 Let’s see an example, you copy a link of any of your blog post, then go to Facebook to your profile or to any of your page and click on create post and paste the link there, add some “Description”, if you want then “Tag someone”, add “Hash Tags” and post it.  

 I think it's so simple by the way to publish a post or a link on social media.

 You can even use “Social Media Automation Tools”. As a beginner you don't need to use it. You can start by copying and pasting manually, but if you want to make things easier you can use some tools like “Hootsuite” or “Buffer”. I use a tool called “Content Studio”.  

 I do not know if you heard about it before or not. So just try this and learn it, it is very simple to use and give you big result very fast. You open any social media information tool, click on publish on the composer section social media post, simply paste the link and click on your Facebook page, Facebook groups your Twitter profile, your LinkedIn, your Tumblr; whatever you want you can. Then add some description and some hashtags. Then open your blog post and copy introduction or any link and come back to social composer and paste there  and click on post now, that's it the system automatically now posts on all your social profiles. As I told you that you are not required to use tool like this, you can do this manually also, it's up to you.  

 You can publish your links on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Instagram and Pinterest. Now, if you use Instagram and you know it in details then you may be aware that you can't publish a link directly. So for Instagram, fallow these steps and work smart what I do. Write a captions of the post and there attach the link that you want to promote. In this way you can promote some stuff from Instagram even if you have less than ten thousand followers. If you 

have more than ten thousand followers the you can create a story and add a link. You can also add link in bio.

 The latest and fastest trend in the social media is Pinterest. Work on the Pinterest is somehow different.  You can add “Pins” on the Pinterest. While you create a pin you have to give link to every pin. This link must be of any website or blog or YouTube videos that you want to promote.

 Let’s see how to create a pin. A special thing about Pinterest is, you need to create custom design “Pin Image”. To create this pin image fast and very simply, I use “Canva” or “Snapa”. After creating pin image on canva or snappa, download the image and now go back to Pinterest, upload the image you download. Then give some meaningful title of the pin that includes at least 2 or 3 key words. After that add some description related to your pin and include some hashtags. These hashtags must be keywords related to your website, blog or YouTube videos that you are promoting for example “herpes-simplex-virus”. Then include link of your website, or blog or YouTube video. So, your pin is ready, now publish it. 

 So if anyone searching for something related to “Herpes Simple Virus” or related to it on the Pinterest, your pin will be shown to them. Once someone click your pin then he will be redirected to your blog or website through your given link. This way you can get free traffic from Pinterest.  

 This is the second strategy, through which you can spread your content to all 

over your social profiles. If you don't have social profiles till today, then what are you waiting for? just go and start creating it. Grow your social profile and your social presence, it is very important now a days.

  3.   Question and Answer Forum

 Part – 1

 Now let's move on to the third strategy, which is Question and Answer forums websites. 

 Here also the first website is Quora.com, the top Question and Answer forums websites, it gets around 500 million visits and most (40% ) are from United States.

Please don’t spam here. Just search for topics related to your blog or related to your service or related to your website. As an example I have some Pet related product to sale through my promoted websites leggingsmegamall.com or thehealthypet.shop or gadgetworldusa.com. So what I will do is, I will search for the questions related to “Pet” on Quora. Quora will show you a lot of questions. I will open a question out of that and give an answer and inside the answer I will link back to my website.  

 This way I will try to divert readers to my websites and get free traffic to my website. Please try to do value addition to the website and put informative content on that website but please don't spam. I am getting lots of traffic from Quora for free to my promoted websites.

 Then we have “Yahoo Answers” with the same concept. Just open the category of questions for that you want to answer. Then open the questions and start answering and linking back to your content but please don't spam.

 Another well-known option is answers.com. This website is also has around 8 million visits per month. It is also a good source of traffic. You can answer questions here and link back to your websites or Blog.

 findaforum.net and reddit.com  are also great place to engage with people and get traffic from. In the reddit, please don't spam, you will get banned. Try to give value and you will get traffic back to your websites and services.

