Running form: Back straight-up, mid-heel foot strike, hips rotating- like a wheel ⚙ . . . I never use headphones when I run, I'm always listening for cars and other barriers along the way. I'm over it with the silbatos y vania. I just keep on running and sometimes I get angry and throw 'em the finger, but totally out of hot body revenge 😂 The cases have spiked in Panama again, time to run with a mask. While I'm registered for the vaccine, it's still unvailable to my age group . . . Also very grateful for the Vale Panama program (Panama Solidario) When worked as a teacher they used to give us this as a Christmas reward. As I joined late (end of 2020) and I am employed- just a little extra helps. #tbt How it started vs. How it's going Warning: Emotional content- Anoreixa, bulemia, drug addiction, alcohol, tobacco, kiss that shit goodbye! Yeah, I was skinny, but inside I was a lonely, miserable and weak person. When I was 16, I was diagnosed by a top psychiatrist in Panama with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). When you recieve a diagnosis as a teenager, it pretty much becomes a lifelong battle. Running has never been about losing weight, it's been about being healthy. I love my round body and I'd rather be fat and happy any day of the week! If anyone needs recommendations for mental health services, please reach out to me, I can send you a contact. I can also tell you right now that the only reason people want to exercise things like critical race theory into our education system is because they don't like God and Christianity and they associate it with imperialism and colonialism. This is the subjective approach. We need to teach our children to be objective, take off the rose-colored glasses. Teach history now more than ever!
