Vivian: Hey Devon. I can always count on you mooching off free drinks.

Devon: Oh please, I'm just here to make sure you're not a blubbering mess. How was the wedding.

Vivian: I told myself I wasn't gonna cry.

Devon: And there it is.

Lippika: It's okay, baby. You just have to remember that she's not gone, just away. You did a good job raising her and now she's left the nest to start her own.

Vivian: I need a beer.

Lippika: I'll get you one.

Devon: To leaving the nest.

Vivian: I just don't want to go home. It's gonna be too quiet. No Julie banging around with her tools, no Noah playing video games all night, no Jasper crying. They even took the dog that barks at everything.

Lippika: If you're lonely you could get another cat.

Devon: Or start living life for yourself for a change.

Vivian: I tried getting back into the dating scene after my divorce but that was around the time Julie got pregnant and I was more concerned about her and the baby. Now I work too much. I'm teaching summer school and I have to keep inventory on this place to make sure you don't drink me dry.

Devon: You could always hire more help.

Damian: Oh, hey Vivi. I was hoping I'd find you here.

Vivian: Hey Damian, what can I help you with?

Damian: I was hoping there might be a position open.

Vivian: Not cut out for the military?

Damian: No sir. I'm much more cut out for the simple country life.

Vivian: You know what? I might be able to work something out.

The answer to both parts is the same. I build mostly everything my self. If the world I'm playing in as a building I can use, I'll take advantage. A lot of the sets I use in my stories aren't even real buildings. They're basically like sets on a sound stage.

The Fate of Side Stories on this Blog

After some long thought, I have decided to no longer post side stories on this blog unless they relate to Miss May I, like Sex on the Beach. The name of this blog is Miss-May-I after all. Between the real life, the main story, and trying to launch my own writing career, it's just too much and making writing feel more like a chore than my passion so I need to set my priorities.

Bots & Bolts -- This has been a passion project of mine for years now and the more plots and scenes I come up with, the less compatible it is to publish in a Sims format. The more I think about the poses I have to make in order to complete these scenes, the less I want to make them. Eventually you will see Bots & Bolts in a written format as a full length novel. When? No clue. I have many other projects to write, edit, and eventually publish.

Scratch the Surface -- I'm more upset about canceling this one than Bots & Bolts since the story is very World Adventures based and easier to make parts of. That's why Kneel will be returning as a future Miss May I heir and main character, so keep an eye out for him!

I'm well aware that Miss May I is the most popular series on this blog and the main focus. So with that in mind and lessening my work load, parts will release faster and hopefully be of much better quality.

Isabella: I can't believe I'm at my first bachelorette party.

Isabella: I just thought it would be a little more exciting than playing at the park with a 2 year old.

Julian: What were you expecting? Drugs and hookers?

Isabella: Well, no. But maybe at least some music and dancing.

Julian: I just don't think it's that big of a deal. Noah and I have already been living like a married couple for a while now.

Isabella: What do you think he's doing at his party?

Julian: He just said he was hanging out with some guys from work.

Harley: Hey man, I know we tend to stay out of each other's personal business, but that was a nice ring you bought for your lady and I sign your checks so I know how much you make. Pay for it with your gig on the side?

Noah: You're right, we do stay out of each other's personal business.

Harley: Come on, don't be like that. It's your bachelor party, your last night to go crazy. If you can't go wild tonight then when can you?

Noah: You're not supposed to get high on your own supply.

Harley: See? I knew it. Just one little bump. What do ya say?

Noah: One bump and I mean it. I'm not letting this shit ruin my life.

Harley: I hear ya man.

Noah: Did I wake you up?

Julian: Maybe just a litte.

Noah: Where's Jasper?

Julian: He's in bed. It's way past midnight.

Noah: Why are you still up then?

Julian: To make sure you got home safe.

Noah: You mean you just couldn't wait to see me again.

Noah: You know, they say the fastest way to make a baby is to give the mom the best sex of her life.

Julian: Jasper is proof enough that's not true at all.

Noah: It's that what your dad said when he bought this place years ago?

Julian: Yeah, but unlike him I'm not a fucking idiot. I know I can do it.

Julian: Just look at it. It's such a piece of shit. I'm so excited.

Noah: We need to get going or we'll miss the fireworks.

Noah: This looks like a good spot.

Julian: Look at that one. Those kinds are my favorite.

Noah: There's something I want to show you too.

Noah: Jules, I want you to marry me. Once we're married, we can qualify for public housing.

Julian: Noah, no.

Noah: No?

Julian: I want you to marry me 'cause you love me, not just 'cause you want state benefits.

Noah: But I do love you. How could I not? You're the only one to ever believe in me when everyone else gave up on me. We'll get married, have our own place, be a little family with Jasper, have another baby ... only if you want to though.

Julian: We'll do everything right this time and be one big happy family.

Noah: So is that a yes?

Noah: I didn't graduate, I got my GED. My girlfriend went though. She won't admit it but I know she's bummed she didn't get to walk with her friends. That's why I've been meaning to give her this.

Harley: Wow! Check out the diamond on that thing. So you're finally making an honest woman out of your girl, huh?

Noah: I've been thinking it's been time for a while now but just haven't had the guts to do it.

Harley: Why not? Not like she's gonna say no. Like it or not, but you two are already stuck together for the rest of your lives anyway. Go clock out and pop the question to your girl.

Noah: How was the graduation?

Vivian: It was nice. Bittersweet.

Noah: Speaking of bittersweet, there was something I wanted to talk to you about.

Vivian: You better not be trying to tell me Julie's pregnant again.

Noah: I wanted your permission to ask Julie to marry me.
