today i’ve buy a scale i am not allowed to have one at home cause when i was deep in my ed 4 years ago my mom freaked out but i need one, im so happy that i can see my progress everyday! so I guess im officialy relapsing stay safe yall

Im spending 3 days with my friends in a house just for us but they buying so much junk food that just thinking about it make me sick one of them wanna cook for us but he use so much oil and stuff with so much calories all i thinking about are calories and what im gonna have to eat with them
