I'm a junior in high school. After talking with a few of my peers, I've realized something that a lot of us have in common which is the fact that we're scared shitless for our families and our futures.

Where are we supposed to go after school without financial aid? Why would we want to progress our academics anyways once colleges are completely against our human rights and real historical facts? What are we supposed to tell our little siblings who won't even have ever heard of the "American dream" outside of the elite? How are we supposed to stay motivated and feel accomplished with our studies whilst knowing that none of it will even matter in the next two years?

If you aren't listening to the concerns of American children who want to make something of themselves, you aren't a patriot, you don't care about your people, and you aren't "pro-life" by any means (you're pro-control). I don't have any clue as to how you MAGA parents can sleep at night, knowing you're stripping your own children of their futures and telling them their feelings about it don't matter.

I hope the higher taxes were worth your children's souls.

What about the fact that he LITERALLY said he "couldn't care less" if car prices raise? Or maybe the fact that most "American made" vehicles do still require import help from foreign countries, meaning of course, that ALL vehicles likely have tariffs enforced onto them.

Alright, considering I don't fully understand what you mean by woke because you all use it for anything that's different from cishet white men, I'll just promise to try my best here.

First of all, when referring to LGBT rights, women's rights, and black lives, or anything else to do with the comfort of people, I would hope we can agree that these are just.. Human rights, yes? These people are a part of your community as an American, yeah? So why would you bow down before someone who makes your fellow people uncomfortable and unsafe?

Trump is literally moving himself closer and closer towards the term of "dictator" and is pushing America into an oligarchy (meaning a government ran by a small handful of people. not very patriotic, is it?). He's putting fear into other countries who were allied with America before his presidency such as Canada, who now have registration laws put in place for people coming to stay longer than one month. He's completely changing schools learning plans to rid of slavery and anything portraying homosexuality in a positive light and making things progressively harder for students and single mothers with his childish tariff wars.

The big thing: He's taking away your freedom of speech. Yes, YOUR speech. Anything he doesn't deem correct or anything that criticizes him, he states is completely illegal and will completely shut down your words. Sure, currently he's going after the "woke", the queers, the POC, but if you think he isn't going to go after you just because you may not fall under these categories then you're sorely mistaken.

Trump doesn't give two fucks about you unless you are an elitist 1% that can make him more money. I promise you that he only cares about himself and he will step on even his biggest supporters to get what he wants.. Which is a literal genocide on anyone he doesn't like for one reason or another.

TL;DR : You should care about people who are different from you, if for no other reason then at least because this is a slippery slope that will lead to your oppression and censorship. Sorry if this is a weak explanation.

Hey, please read this as I find it to be absolutely horrifying and I think we should probably all be aware of any culture and history being absolutely ripped from us.

Trump is claiming that the Black Smithsonian is making "white culture" seem evil and exploitive (because that's just what white American culture literally is). He's making an attempt to completely erase black history, saying this after yapping about good ol' American heritage:

"Museums in our Nation’s capital should be places where individuals go to learn — not to be subjected to ideological indoctrination or divisive narratives that distort our shared history."

Just so you know, though you hopefully ALREADY know. Slavery DID happen and it SHOULD be learned about and it is NOT making every current white American look bad unless they believe we should go back to it or forget it ever happened.. like Mr. Donald over here.

He's not just going after the Black Smithsonian either:

"The forthcoming Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum plans on celebrating the exploits of male athletes participating in women’s sports."

Okay woah. First off, I'd like to say thank you to those that have showed concern for me under my first post. I'm really appreciative, however, I'm not going to stop posting my political thoughts just because of a few MAGA TROLLS. I'm focusing more on those who actually do maybe want to listen and give me access to their minds for a moment. Oh by the way, Trump has colleges by the balls right now. He's completely brainwashing everyone by whitewashing history, punishing teachers who say anything about homosexuality or transgender individuals in a positive light, and ridding of diversity speech within the schools all together.

"Why don't they just.. Disobey?" Trump threatens to rid of government funding for whatever schools don't comply, obviously meaning they will go under. They literally can't fight any of it.

I told literally everyone during the election that he would get voted in again, that he would just do whatever the fuck he wanted, and no one would stop him as they would instead bow down before him. None of you believed me and now look where he has us.

Today, a Venezuelan got his COMPLETELY legal visa taken from him because of his "gang tattoo". Wanna know what the tattoo was? A fucking autism awareness tattoo. His little brother is autistic and he was just trying to show him that people cared about him. He got kidnapped and sent to an ICE facility for it. He was deported for being a traitor when he was in fact an ally.

Throughout this past week, over three hundred individuals have been stripped of their visas' just because they used their free speech in some way. Trump and Elon claim to care for your rights, for your speech, for your safety, but they just want to control you.

I've seen two headlines saying young writers- college students- were deported because they were defending Middle Eastern countries in their college papers. That's literally all they were doing not even any Anti-Trump administration or anything. They wanted to raise concern for their people and they got shutdown for it, got called "Lunatics" by authoritative figures, and literally kidnapped in broad daylight by the motherfucking government. If this isn't scary to you then I don't know what is.

"What does this have to do with me exactly? I'm white and fully abled!" You may think you're safe and for now, you kind of are, but how long exactly do you think that will last? You think they won't turn their backs on you for saying anything Trump remotely doesn't like? He's already going around and claiming people who are against him are committing crimes and trying to get journalists arrested. Just think about it for a minute. Try to connect the dots and see that we're in the beginning of the end. Try to do something about it.