 All these websites can help you engage with people. Answer questions or write articles and get back traffic to your services or to your blogs or to your websites or to your YouTube channel from these websites. This is my third strategy which is forums and Question-Answer websites.

  4.   Email Marketing

 Let us move to my strategy number four which is one of my favourite strategies. It is Email Marketing.

 I am using a website called Convert Kit. This is a website offering service to create your private email list. You have to building email lists through this website and start broadcast to all your email list members regarding all your new updates. This all you can do with this website.

 If you don’t use email marketing then you are missing a lot; you are missing lot of visitors, lot of sales, and missing lot of things for growing your business. By using this technique you can start building email lists and sending newsletters and email marketing campaigns to your subscribers and get lot of traffic to your websites or blogs.

 There are some other service provider like convertkit. We can also use mailchimp same like I explained before. We have a lot of services that we can use to start email marketing and building email list and use it to grow business.

In this ways your eBook will be full of links of your websites or blogs so, it is a very good strategy to create a valuable eBook. Write and put a free eBook and start spreading all over the internet where people will download and get benefits from it and at the same time you will get traffic from this eBook. You can promote affiliate links, your blog links or your drop shipping websites. There are so many websites where you can publish your e-books.

 Another good example is to use Slideshare, I am also using it. In this website you can create an excellent slideshow related to your niche. In the slides you can include lots of links to your blog or website or affiliate sites and publish it on the slideshare. If you have written an article, you can convert it in the form of slide show by using Canva and Power Point.

 You can create presentations about your business and go to slideshare and upload it. There are around 120 million visits per month on the slideshare. So, it is also a very good place to publish your slides and get traffic from there.

So, whenever you post anything like a post, a blog, a video or put a new product in affiliate website; all your subscriber will get notification about that. So, if I have send push notification to my 2000 subscriber and I am generally getting 8% click through rate then your post or article or product will immediately receive 160 views.

 Now we are moving to my strategy number eight, which is one of my favourite. It is also very simply. If you have a YouTube channel you can utilize it for getting a lot of traffic to your websites or blogs.

When people search for something on google, they mostly see the content on the first page only. So you have to include key words in your websites or blogs through which you can rank on first page of google if people search for those keywords. By this way you can get organic traffic direct from search.

 So, what you are going to do simply is to optimize your website so you can rank on top of google or Bing or any search engine. So it's a very good source of free traffic.  I can't cover how to optimize website for SEO in details here in this article.   10.                     Guest Posting

 My strategy number ten is guest posting.

 What is guest posting?

 It is very simply, publishing articles on other blogs so it can reach the audience of that blog. For example just a small example if you go to this website social media examiner and you go down then you can see the link “write for us”. They allow you to write for them, of course they have some conditions and restrictions that you can read and according to their rules prepare and submit your post to this website. If they accept your guest post you can get traffic from this website or if they don't allow links you can simply do something called brand awareness so the audience of this website will know about you and this is also very important.

 Please don't focus always on just getting a click, focus on brand awareness let people know about your content about your business about your services and about you also.

 For example you can go to google and search for “write for us” and then enter your niche as an example “blogging” and google will show you a list of websites where you can contribute and publish guest posts. Try and just change the niche let's say “fitness” or anything you want and you will find the blogs and websites where you can guest posts.

     I have tried my level best to cover everything I know to get free traffic for website, blog or YouTube channel. Each of these topics requires a full details. I will try my best to publish more and more articles covering in details of all of these. If you are interested then please let me know. Friends, Pinterest is not only a pint posting website but it is a search engine. Every day traffic on the Pinterest is huge and it is in the top 5 most visited website worldwide.

  So, posting pins on the Pinterest can generate the huge traffic, in fact I know lots of bloggers are getting most of their traffic because of Pinterest. Pinterest is simply on fire and still not enough people are using it.

 Pinterest is one of the biggest search engines on line, but what you need to do is; create informative blog posts; create pins that match to your blog post and start pinning content on the Pinterest. Over the time you are going to build up more followers on the Pinterest and then you will start getting your pins to go viral.

