Welcome to my blog! This post is a little showcase of the Pickleweeds Hedgehog Family (+twins!) from Calico Critters, names and descriptions. Everything in "quotes" are the descriptions listed on the bottom of the box.

🌟"Mother, Heloise is the lead singer of the family's band called "Sonic Six". She comes up with the lyrics of all the songs they preform at local fairs and shows. Her voice is so beautiful that when she sings, everyone stops talking just to hear her! Heloise also enjoys cooking with ingredients from the forest. She is famous for her mushroom pie!"

Heloise wears a cream colored floral dress with yellow flower print and a round white apron trimmed with lace.

💌"Father, Harold runs the Cloverleaf Post Office and makes sure everyone gets their mail from all their friends and family. He also plays the drums in the family band, and he loves creating new beats and sounds. He would play the drums all night if Mother Heloise wouldn't remind him to go to bed!"

Harold wears a pair of yellow overalls with two brown buttons.

🎵"Brother, Harry loves playing the piano in the family's band. He often composes music with cool riffs and amazing chords. He especially likes playing pop or jazz music. 🌠Kitchen Set Update🌠- Calico Critters

I realized this before I had put the stickers on the milk and water bottle but with all of the pictures I forgot! This is a great detail!

🍎Kitchen Play Set🍎- Calico Critters

Welcome to my blog! This post is going to be a little review of the Kitchen Play Set from Calico Critters. I will list what is included, as well as some pros and cons. I bought this set last night at Walmart.

➡️This Set Includes:

1 fridge with working doors and drawers

1 stove with oven

1 sink with hutch and shelves

1 pot with a removable lid

1 pan

4 utensils; 1 ladle, 1 knife and 2 spatulas

2 cups

2 small baskets

7 various food boxes; a cake box, ice cream and ice cream sandwich boxes, butter box, cheese box, cake box, fruit bars box, and a yogurt box

1 water bottle

1 milk carton

1 egg carton

2 clear ice chunks

1 ice scoop

1 cutting board

Stickers

✨Close-ups:

❤️Pros:

The sink and stove units are separate, so you can more easily customize your kitchen.

This set is perfectly compatible with the Kitchen Island Set.

The boxes are very detailed, with little nutrition labels and barcodes!

There are a bunch of little food accessories to fill the fridge.

The ice and water are really clear, making them more realistic.

The salt and pepper jars have real removable lids, as well as the pot.

All the drawers and doors really open!

The boxes are made of a more sturdy cardstock instead of just paper.

This set actually includes little stickers for the fridge, like notes, but I didn't realize before I made this post.

💔Cons:

(Some of these might be defects in my set and could be different for you.)

This set doesn't include any plates or utensils like forks or spoons.

The stickers on the water bottle and the milk carton keep lifting off.

I wish there were some little things to put into the boxes so our critters could eat little ice cream sandwiches or something.

Since this set included an oven, it would be fun if there was some kind of tray or dish that we could bake cookies in or something else.

I kind of wish there was some kind of lid for the egg carton like a real carton.

💯Overall I would give this set an 8/10.

I love the fridge with all of the doors and drawers, and I love how all of the pieces are so detailed, but I just feel that this set was lacking in some accessories. 🌠Walmart Discoveries🌠- Calico Critters Update

🌺Hello!🌺

Welcome back to my blog! This post is just going to be a small little update on some Calico Critters I found at Walmart.

First of all, I noticed that the koala family has changed? They now have only one baby instead of two like my older set!

They seem to have removed Adelaide and given Julie her outfit. This is dissappointing because I love the standing babies!

Let me know what you guys think of this change.

Also, I bought this kitchen set which I have been looking forward to getting for so long!!

🐱Persian Cat Family🐱- Calico Critters

You've found my blog! This post is going to be showing off the Persian Cat Family from Calico Critters, names and descriptions. Everything in "quotes" are the descriptions on the bottom of the box. I especially love this family because they are so much fuzzier than other critters!

💍"Mother, Cecelia is a successful jewelry designer. She's created hundreds of necklaces and headbands that would put a smile on any girl's face. She loves creating pieces with lots of diamonds and pearls."

Cecelia wears a purple dress with daisy print and a teal waistband. There is lace trim around the collar and the bottom of the dress, and a red jewel resembling a necklace pendant.

🕯️"Father, Adam is an antique collector. He enjoys collecting rare pieces of furniture, vases, and carpets. He also likes decorating the house with his antiques and showing them off to all his friends."

