Spinning this right now. Really grooving to Sides C/D. A must have if you like Miles Davis’ Bitches Brew or his electric arrangements journey.

It’s Seiko Saturday. Though this photo was taken yesterday, still rocking it today due to its new shell cordovan leather strap.

I built a Tudor BB36 inspired watch. And what better way to pair its snowflake hands with the Winter Olympics article via the New Yorker!

The perfect combination of heavy and light, combustibility and grace.
Check out the latest New Yorker mag article for your Led Zeppelin fix. What way to celebrate the bands music than donning a German inspired chronograph I built on wrist.

Oh, also! Meet this thing. I’m still getting to know it. The metal strings hurt my fingers. The mini amp I bought is fuzzy and funny and all the Magnetic Fields songs I already play will surely sound great on it. The guitar is light and fits me perfectly (a miracle, you can’t find these to try on in person, let alone a left handed one!) and I unwrapped it like meeting a newborn, laughing and repeatedly saying hello, hello hiii!
Holding it I can already feel its potential.

Allegations aside, Ryan Adams is still one of the most prolific songwriters the world has seen. This was demonstrated by his string of releases in 2005 with his new band, The Cardinals. This documentary accompanied the first copies of Jacksonville City Nights. It tells us the formation of the band, the creation of the album, and their life on the road.
