It's really not a guess though. We can tell for example that the people of ancient Babylon were very peaceful, they didn't have a lot of weapons or an organized military. And they were destroyed.

It's a fact of history and life that if you are unable or unwilling to fight then you will loose your land and people.

My most controversial political opinion is I'm sorta an unashamed imperialist and I just embrace the fact that America really is The Rome of the 21st century and so whenever I I hear people (Especially EuroTrash) complain about America or having to care about Americans and our politics all I can really think is "Damn it must suck to be a provincial"
