A strange ice-storm hit Wertham and not long after people around the borough started to discover that they were slightly changed after the storm. When Vincent Peters found out about the powers, he searched the younger men and women up, with the promise of fame and resources and place to train their abilites to control the powers. The young adults who accepted this were all moved to a mansion on the country side. But it’s easy to find loopholes in promises. Experiments and tests were just as much of a daily routine as the training was, and evenings meant another freak show for anyone without a power. This wasn’t what the youngsters had asked and wished for, but will they try and adjust to their new lives, and each other? Or will they all try and leave the mansion, and each other, for good?

Faceclaim: Grant Gustin.

Personality Traits: Kind, Curious, Charming.

Gabriel grew up with an older brother in a middle class family. He was the sweetest boy, always polite and thoughtful. He charmed most people with his white smile, and big, curious eyes. He enjoyed books and football, and always took his studying seriously. He was respected in school, and had lots of friends. He cares alot, and appears to be a hopeless romantic. He is sensitive, and isn’t afraid to show it, but he also has a tougher, angrier side that sometimes pops up. The first time he discovered the wings on his back, he locked himself into the bathroom in panic. With a knife, he cut them off, even though it hurt all the way into his heart. But the wings grew back, and seemed to have a way of popping and out of his back. Hopefully, being at the mansion will help him figure out how to control it.

Personality Traits: Fearless, Funny, Obnoxious. 

Blaine Montgomery has probably slept with you, your sister, and your Mom. Typical man slut. He just doesn’t care. He has the complete package of being a ‘bad boy’. His mohawk is just the start, His smooth voice will entrance any woman and Any woman will indeed fall for Blaine. His Dad walked out on him years ago and His Mom is too ill to work, so Blaine had to go out and work as a pizza boy. He always got the best tips from his customers, even having regulars requesting him. Yet one day, after the storm, He was driving home late at night in fog and he could see the cars coming, yet he was surrounded by the fog. He soon discovered that his Night Vision was a massive improvement to his life. He never goes off road at night and when he has to climb out of the back window of one of his ‘customers’ houses, He won’t fall into the bastard bushes again. Who hasn’t slept with Blaine Montgomery?

Oh, little innocent Rufus, or as his friends and family loves to call him, Roof. He doesn’t say much most of the time, but when he does it’s hard to get the boy to stop. He’s never really been bullied, or been without friends, but he tends to stay in some sort of dream world he’s created. There’s an innocence over the boy, and he always try and please the people around him. He’s been obsessed with Peter Pan, airplanes, Superman, anything that can fly, ever since he was a kid. Now when he’s able to fly… He’s really excited for that, but he knows it has it backsides, and first up is to learn how to control it, because it’s getting frustrating to suddenly take off into the air anywhere at anytime.

Personality Traits: Fearless, Hyperactive, Wild.

Liam has always been the wild one, as a child he loved to run into walls, just for the sake of it. The older he got, the wilder the stuff he did became. It wasn’t like he hurt himself because he liked to be hurt, no. He just loved having a laugh, and always lived in the moment. He can seem like a rude asshole, but really, he just can’t sit still. And he speaks before he thinks. But if you catch his eye, you can be pretty sure he’ll try and do anything to please you in his own little way. Invulnerability? The fact that this meant that he could recover from any injury, Liam is totally fine with it. It just means he can toughen up the stunts he does, including the skateboardtricks. As soon as he learns how to control it fully, he’ll able to do any stunt or trick and walk away with it without a scratch. Unless he breaks his neck or something… Oh well, he’ll deal with that then.

Faceclaim: Jake Gyllenhaal.

Personality Traits: Obedient, Intelligent, Kindness. 

Chase’s need to help people developed into a career as a doctor. He worked at the local hospital before getting his job for Mr. Peters. He runs tests on the specials, as Mr. Peters likes to call them, but he knows that if it’s needed, Mr. Peters will force him to cut them up piece by piece.

