disappeared for a bit but heres a doodle dump of (mostly) my dnd character zircon bc i really have become that kind of person that doodles their own oc a lot. plus a random shadow doodle page bc i was testing out a new set of markers i got with a limited color palette that just so happened to work for shadow really well. theres actually another oc in some of these that i will more properly introduce soon :) but enjoy zee art, i will prob clean up at least one of the sketches of them for a full piece and i have some other fun stuff i wanna share w yall soon

so my apartment building got a notice board to post fire alarm tests and maintenance announcements and such. the building is pretty well-maintained, so we rarely get notices. the board is big and grey and to think it would be empty like that 99% of the time was a bland boring sin i just couldn't bear, so i vandalized the corner of its empty canvas with a teeny tiny Guy

and within a few days, there was a sudden addition from my one of my neighbors along with a Bunch of thumbtacks. this was an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

well there was still so much space, i figured i'd add another crumb to the art hoard. i'd been playing genshin that day so i drew my favorite grandpa

and like clockwork, new art manifested!! this person is gonna grow to be a great artist i know it. the detail in those stones? hell yeah that's cool.

we're two weeks into it. more neighbors have joined in with their artwork. who knew there were so many artists in my building?? we're onto somethin great here i just know it.

started a new (summer) job last week and ohhhhh its so. its a nice job and everyones chill but also its so physically demanding ive been so exhausted 😭 i have so much i wanna draw but just havent had the time or energy,,,,, plus ive been working on my first commission bc ive gotta get it done before the end of july.... sigh

I've been seeing a lot of kdh content and polytrix stuff and it just got me thinking about how there's probably this unspoken rule that hunters can't fall in love with each other. they might even be prohibited from dating in general, but ESPECIALLY with each other. because 1) loving anyone but the fans might be seen as a distraction from their cause, 2) being gay is still taboo in South Korea, even moreso within the kpop industry, and 3) idols dating in general is still pretty taboo. both points 2 and 3 would definitely divide fans and potentially weaken the Honmoon or put it at risk, so even if it was never explicitly said to them I think the girls would know that it's forbidden.

all that being said, I feel like it would be so interesting to have a fic that gives a little bit of origin on the creation of HUNTR/X, like how Zoey and Mira joined the team. and I feel like the three of them 100% would not get along at first but gradually came to trust each other and eventually fell in love, but kept it secret. this would be an alternate timeline obvs where the girls knew about Rumi's marks and supported her regardless. I think it would be really important for both Celine and Bobby to find out because I think they'd have vastly different reactions and they're basically the girls' parental figures so I think the contrast would be interesting and necessary in their growth.

anyway, that's as far as I got in my thought process lol but I feel like I should write this at some point because I feel like I'm onto something here 👀
