Captivating

A little Drabble for a fanfic I wanna write with Othello (black butler)

It could be reader or oc, depends on how to interpret it.

I gaze up to see the most beautiful reaper one could set eyes on, one who wears contacts opposed to glasses. One that has long blush toned silky hair, all tied in a high pony with her front pieces out, framing her beautiful features. Those green eyes of which all reapers have but hers seem to shine so bright, like an emerald in a dark cave. Wearing a black vest buttoned up with a white dress shirt under of which the sleeves are rolled up to her elbows showing her beautiful fair skin on her arms, a black tie to go with it. Wearing tight but not too tight black pants that hug her curves in all the right ways. Her katanas that have a soft pink hue to it them are strapped to her back, not shifting even in the slightest as she gracefully walked down the hallway, down in my direction.

She gets closer and closer until she stops, I pretend to be doing some sort of task as I felt a hand make contact with the top of my head, ruffling my hair soothingly, really a therapeutic sensation. I cant help but let my eyelids close for a moment as this happens.

“I see you’re finally taking a break from your work Othello”

Her voice was heavenly to hear, so soft and smooth, light like snow falling from the sky on a cold winter day. I couldn’t keep the smile from appearing on my lips from hearing it, like it’s my first time hearing her voice. I look up to where she’s standing above me as I sat on the bench, I make eye contact with those glittering eyes, completely entranced by them. The softness they gave off was like a warm blanket wrapping around my figure, she smiled at me those plump pink lips turning upwards in a way that only drew me in more.

Before I knew it those mesmerizing lips were brushing against mine, only for a moment but it was enough to make my cheeks grow hot. She pulls away and giggles. A sound I love oh so much to hear from her.

“what’s up with you today Othello? you look so out of it” She questions in a way that indicated she was half joking, half concerned for me. I couldn’t bring any words out of me at that moment, all I wanted was to feel her lips once again.. this girl was going to be the death of me.

she takes hold of my chin between her thumb and index finger, looking at me lovingly, a way that made me almost burst. Finally I worked up the courage to say something.

“You’re so beautiful”

This statement makes a beautiful red hue appear on her soft cheeks. She giggled after a moment, then finally, her soft lips met mine again.

-but he will check up on you and do his best to help when you're feeling overwhelmed

Toge would be quieter than usual,

instead of his usual inputs he adds every so often.. he’s dead silent

Ofc if you ask about it he’ll most likely try to assure you he’s fine

But you’re smarter than that

“Toge, what's wrong? I know you’re not okay right now, please stop hiding it.”

Instead of answering, he cuddles against you

Cuddles and kisses are really what he needs right now

It was quiet, too quiet. The boy with platinum blonde hair, covering half his face with the collar of his uniform hasn’t said a word today.

Inumaki toge isn’t usually super talkative, hence his cursed technique, but he still adds his input using his safe words. Apparently not today however, and y/n definitely noticed. They wondered and wondered what was wrong all throughout training today. It’s not like they can just ask him, he can’t exactly tell them, well, at least verbally.

“Oi y/n! Why are you so distracted today?” The second year, Zenin Maki asked in an annoyed tone. y/n breaks out of their trance and looks up at Maki.

“Sorry Maki-san, It’s just that.. have you noticed that Toge has been rather quiet today?” y/n asked, shooting a slight glance at Inumaki who was sitting on the bench, looking down at the ground during that moment.

Maki nods “yes, you should probably talk to him.” y/n agreed before making their way to their boyfriend.

y/n sat beside Toge, lightly putting their hand on his knee causing Inumaki to look at them. “You’ve been awfully quiet today toge, is everything okay?”

“Salmon” the platinum blonde replies, using his usual rice ball ingredients to communicate.

“I find that hard to believe. What’s going on?” y/n asks, Toge sighs before pulling out his phone and typing away.

y/n waits patiently, a few moments later their phone buzzes. They opened the message from Toge, reading it silently.

‘I don’t really know what's wrong, I just feel not like myself’

y/n reads as their phone buzzes again

‘I’m sorry if I worried you, I didn't mean to’

“You don’t need to apologize Toge, you can’t help feelings. Now, what could we do to cheer you up? y/n asks, giving a soft smile to their boyfriend.

Toge types quickly, merely a second later y/ns phone goes off again.

‘Can we go cuddle for a bit?’ y/n smiles again and looks back up at the boy

“Of course we can, whose dorm?” Inumaki points to himself before standing up and pulling y/n along by the wrist. y/n giggles as they’re pulled along by their lover. Not minding one bit how tight he’s holding them, or how they can barely keep up with the eager boy’s pace.
