Story time! (Not a misinformation)

Earlier, 13th of April. We have received a negative review. We then asked the customer if there has been a problem with the order and he said "he never received the item". So gladly - we offered to help in locating the package even when his order was exactly 44 days ago. We called USPS to check for the last tagged gps location of the package and they confirmed it as successfully delivered - we then went and told the customer that the package was scanned delivered on his home address and yet - he still claims it as "never arrived". Just as any concerned small shop - we tried our best to locate the missing package so we contacted the inspectors and local police to file for a missing package claim and possible mail theft. We then informed the customer about the incident report and told him that we will try our best to locate the package as he rightfully paid for it and mail theft is a federal crime punishable by law.

On sudden turn of fortunate events - the customer contacted us that he "found" the package and begged us not to call the inspectors and file a claim for it. He then said that it was on his back porch (for 44 days) and didnt see it.

These kind of reviews negatively affects our small shop which has been our only source of livelihood and pays for our grandmother's therapy. While we give ample time to the buyers to revise their review after our provided solution - we cannot guarantee that we can change their hearts. 💔
