Take it from someone who has started a calorie deficit many times and stuck to it:
1. The first three days, you will be starving. It will be constant. It will suck. I cannot sugarcoat it.
But the good news is it doesn’t stay that miserable forever.
2. The first week you will have food noise. The physical hunger will go away, and the mental hunger will almost be worse. Do not give in or you will have to start at step one again.
3. After a week it starts to become a habit. The food noise is still there. But you have learned not to listen to it. You have learned to distract yourself with other things that you enjoy. (Since eating is not that much fun anyway)
4. After two weeks, it will become a habit.
Even if it seems hard to start back up again after a binge or a period of over eating, those first few days are the hardest. If you’re stuck in a binge restrict cycle, you’re never gonna get past that point of hunger and food noise.
Trust me, it’s worth it.

Since we want to fix this mess, and make ourselves proud, because.. all of this matters, these decisions we take, to be disciplined.. all shapes who we will be in few months (quite literally) We need to take some drastic measures, And who cares.. youll do what it takes to reach your goal, you want to be skinny dont you? Since im addicted to smoking, this is slightly easier for me because.. i have my vices, Smoking helps me battle the hunger. Ive made this diet, Its called the "Angels diet" Since im mostly a diet pepsi drinker, you can replace the drink with whatever drink you like as long as its 0 cal Try to add fruits, veggies, and things with high protein but low cals. Protein helps alot of surpressing the hunger, or sometimes drinking a whole lot of water! and make sure to distract yourself, with masturbating, watching your favorite show, make a playlist!, meditating, working out, go online shopping, build your roster, or talk to your lover, go smoke or vape, look at thinspo and look at yourself.. yikes. journaling and reflecting on why you are the way you are and how you got this way. Anyway. The "Angels diet" consists of... 。 no higher than 550 cal 。 low liquid cals, no more than 30 cal 。 a lot of work outs, to burn that fat on your body 。 low cal meals 。 a lot of fasting ------------------------------------------------------------- Follow this work out
Abdomen ⋆ plank for 30-60 seconds ⋆ russian twists 40 reps ⋆ leg raises ⋆ crunches ⋆ side plank 30 seconds for each side have a break for 5 minutes, and then continue For overall fat ⋆ jumping jacks 2 minutes ⋆ jump rope ⋆ running or walking for 40 mins
------------------------------------------------------------- So!, on the first day... i know its going to be hard but trust me if you want to lose that fat on your body. ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ The first day your ONLY allowed 300 CAL! but only at (2pm-4pm) those are the only times your allowed to spend your cal bucks! That is your only window in the day to eat, no before no after that. And you bet your ass you are going to work out, work out and burn 400 CAL, burn more than you eat, You do want to lose weight right? ⋆⭒˚。⋆ The second day... So before everything else, you are going to work out first thing when you wake up, And after your work out, Shhh i know your hungry piggy, Youll wait 2 hours and thirty minutes before eating. For your only mean of the day, You are going to have... 1 cup of coffee, a boiled egg (no yolk) and one cucumber, and one spoon of yogurt. Thats it, Your allowed to drink no cal drinks, but no liquid calories after that. ⊹ ࣪ ˖₊˚⊹⋆ Third day... Today your cal bucks are only 400 cal, Thats all you can spend today. All throughout this diet you will be working out, there is not stopping. ⊹ ࣪ ˖₊˚⊹⋆ Cal bucks for the rest of the next days: Day 4: 300 cal Day 5: 500 cal Day 6: 200 Day 7: Fasting day.