  2.   Comment on Other’s Blog

 I am using this technique since I first started online working and I strongly recommend it to you also. Try this out right now, these are completely free and it is very effective.

 What I do is and I want you to do is; go to Google and search something related to your niche. For example, if your blog is about internet marketing or making sales of any Pet product.

 Go to Google and search for sales of Pet related product. You will find multiple pages on your screen. Go to top websites or Blogs, and then go on to the blog's that have a comment section and Comment there. Try if you can link back to your website somehow.

 It does not take very long time for you to do and it is completely free. That will not cost you anything and if you want then you could actually pay someone to do this for you. It is better to pay someone a little bit of money to do it for you

 However, this is an extremely easy way to go and get free traffic to your website. This is not going to work in all niches because lot of websites do turn off their commenting section. But most websites do have a comment section.

 If you go on there and be active, you will get a nice trickle of traffic coming to your website and it will build up over time. It might be very slow at the start, but if you keep doing it like maybe go and do 10 to 20 blog comments every single day and you will slowly see a good momentum of traffic coming to your website.

3.   Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in New Way

 Now number three, this is one of my favourites because it's completely passive traffic and this is to learn search engine optimization.

 But don't do what everybody does…

 For example,

 You want to go for low hanging fruit keywords, what I find especially in affiliate marketing. Generally people work on key words like “making money online” or “how to make money online”.

 It is going to be impossible for a brand new website to rank for that routine keyword, even big websites find hard to rank in those keywords.

 So, what you should do is, go for a low hanging fruit like “how to make money online with Instagram for free”.

 It is a long tail keyword and we'll have less competition. It will be a lot easier for you to go and rank in that particular keyword.

 So, when someone searches for “how to make money online with Instagram for free”, we have a really good chance of showing our website up in google, because that is classed as a low hanging fruit keyword. It has not much competition and has good search traffic.

 Try and learn how to get your website up into those low-hanging fruit keywords.

 4.   YouTube

 Now number four is very interesting. Something that you have to go for it, if you haven't done so far and that is YouTube.

 Once again, YouTube is not only a videos showing website it is a search engine. This is the second biggest search engine online these days.

 You might be afraid to show your face on video or afraid of putting your voice on YouTube. Please don’t be afraid, you don't have to actually put your face on YouTube. You can go and use a video creating programs or you could even create your own explain videos. All you need to do is go on put some valuable content on YouTube. Put links in the description people will click that link and go to your websites

 I am not saying that through YouTube you can start getting traffic from the first day, but if you go on creating good contents and your channel and your contents will be promoted by YouTube, you will slowly start getting diverted traffic.

 YouTube is a great way guys to go and get free traffic, plus you also get backlinks to your website and that will also push it up in the rankings to rank your website for those low hanging fruit keywords.

  5.   Yahoo Answer and Quora.com

 Number five is really easy to do as well.

 It is like a blog comments. There is a website called “Yahoo! Answers

”

 This is a question website where people are asking questions every single day based on specific topics.

 So, you just have to go into the search bar and put your topic in the search bar and find people that are asking questions, once you find some people that are asking questions; answer that question with a good valuable reply and they link back to your website.

 Don't say hey, check out my website like spam

 Just say something like “if you want to find out more information about this you can check out this website”

 One of the biggest mistakes people do and they come back and say that your methods don't work. It don’t work because they go and spam their links everywhere. This does not work guys.

 Trust me, people will read if you write in a proper way and your content is really helpful and meaningful to them. If you spam you are never going to create a long-term online.

   Quora

 Quora.com is also one of my favourite places to go and get free traffic. This is also a very famous question answer website. Quora is in the top 5 most traffic website list. It is absolutely free to question or answer the question.

 You can spend an hour every single day after work. Even 30 minutes really do it in your own timeframe. This is a great way to go and get free.

