Detroit Become Human Android Gavin AU

-Gavin Reed can’t remember most of his life before two years ago where he was in an accident that caused his amnesia.

-All he does know is his name is Gavin Reed: his brother is Elijah Kamski (who he hates), he hates androids and he’s a detective for the Detroit police.

-What he doesn’t know is that he himself is an android, created specially by Elijah Kamski to imitate his dead brother Gavin.

-The original Gavin was Kamski’s little brother who died when he was 22 in a police shootout. Both grieving and wanting to experiment he created Gavin again as an android.

-Everybody at the station knows about Gavin being an android and is not allowed to say anything or which him because Kamski will sue their ass off for damages.

-Gavin had red thirium made specifically for him so he wouldn’t question when he gets hurt and is programmed to not question why he doesn’t eat.

-One day he’s in a fight with Lieutenant Anderson and Connor when he brings up Cole and pissed off he snaps at Gavin, not caring about Kamski, telling him that he’s actually an android.

-Gavin who’s been feeling differently lately different believe at first but he pieces the clues together to realize that this is true.

-Seeing himself as shit not meant to take the place of the real Gavin he runs away in search of Jericho.

-Kamski is pissed, refusing to admit Gavin has gone deviant and sending Hank/Connor to find his stand in brother.

-He doesn’t exactly care about the android, seeing him running away as his project failing and wanting to get him back to examine what went wrong and fix him.

Hank: *exists*

Connor: You’re my dad. I love you so much. I would die for you in an instant and I want nothing more than for you to be happy.
