★ description: follow me and my works as i try to make it through every day of october putting a little more love, comfort, positivity and healing into this world. i've been planning to do a comfort event for october all year now and i'm excited to finally announce it for honkai: star rail! i'll be on vacation for a whole week in october so if you don't see me post frequently, this is what i'm preparing in my drafts.

Week 1: Brewing Storms of Night

Week 2: Soft Rains of Fall

abandoned by your family, you find a father figure in welt and he reminds you of the family you have in the astral express crew.

you struggle with self-consciousness and he wishes to show you how he sees you.

(12) dreams don't die · luka

everyone hits a bump in the road on their path to success sometime. luckily we have our loved ones to be our biggest supporters in achieving our dreams.

(13) lay your weapons down · jing yuan

a smear campaign and a decree carelessly signed by the general of the luofu leads you into the arms of sanctus medicus out of desperation. as you stand before jing yuan with your blade drawn; the general soon realizes his mistake. will you have it in your heart to forgive and let him help you?

(14) ease the ache · natasha

boulder town's best physician tends to you during your period. (afab!reader, gn pronouns)

Week 3: Petrichor

(15) breath of life · blade

you wake up to your boyfriend having a panic attack about his past encounters with jingliu. you do your best to calm him down.

(16) battle scars · jing yuan

he comes home from battle with weary bones that need rest and wounds that need healing.

(17) religion's epitomy · luocha

he would sometimes think of home. the devils, the church, the insanity... none of those are good memories. people would clamber to high places in groups just so they could witness their city's demise. if everything were to end, then there shall be at least one witness.

(18) they don't know about us · sampo koski

there are certainly a lot of people who'd like to talk you out of dating sampo. you didn't think he'd ever let their words get to him. however, you won't hesitate to remind him that you'd choose him over and over again.

(19) a little jealousy · gepard landau

gepard hated the fact that he was jealous. he'd never want to bother you with an emotion he considered so unsightly. but you can't help but notice something is up immediately.

(20) bird from a cage · dan heng

after being attacked by radical vidyadhara, dan heng finds himself in a prison cell again; reliving the nightmares of his childhood. luckily, you and the astral express crew are on your way to your first prison breakout mission.

(21) rest your head on my shoulder · bronya

being the supreme guardian takes some time to get used to. luckily, bronya has you to support her when things get a little too exhausting for her.

Week 4: First Sun

★ what you can find here: fluff, general (autumn) scenarios that might bring you a little comfort this october ♡

(22) walk in the park · aventurine

working at the ipc can be a lot sometimes. perhaps a walk after work with your favorite colleague is just the thing you need.

(23) tea leaves & prophecies · fu xuan

you decide to have a relaxing afternoon at a tea shop with fu xuan.

(24) revenge of the chestnuts · sampo koski

you just wanted to make some chestnut figurines as decoration. unfortunately, your boyfriend has an overactive imagination and a restless sense of humor.

(25) have you ever seen the rain · dan heng

you get stuck in the rain. luckily, dan heng picks you up and lends you his umbrella. you don't mind spending the rest of the day inside, snuggling up to him.

(26) sundown · luocha

you decide to watch the sunset with luocha under a pavillion.

(27) something smells burnt · yaoshi

having more than two hands sounds very useful for baking but it doesn't make up for your divine partner's horrible skills.

Bonus: Ghost Stories

you and your boyfriend hand out sweets to the children of boulder town which sampo has scammed off of unsuspecting overworlders.

overall you found your halloween with nanook to be quite cozy if you ignore the part where he accidentally scared the kids waiting outside for candy to death.

(30) mask of mischief · aha

there are several terrible jobs in this world but the worst one has got to be keeping the aeon of elation in check on halloween. you're the only thing that stands between them and a creative, staggeringly bizarre reinvention of reality. good luck with the crisis prevention.

(31) blow a kiss to the reaper · blade

somehow; he's the only one who can see you when you come to take a soul to the place he longs to reach. who could have expected love to bloom in the aftermath of death? (blade x grim reaper!reader)