 Contents of Quora is always on top in Google. So if you put any very useful and innovative content in the form of Question or answer in Quora; google will always put it on priority and on the top rank.

 For example.

 If you find a topic on “the best health programs” and you have got an answer to that question. You just briefly answer with proper and deep useful way.

 If someone go on Google and searches for “top 10 best health programs”; and if you are with the most appropriate answer then it the best chance that your answer can rank on google and Google will show your answer on top.

 If you had put link of your website in the answer, you will start getting traffic to your website. So you are not only getting traffic from quora.com you are also getting traffic from people searching in Google for getting answers to their questions.

  6.   Write on Related Forums and Message Boards

 It is a great way to get free traffic friends, number 6 is really good.

 This require quite a bit of work. Write on your niche related forums and message boards online. That is kind of old work, but it works extremely well.

 What you have to do is, just sign up an account and become active and create value in Forum. You must create value for this to work. This is how I started one of my websites and got thousands of views per day.

 So, you just go on to one or two forums in your niche, just work on one or two forums, don't overdo yourself. Go on to those forums and start an account. Once you're on the forum, go ahead and create value based on your topic and then inside that value have links to your website. First spend couple of weeks on that website, create value and then start to drop your links on those forums.

 The best thing about forums is your content stays there forever. People do go through forums and check things multiple times and new readers are also join.

 Once again, forum posts will show up in Google.

 So let's say, you do a value post on “how to get fit” in one of the blog post. You write in details about “how to get fit”. If someone go onto the Google and search “how to get fit”, that forum might show up in the search result. Out of many someone might go and read your article there and then come to your website through Google from that post.

 So that's another great way to get free traffic and it works very well. But you need to do it properly. You need to add some value on the forum or don't bother doing it because it just won't work.

 7.   Click Through Rate

 Now number seven friends. This is not really going out there and posting anywhere, but it is concentrating on your click-through rate.

 So, if you go out and do all of these other six methods, like Pinterest, blog comments, SEO, YouTube, Quora, write on forums; these actually create what we call “Backlinks” to your website.

  Slowly your website and you as a writer will start to get up in the ranks on the Google.

 Click through rate is very important in Google.

 You are interested and want to make sure that people click your site right?

 Instead of click to someone else backlink you want people click your link. More click through rate means higher rank on Google. In the same way, lower the click through rate means lower rank on Google.

 So go into your blog post or your website or whatever you're trying to get traffic to and make sure you edit the SEO meta title and Description so it becomes clickable. Once you get a higher click-through rate and this will tie everything together and get you more clicks to your website, more clicks to your website means more earnings.

Difference between Antibiotics Drugs, Antivirals Drugs and Vaccines

After Corona Pandemic or during COVID-19, there are some words becomes very famous and talk of the town overnight. These words are, Antibiotics Drugs, Antiviral Drugs and Vaccines. Most of the common people don’t know the difference between these terminology and types of drugs. Here we are trying to differentiate these types of drugs in very simple words.

  (A)        Antibiotics: -

 Bacteria are single-celled microorganisms. They’re very diverse, coming in a variety of different shapes and sizes. Bacteria can be found in all sorts of environments, including soil, bodies of water, and in or on our bodies.

Although there are many bacteria in and on our bodies, these bacteria often don’t cause disease. In fact, the bacteria in our digestive tract can help us digest our food. However, sometimes bacteria can enter our bodies and cause an infection.

 Antibiotics are medicines that interfere with the reproduction of bacteria and therefore, these type of drugs are only useful for treating bacterial infections. Viral diseases, like influenza, can therefore not be treated with antibiotics. What is worst is, inappropriate use of antibiotics contributes to the development of antibiotic resistance, a growing health concern now a days. Secondary bacterial infections that may occur in tissues that have been damaged by influenza virus infection may well be treated with antibiotics.

