So I've been tracking my food the past 2 days and I've gotten over 100 carbs in both days. Well, my ankles got swollen last night and are still swollen some. I hate it. So today, I'm cutting my carbs down to 30. I just feel My body doesn't do well with that many carbs. Now, I won't restrict to 20 grams, but my goal is to stay under 50 a day, that way I'm still getting some like my dietitian wants.

Saw my dietitian today. She's the sweetest, I swear. I love her already hahah. Anyways, she put me on a 1200-1400 cal diet. And I have to start journaling my food 😬😩 I hate doing that kind of stuff honestly. She said it's not needed and she doesn't care about the numbers, but that it'll be helpful to me. She said it's not something she wants me doing for the rest of my life, but for right now I need to. And I also expressed to her how I'm kind of scared of food. She told me it's normal for someone like me. But food isn't something I should fear, food is good. She told me to remember 85/15. Eat healthy 85% of the time and the other 15% I can indulge some. I think I like that rule. I got back on the first and my goal is to be 10-15 pounds down if possible. I started today doing a February challenge with some girls on Instagram. It helped me get my 3 miles in and my water. Ooo, another thing, choosing not to weigh myself either. Next time I will weigh will be at my next appt on March first. "Alice girl, you can do this!!!
