Its so funny to me they released the 2nd. Its almost like they were ready to release on April 1st but were just like... holdup this aint a joke.

So I finished Echoes of the Eye and man, that is such a good addition. It strangely fits so well into the game while also being its own thing. 10/10 dlc. Would recommend.

I can also proudly say that I found several things in the game before finding the coresponding clues.

I found out about glitching into the archives trough the loading zones on accident literally just before going to the music house.

And I found one of the reel burning locations just by looking at a house and being like; "Oh there must be like a hidden doorway there."

I also expected something to be in the blind arm of the river but didnt explore it before going to the temple.

Sooo... my thesis is done (nearly) and for no reason in particular I decided to sketch up a mildly infuriating handheld.

I am now playing the DLC and man, I can not overstate how much I love this game.

I keep seeing people say "play Outer Wilds, no, I can't tell you anything about it". Bitch. It's an exploration game about astronauts fucking around in space, doing archeology, astrology astronomy and science, with the gameplay itself consisting mostly of navigation in various 3D spaces with your legs or your trusty spaceship. There are interesting characters and tantalizing mysteries. It will require a fair bit of reading and thinking, it will sometimes test your speed, reflexes and precision. The story is about curiosity, courage, compassion, music, death, rebirth, and the terrifying vastness of space. The game can induce agoraphobia, claustrophobia, fear of heights, fear of depths and that which is unseen or hidden. Your character has four eyes and can roast marshmallows on any bonfire. Bitch.
