“NEW” Busy Life Cycle
Here I have organized a simple 3 step 3 cycle intermittent detox program for those with an extremely busy lifestyle. The focus of this plan is to support busy professionals and entrepreneurs meet their health needs while staying hydrated, giving their body a digestive rest to heal and the added benefit of weight loss and maintaining weight. 
Cycle 1  3 Cups of Water  Fruit or Fruit Juice Liquid source of whole food nourishment or hydration Cycle 2  3 Cups of Water Fruit or Nuts Liquid source of whole food nourishment or hydration
Cycle 3 3 Cups of Water  Plant based meal (Make your plate raw with no less than 50% raw fruit or vegetables*)  Fruit or Nuts Liquid source of whole food nourishment or hydration
As with all my plans: - Do not let your self god hungry. - DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. If you are hungry, drink water, modified water, have a mono-meal of fruits or veggies, indulge in nuts or seeds. - This a lifestyle focus not a magic pill. 
Some days you will slip. Some days meetings will run long; you won’t be able to get away. The idea is that all choices require no prep time outside of your main meal of the day. The main meal can be that dinner meeting you have with a client, simply choose an option without meat, swap rice or pasta for vegetables and request seltzer instead of soda or a glass of kombucha instead of a cocktail. 
Your main focus without the ability to meal plan or prep is to insure you are always well hydrated, then loading up on Raw Whole Fruits and Vegetables for their mineral and vitamin content.

If 7 days was enough for you and you are ready for reintegration here's how... Start with raw semi-soilds and smoothies each day replacing 1 juice per day. Then move to cooked semi-solids such as hot soups then slowly listen to your body from there. If you're continuing mo power to ya. Day 5 Reset normalization, you will find that day 5 has become habit and symptoms of detox aren't much of a problem. What does come into play are your thoughts. Thoughts can trick you into cheating, back sliding and daydreaming of things that without focus could seem as though they are reality. Pay close attention to your thoughts. Day 2 Detox Symptoms may start kicking in for beginners and those working on ailments. Take your time. Rest as you body needs. Drink your water with lime, sole or ACV. If you need boosts in energy consume carrot or beet based juices. #21daychallenge #cleanse #detox #springcleaning #selfcare

Day 6 Perseverance Running to the Restroom is a work out. Stop complaining about it. While detoxification is in progress senses will be heightened. Don't let the smell of foods get to you. You might say to yourself,  "easier said than done". Actually Eaiser Done! Reason being, this time is about perseverance. These small periods of your whole year is about reaching a goal for a better you and a better life. Do you deserve it if you don't presevere? "What I want is difficult for most people to achieve but it is mine." If I cannot get through this period, I do not deserve what I seek. Day 4 Alternatives Much of a cleanse or fast is the body and mind taking inventory on itself now that it is not preoccupied with digestion and meal planning. Stress from life will not go away and thoughts of binge eating will surface. This is a day you may begin with alternatives to water and green juice. For instance I woke up with money stress. I really wanted a breakfast sandwich to calm my nerves. Instead I blended a raw cacao protein smoothie with greens, banana, cinnamon, almond and coconut. This gave my mind a boost in seratonin, my mouth a creamy texture that soothed the stress and my mind a jolt of energy needed to spark ideas to manage the stressful thoughts. I am now in a state of plantbased bliss and can continue on without guilt. #21daychallenge #cleanse #detox #springcleaning #selfcare

Day 3 If its the weekend this day will be hard. Family, freedom and idolness will lead to thoughts of cookies, cakes, meat and treats. Glup your water to gill your belly then rest, meditate and journal. Turning inward helps focus your mind off treats and chewing. Drink your juices on a schedule and if the pressure is too much stick with plantbased foods as raw as possible. #21daychallenge #cleanse #detox #springcleaning #selfcare

Day 0 Spend 3 days getting your body ready. Any cravings, have them. Start to increase your water intake by 2 cups more each day of weaning. Cut out meat and reduce cooked foods.