 Some antibiotics are considered broad spectrum antibiotics. These type of antibiotic drugs can be used to treat wide range of bacteria types’ infection. Others antibiotics have a narrower range of bacteria that they can treat. Bacteria have different metabolism than humans have. Antibiotics are agents which interfere with the bacteria’s metabolism, and either kill them or make the bacteria unable to proliferate. The point is that antibiotics are NOT toxic to humans, because they do not interfere with the human metabolism.

  Some examples of bacterial infections:

  (B)        Antiviral Drugs: -

 Viruses are very tiny organisms. They’re even smaller than bacteria. On the most basic level, a virus is composed of a piece of genetic material that’s surrounded by a protein shell. Some viruses may have an additional envelope or other features on their surface.

 Viruses are parasitic and require a host cell in which to carry out their life cycle. Once the virus has entered the host cell, it’s able to use cellular components to reproduce. New viruses are released from the host cell, a process that’ll sometimes cause the host cell to die.

 Antivirals are drugs that can treat people who have been infected by virus. They also can be used to prevent or limit infection when given before or shortly after exposure, before illness occurs. A key difference is that the antiviral drug is effective only when administered within a certain time frame before or after exposure and is effective during the time that the drug is being administered.

 It is much harder to make drugs that are effective against viruses, because virus always mutate, or change their characteristics frequently. Still, antiviral drugs do exist, and have had some success in helping people with diseases like Hepatitis B, which can be transmitted to others in blood and bodily fluids.

  Some common examples of viral infections:

 -         Corona or Covid-19                                          

-         Influenza (the flu)                                              

-         Common cold                                                    

-         Measles                                                              

-         Chickenpox

-         Herpes simplex virus (HSV)

-         Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)

-         Viral hepatitis, which can include hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E

-         Ebola

-        Rabies

-        Polio

-        Rubella

  (C)        Vaccines: -

 Vaccines prevent or mitigate infections. They are designed to induce a protective immune response in the body against the viruses represented in the vaccine. When vaccinated, the immune system of the body produces a specific response, consisting of specific T cells and specific antibodies that fight off the infection when exposure to the virus occurs at a later stage. More importantly, vaccination also leads to the induction of a specific immunological memory against the viruses represented in the vaccine. Upon contact with the virus at a later stage, the immune system is able to mount a specific response much more rapidly than the non-primed immune system.

 Vaccines are drugs that you take, usually by injection, to prevent you from getting a certain viral or bacterial illness as an example, the flu shot is intended to protect you so you don't catch the influenza virus. The pneumonia shot protects you against up to 30 strains of pneumococcal pneumonia, which is bacterial, but does not work against viral pneumonia.

 Most vaccines give protection for long periods of time, like the tetanus shot, which is good for ten years, although if you suffer an animal bite, the shot should be repeated if it has been more than five years since you had a booster. A few vaccines need to be given annually, like the flu shot. Flu shots represent scientists' best estimate of what strains of the virus will be present in a given year. If you get the flu, despite having had the flu shot, it usually means that you caught a strain of the virus that was not included in the vaccine.

 Vaccines thus enhances the body’s own resistance against virus and bacterial infections.

 Dogs and cats have been eating grass for a long time. In fact, grass is so popular among dogs that one species, dog grass, is named after them. Dog grass is also known as couch grass, and it grows in all but the southern-most states of United States of America.

It acts as an internal cleanser, expelling excess mucus, bile, and other impurities. It also cleanses the bowels and expels worms. Cereal grasses contain enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Grass also contains chlorophyll, which was used for relieving pain, treating infections, ulcers, skin diseases, and anaemia prior to the use of antibiotics.

 Just as pet lovers specially built house for their pet, some pet owners grow grass specifically to give to their pets to prevent or treat diarrhoea, anaemia, cataracts, fleas, tumours excessive shedding, and other pet health problems. Pets that are fed grass on a regular basis are less likely to crave outdoor grass. If you have back yard and have lawn there, your pet can eat the grass of your lawn, or else you may want to grow your own grass for them to eat there.

 In case you want to grow grass especially for your pet the try growing rye or barley sprouts. These sprouts are preferred over wheat grass because some animals are sensitive to wheat.

