But i personally feel like we took Nature for granted, like we take some people that way. We all have different needs from different people, friends, family, love, rebounds, flings, neighbor, friend we met online, tea kada anna, etc,. But we fail to accept that we have a need, instead of that we say we are selfless FUCK NO, even for small need we seek people's help, sometimes we have mental needs, sometimes we have materialistic needs, sometimes we need philosophical needs, lot of times we need physical needs, it's ok to have needs, it's ok to have people in our life because they make them feel good, but when we have a need and take it from people we aren't supposed to damage them like we treat the mother earth, after your needs done, thank it and be happy with thr memory, only selfless thing in this whole universe is nature, it just exist and help people. Day 74. பூவின் மடியில் படுக்கை கேட்டேன். Sleep is one of the best medicine on can give themselves, sleep helps to heal, rest, recharge and give us the hope to fight our battle. Lot of us suffer to sleep. Mattress play a vital role in our sleep cycle. This mattress you see in this picture is with me from 2010 its been 10 years it never made me feel this uncomfortable before, past few weeks i couldn't feel comfortable in this mattress, it makes my chest pain. In past 10 years this bed was my home, made me feel safe and feel comfortable all the time even though its shapeless. But i realised its time for change or fix this Because it took too many damages, too many memories, too many stories, too many tears. A flower like bed will help you to sleep better and help you to get rid of your emotional wounds. Help yourself... Our mental health is also based on how we take care of our physical health. Sleep well, its been weeks for me. I cant sleep properly, even if i sleep dreams and nightmare cause me too much stress. One step at a time, i will fix my sleep 1st, body is getting fixed slowly. I kinda hate my mattress now..