Adam wears a pink collared shirt and blue striped pants with a separate gray vest.

✨"Sister, Nora loves dressing up in fancy dresses and sparkling jewelry. Her closet is filled with beautiful dresses, shoes, and matching purses! She also loves getting her hair and makeup done."

Nora wears a faded pink dress with daisy print and a thin pink ribbon around the bottom. There is lace trim on the sleeves and collar and a pink jewel resembling a necklace pendant.

🌠"Brother, Felix is very kind and sweet to all of his family and friends. He is one of the most popular boys in school. One of his favorite things to do is look into his telescope and stare at the stars at night."

Felix wears a yellow and white striped collared shirt with a thin blue ribbon at the collar and faded pink pants.

Everyone in this family has extra fuzzy white bodies with whiskers and light pink on their noses and in their inner ears.

🍼Patty and Paden's Double Stroller Set🍼- Calico Critters

🌺Hello!🌺

You've found my blog! This post is going to be a showcase/review of Patty and Paden's Double Stroller Set from Calico Critters. I will be giving details about what is included, as well as pros and cons. My mom bought this set a few days ago for me at Tuesday Morning.

➡️This Set Includes:

3 guinea pig figures; mother Penny and babies Patty and Paden

1 pink and white double seated stroller

Two miniature toys; a bell like toy and a blue and white bunny.

✨Close-ups:

Penny wears a purple dress with star print and a ruffled peach collar. There is lace trim around the bottom and the sleeves and two small yellow beads down the middle.

Patty and Paden wear matching onesies with elastic around the neck and a lace waistband. Patty's outfit is pink and Paden's is blue.

Everyone in this family has fuzzy brown and white bodies, with a white band going across the head.

❤️Pros:

I like that this set not only comes with two babies for the stroller, but it also includes a Mother for the babies so it's like you have a new little family, compared to sets like Sophie's Love N' Care.

The stroller has real moving wheels so your critters can really stroll through the park!

The stroller also has an adjustable hood over the seats.

It is also fun that there are toys for the babies included too, because it is realistic that a baby would want to bring their favorite toy around with them.

The seats are made of real fabric and not plastic.

I like that Paden is sitting, as most of the boys from the twins are crawling.

The painting on the teeny toys is actually quite detailed.

💔Cons:

(a few of these cons may be problems with my particular set and may be different for you.)

Out of the box, my Patty was a bit dirty and Penny's dress was a bit wrinkled.

There is a defect on my stroller where the fabric on one of the seats is a bit too tight, making it difficult to seat a sitting baby in it. (Although it is fine with standing or crawling babies.)

The hood doesn't extend super far out, I wish it was made of fabric that we could extend and fold up rater than a plastic piece we move up and down.

The heads of the babies are stiff and a bit hard to turn at first.

💯Overall I would give this playset an 9/10.

I really like the included pieces but there were a few defects in my set. I would say it is definitely worth it, even if you don't already have any Calico Critters you can still enjoy this set because it includes a Mother. The stroller is very detailed and the figures are adorable and fuzzy. I would certainly recommend this playset.

🐨Outback Koala Family🐨- Calico Critters

You've found my blog! This is the Calico Critters Outback Koala family, names and descriptions. Everything in "quotes" are the descriptions that are listed on the bottom of the box.

*The baby koala on the box is actually listed as Joey and male pronouns, but I consider it a girl since the original koala family's boy had a blue diaper like many other male babies. I've seen boxes in stores with the girl listed as Julie so I used that here. My box just had the boy koala name for some reason.

🌷"Mother, Sheila owns her own eco-friendly shop, selling everything from organic lotions to tote bags made out of 100% recycled paper! She also enjoys being outdoors, tending to her vegetable garden and spending time with her family."

Shelia wears a cream colored dress with flower print and a white apron trimmed with lace and a white bow. She also has a pink and white polka dotted harness with two pink elastic straps to hold her baby Julie.

🌿"Father, Bruce is the leader of the Cloverleaf Corners Environmental Society. He is very passionate about conserving the environment for the future. He loves teaching critters how to reduce, reuse, and recycle products. In his free time, he takes his family on fun hiking trips!"

Bruce wears a blue and red striped plaid shirt with a small yellow button at the collar and green pants.

🌼"Sister, Adelaide, better known as Addie, has taken up her parents interest in being environmentally conscious. When she grows up, she wants to start her own eco-fashion company and create clothes made out of completely natural fibers."

Addie wears a small yellow dress with lace around the collar and a big white bow.
