Still feeling so light and full of love after @nicole_adriana_casanova Heart mending workshop with @thealchemistskitchen 💖🌹🙏 The theme of love & self love has been coming up so much for me lately, Ive been focusing on self care & acceptance through my spiritual practice, therapy, creativity & building self trust by keeping promises to myself each day💖 So much came together for me during the workshop last night that I am still processing & reflecting on. As we meditated Nicole asked us to face the memories of those who hurt us, of past pain and trauma , to thank them & let them go , that it is now safe to love, I AM SAFE to Love. These words were so incredibly powerful to hear.
