So today was an overall okay day
I had a small breakfast, a salad for lunch, a proteinshake for a snack and dinner was cottagecheese, ham and blueberries.
I did stay under 1000 kcals but it feels like dinner was a bit too much or I could have skipped the protein shake...
Plus I didn't really move around a lot
Idk what I'm gonna do about tmr since I'm gonna spend the whole day at my friend's place again... He usually likes to order food... That's so many calories...
I think I'm gonna skip breakfast and either only have lunch at his place or I'll treat it as a meta-day ...
Any recommendations for lower calorie options when it comes to take out ?
