burns saying,
“Stop squirming and watch. Remember this, his face as it melts.This is why we never get close to mortals. Because sooner or later they end up dead.”
Then in season 2, Lestat is forced to watch as Claudia gets burned alive. Unable to help, and forever living with the image of his creation being destroyed infront of him.
This show haunts me.
