So it’s true what they say, LOVE IS LIKE A DRUG. The type that’s addicting. It makes you feel “high”. The only difference is that in love, you only get to PICK ONE and take once. Choose your pill wisely because as soon as the euphoria fades away, once you get sober, it will turn into a medicine - the type that’s prescribed, that one in which you have no choice but to take. Be careful to choose the right pill and choose to be THE RIGHT PILL. In the end, TRUE LOVE turns from PASSION to COMPASSION.

My Deepest Regret

If there’s one thing in my life I wish to undo, it would be that I’ve given pieces of my heart to someone other than you. I would’ve been able to love you all the way through if only I’ve kept myself whole and pure.

If only I believed that one day you’ll come, I would’ve taken every measure to protect my heart for you. Now you’re here but what’s done is done. As much as I want to give you everything I have, there are just some parts of me that’s already gone.

I deeply regret how selfish I was. If only I’ve learned to patiently wait, I would’ve been somebody that you truly deserve. Instead of saying “You complete me”, we would’ve been saying “We complement each other.”

If there’s one thing I regret from what I did in the past, it’s giving a portion of me to someone else not you. If there’s one thing I regret that I’m doing the present, it’s giving you only all that is left. If there’s one thing I will regret doing in the future, it would be taking back from you everything I just gave you.