He’s a sweet man, and really do care about others. He always tries to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy, and is often credited as the joker. He is everybody’s friend. He is quite fascinated by the specials, and has always been very interested in the supernatural. He only wishes that these tests and experiments will help the rest of the world to learn about these powers, and use them for good. He finds the freak shows horrible, but he doesn’t want to lose his job by saying anything about it.

Caitlin Ashmoore was a child star. Always on kids TV advertisments and as soon as she hit the legal age, She was being picked up for photoshoots for the big magazines left, right and centre. Everyone envied her. She may not have two brain cells to rub together but she certainly knows how to use her body to her advantage. The invisibilty? She isn’t quite sure what she thinks of it. It’s always good for sneaking into VIP areas, but still. Who wants to be invisible when the whole world wants to see you?

Sam Moore had the best childhood. His Mom was always home, cooking and cleaning and his Dad was always away, working for the army. That probably doesn’t sound like the best to you or me, but Sam adored his father and was always so very proud. Sadly, His Dad died in Iraq when Sam was only aged 10. He had always wanted to follow in his footsteps and had begun sports to train himself up. Soon enough, He was the best quarterback in school and everything seemed to be getting better. Being super strong did have benefits, but the negatives were the worst. He almost crushed his Mom one evening and she kicked him out, never wanting to see him again. Poor Sam was homeless. But Vincent came and saw him, offering him food, shelter and a home. Sam took up the opportunity, unaware of what was planned.

Megan Crosswire belongs to one of the richest families in the country. Her father owns a large car sales company and is a millionaire. And with Megan being an only child, She is spoilt rotten by both parents. She’s allowed to do whatever she wishes because her parents never time for her and this led to her becoming a spoilt little bitch with no respect for anyone but herself. She has her secrets, but no-one will ever know them because Megan never lets anyone close enough to share them with, scared of rejection. But her power.. Sweet god, It’s the best thing ever. She can make her cash double, triple etc.. you get the picture. She’s never had an issue with it and that’s probably why she was happy to leave her parents to move into the mansion, ready for a celebrity lifestyle to match her bank balance.

Matthew ‘Matty’ Daniels will be the funniest person you have ever met. His cheeky grin matches his hilarious personality and his freckles make him all the more cuter. He had always loved football, a passion of his along with being a temporary DJ. Life had become very good for Matty, Everything just got better and better till the storm. Having Superhuman speed destroyed his passion for football, being too fast made his Coach and Team worry that he was taking enhancement drugs and was kicked from the team and since then has never returned to football. But apart from his Life-ruining power, He’d be friendly to everyone.

Stella grew up in a well-respected family, as the youngest of four. She seemed like the perfect little girl, and she knew that if she fluttered with those long, black eyelashes, and studied whoever she wanted something from with those big chocolate brown eyes, she’d get it. She always seemed so confident and independant and was quickly choosen to be the leader when she started school. She is spoiled, rude but yet so manipulating. Your mama wouldn’t love her, but your father certainly would. Having the ability to control other people? Best thing that ever happened to her. This means she can get whatever she wants, without even trying at all. She could get the idiots she disliked to do immature, embarassing stuff and no-one would be able to blame her for it. Lovely!

Ciaran Hetfield. Open. Age: 19. Sexuality: Up to player. Power: Immortality. Faceclaim: Robert Sheehan. Personality Traits: Sarcastic, Rude, Cocky. Ciaran is an annoying cunt, that’s for sure. It just comes to him, he can’t help it. He always come with rude and/or sarcastic comeback, and doesn’t seem to care what the rest of the world thinks of him. Although, he had a rough childhood which is his weakest spot, if you ever mention it, he’ll most likely try and punch you in the face. He has a sensitive side, but it’s easier to get into Juilliard without sense of rythm than to make Ciaran trust you with his heart and secrets. Immortality is just amazing, it doesn’t matter what he says or does, he’ll live forever. Ciaran can’t complain, discovering the power maybe wasn’t that fun and all, but he is surely going to use this one quite well.
