hellooo pelo!! could you give us a little more insight on moloch's design/him in general? i feel like he gets sidelined sm,,

I am just gonna copy and paste the info I got on patreon about his desing!!! Like I said long ago, I wanted to make the stereotypical demon for the first episode and he gets traped in the board, sadly the design is nasty, charming in a way but it didn't make sense. In the second and third episode I thought about his name, decided to pick Moloch for how I designed him! it got a little bit simpler! less details and a little more squary, but it didn't make sense ( also his horns turn longer in the third episode) Everyone thought he finally died until the trailer for episode 6 dropped!! and his deisgn changed drastically!!! I love the new desing, it has the demon face and minatour body with an oven!! here's a sketch between the 3 desings. ( I also changed his eyes cuz it looks cooler)

As you may know, the name Moloch is from a "diety" where people will sacrifice children for a wish or for knowledge.  I decided I wanted him to kill to be alive, like putting a log on a chimney. The hardest part was making his bottom! I wanted to do the joke where he he moves freely despite being in the same place when he was trapped in the board, he will jump with a giant oven in the bottom, but I didn't like it, I decided to just give him the minatour legs! I will be showing a bunch of ideas for the legs:

 -Designig the legs, like a cracked stove with a diamond shape hole. Rejected the idea cuz it looks like a vagina 

-Final design with the normal oven shape 

He also has a shadow form which I LOVE!!! I wish I used it more!!!

His personality was just based on the exorcism movies or anything with a demon, where they are cold, serious, they will not let go an oportunioty to cause pain... until you know it's name and the demon becomes a baby and doesn't know what to do.

And that's pretty much it!! He is in a really warm place in my heart (get it!) because the reason I created him (a dumb joke) and just because he is that horrible character trapped with 2 idiots, and I like that dynamic, I want to remake the first 3 episodes for that reason!

Why does a person get upset with me when I told him that his justification for including a character didn't make sense according to the plot and the year of such series or story? I can be someone passionate when it comes to character stories, I need a good reason for why they exist and their purpose... if you put it just because "yes" or it doesn't make sense, it's obvious that I say it's not valid, (sorry little person) You had to ask me in my screenwriting and storytelling classes.
