I would post all 7 but that seems obnoxious msg me if you’re that in it) what I do shred down over the next 2 months. 30mins treadmill/5km rowing machine/5x10 barbell curl/5x10 tricep extension/5x10 standing dumbbell shoulder press/5x10 dumbbell shrug/5x10 inclined dumbbell press/5x10 normal gripped pulldown/100 machine crunch.