 You can follow these instructions to grow rye or barley grass…

 -         Soak one cup organically grown grain in one quart water for 8 to 10 hours.

-         Then drain the container and leave it on its side in a warm place, away from direct sunlight.

-         A tiny white rootlet will sprout from each grain within 24 to 48 hours.

(If you don't see these rootlets, your grain isn't viable and should be

thrown away.)

-         Spread the sprouting grain on one inch of moist potting soil or top soil in a plastic garden tray. For drainage create a one inch channel around the soil.

-         Cover the tray for two days, then uncover it, and water thoroughly.

-         Place the tray in direct sunlight or under grow lights. Keep the soil moist by watering when needed.

 When the grass becomes 6-8" tall, cut it with scissors or a sharp knife. Place grasses in a zip lock bag, along with a damp paper towel. Be sure to expel air from the bag before sealing. Then store the grass in the refrigerator or other cool place where there is no direct sunlight.

 At the time of feeding the grass to your pet, cut or mince it into tiny pieces, or place a small amount in a blender or food processor with other foods. To be sure your cat or dog will accept the grass, begin feeding just a fraction of a teaspoon. Increase the amount gradually to approximately one tablespoon per 50 lbs. of body weight.

 You may not seeing your pet eating the grass in your lawn once you start giving them the amount of grass his body needs. You can feel relieved knowing that you're feeding him something that he craves and that his body needs.

Is he seeing someone else or he needs more of you? Are the household chores overwhelming him? Try to find out, get help and act accordingly.

Here I am showing remedies to help you feel better on your Self-Consciousness. Whatever points I am showing here please read carefully and think on it always to come out of this.

 1.     Understand that people may be interested in you but if you do not give attention to them, then they hardly hold their interest for longer time. They start heeding others. So you are pretty safe, and you can relax and enjoy the occasion wherever you are.

 2.     You self-talk and so do other people. If you make any mistake such as, dropping a glass or bumping on a guy, you hardly have to feel bad. Most of the people around you are worried about themselves only and their self-talk is about them and not you. So comprehend that even if you make mistakes like the above, they are hardly thinking about you, and they might give a look and forget it.

 3.     At a gathering or reunion or some kind of get-together, if your thoughts are continuously about self-consciousness, help yourself by saying quietly to yourself: “STOP” or “TERMINATE”. Then and there stop thinking about yourself. Find someone you know and start talking and gradually find more friends/relatives to talk and enjoy your time.

 Now I am trying to gravitate the above three situations towards more positive ways:

 1.     Suppose people are watching you with interest as you have dressed yourself very elegantly. Look around and open your eyes. See around and find out who it is that you like and walk up to him gracefully and intentionally without feeling self-conscious. Strike a conversation and laugh your fears and concerns away.

 2.     If suppose you have made any mistake; look around quickly and share with someone your blunder and tell him/her that how much you are sorry. You can even ask him/her to show you the host so that you can apologize her/him. About bumping on someone else, confess to someone how clumsy you have been that you have not really noticed the person you have bumped on. Acknowledging your mistake will make you feel much better. You do not feel self-conscious and become ready in the mood to enjoy the occasion wherever you may be.

 3.     If you can't help but feel self-conscious as long as you have been in the gathering or reunion or some kind of get-together, saying: “STOP” or “TERMINATE” to yourself will not only help to reduce negativity but also help you to change your thoughts to something more positive. You can rather say something positive to yourself. For example, say to yourself: "I can see Kate there, she is always looks so decent”. “She always looks stylist, I wonder from where she purchases her cloths?”  I will go up to her and spend a few minutes with her. Perhaps she can introduce me to more like-minded people." Or, you can say, "I can see old grandma in the kitchen. Probably I can give her a helping hand and come across more people through her." This kind of positive self-talk actually results in happening what you wish for.

  The above six scenarios help to make you realize that feeling self-conscious is redundant and a waste of time. You can do so much better feeling confident and communicating with people graciously.
