I haven't made an announcement in awhile. I'm alive and well but I have not been writing as much these past few years.
I've gotten a few asks about when requests will be open and I'm sorry to say that I'm not sure if they will be in the foreseeable future.
The reason being is I feel like the season of writing fanfiction for me is decreasing as it no longer interests me as much. The Naruto world will always be a place I feel at home writing for, so I won't completely abandon it but obviously I don't find it as important.
With that said, I hope you all enjoy my previous work as I can't answer when I'll post again.
Thank you.

There was no request for this update but I felt like writing it. Enjoy.

Reader begging for Konan’s life: Part VI
You were making your way through the winding hallways to the meeting room to deliver Sasuke’s progress report to Tobi. He was currently convening with Kabuto about preparations for the war to come. You entered the room quietly and waited patiently while listening to the closing remarks of the conversation.
“You’re quite a collector,” Tobi commented casually.
Kabuto chuckled and gave a sinister smile. “Why yes, I am. It’s really become a passion of mine, to fine remarkable shinobi and harness their power for my own. I’m truly grateful for my predecessor Orochimaru laying the groundwork and he truly had an obsession with finding rare jutsu and searching the world for immorality; but unlike him, I don’t seek to live forever, but outlive everyone and gather everyone’s precious traits as my own.”
“And after the war, there will be many for you to harvest.” Tobi concluded, understanding Kabuto’s bigger picture.
He chuckled again. “You could say that. There will be plenty of specimen to sort through and add when all is said and done. Currently, I’m interested in a finding the remains of a relatively deceased rain shinobi. I believe they would make an excellent addition,” he spoke lightly with mischievous glint in his eyes.
Your ears perked up at the sound of your homeland and your heart increased wondering who Kabuto was talking about. Your mind immediately went to Konan and you hoped she was safe.
Tobi kept his cool, but his eyes narrowed at the snake. “You speak highly of this jutsu. Show me how it is cast so I may see the durability of it,” he spoke coldly.
“You wish to see my strength,” Kabuto reasoned, his tone level.
Tobi gave a fake smile beneath his mask. “Remember we’re on the same side now and I need to know if I can trust you. If you can deliver me troops for this war that can stand and fight, you’ll get Sasuke at the end of this as I promised.”
Kabuto smiled lightly in returned. “Fair enough. Perhaps, I can scrounge up a demonstration later today or tomorrow.” His snake like eyes drifted to you before returning to Tobi’s. “I don’t think I’ll be able to get my hands on the rain ninja in time though.”
Tobi was becoming irritated. “Whatever you can scrounge up will do.”
Kabuto nodded as he got up. He locked eyes with you while walking to the door where a white Zetsu waited for him to escort him out. When Kabuto was long gone, Tobi turned his attention to you to see you had a concerned look.
“Do you know who Kabuto is looking for in the rain country?” you asked worried.
“No. Now what’s the progress report on the patient?” Tobi answered shortly and switched the subject.
You were left feeling uneasy but dived into the progress report of Sasuke and the details of his temperament today. You expressed how he was becoming more irritable and how he had started working out continuously in his room by doing pushups, pullups, sit-ups, etc. You told Tobi how Sasuke requested his sword to be returned to him so he could train with it which Tobi didn’t think it was a good idea with his blindness but relented to have you give him a rod to train with instead.
“He also complained about the food again,” you lastly mentioned.
Tobi sighed and had tilted his head back in exasperation. You heard him mumble to himself some semblance of “does this kid think they have a gourmet cook on staff” before lifting his head up to address you. “What do you suggest?”
“I can make a trip out to the closest market or scrounge for some herbs and whatever else I can find outside. I can try to cook something up if needed. I used to do it back home…” You offered.
“You cook?”
“On occasion. I’m not the best, but…”
“That’ll do. It will beat whatever canned and rations we have stored.”
You nodded and noticed how tense Tobi was.
There was silence between the two of you for a moment before Tobi stood up and stretched his limbs. “Would you like to spar?”
You again nodded, meeting his eye. He seemed pleased as he gave the command to follow him, so you did through the hideout and to an ascending exit you had not been through before. When you both emerged from the ground you were in the midst of foliage where Tobi mentioned you could use the exit to scavenge for food later. You nodded and feeling somewhat happy to know he trusted you with the knowledge of the exit.
You two walked to a small clearing where Tobi took a fighting stance and so you too took your position and readied yourself. The two of you began to spar. The fight was simple tai-jutsu that worked your muscles and reflexes. Tobi already knew you didn’t have strong ninjutsu methods so he kept it basic for training purposes only. It had been a while since he trained with a partner. Most of the Akatsuki members trained by themselves and only really tested their strength against each other when they were angry like when Deidara wanted to throw clay bombs at him. Tobi huffed, he didn’t miss the yellow ponytail bastard.
You two went on fighting for a while and Tobi could feel the stress easing off of him. He still had a lot to be concerned with but while sparring he only had one. Soon kunai were introduced into the mix and you managed to tear his sleeve with a swipe of your strike. He stepped back but you proceed to follow him. He blocked your next strike and rendered the blade useless in your hand and took hold of it.
You dodged gracefully. Ducking and escaping his attack. He now pursued. You planted your foot and with the other one kicked the kunai out of his hand.  He caught your leg and twisted it up higher and you fell to the ground with a loud thud. He landed on top of you claiming victory. Both of you were breathing heavily.
While your breaths mingled, you peered deep into his red eye and without thinking blurted out the question that has been on your mind for a long time. “Who are you?”
He got off of you immediately and stood up. You sat up while analyzing his demeanor, not sure if he was upset.
“I know you’re not Madara. Kabuto has his body, and he can’t have his body if he’s not dead. You’re an Uchiha but I know Tobi is not your real name. So, who are you really?” you asked more gently this time as you stood up.
“The real me died a long time ago,” Tobi mentioned solemnly.
You stepped closer to him, placing a hand on his back and another on his arm. You gradually swayed him to turn around and he saw the compassion in your eyes.
“Was it when you lost the girl you loved?” You asked softly.
“Yes,” he breathed honestly. “It was when I was betrayed by the one I trusted.”
You became sympathetic towards him but found it was hard to truly read how he was feeling through the mask he wore.
“May I see you face?” you requested.
You saw his eye widened slightly and he hesitated to say the next few words.
“This mask does not only conceal my identity but hides my disfigurement,” he revealed softly.
You understood more clearly then and recognized an insecurity that he hid. Your eyes moved from his head down to his body to see the sleeve that was torn during your sparring. His arm showed white patches and wrinkled scars of battered skin. As a medical ninja, you touched his arm before meeting his eyes once again in a soft gesture.
“That won’t matter to me. I want to see the real you.”
His heart skipped a beat and butterflies buzzed in his stomach as your hands came up to reach for his mask. In a moment of panic, he stopped you.
“Perhaps another time,” he mentioned calmly, doing everything he could to keep his breath even.
The disappointed look upon your face made him regret his decision instantly; but still, he broke away from you.
“Gather what you can while there is still daylight and return to the base by night fall. Take all the time you need.” Tobi stated before he left you in the middle of the clearing to fend for yourself.

Reader infiltrates the Akatsuki’s base: Part VIIII
You were running as fast as your legs could carry you. Your heart was racing and the blood was pumping fast through your veins. Your chakra levels were spiking, and you could feel your pursuer closing in. You were afraid to be captured once again, even though you were promised it wouldn’t happen. The seal on the back of your neck burning with intensity.
You were being followed by your enemy and by your fellow allies: Itachi and Kisame. You trusted Itachi more so than Kisame but not enough to make the fear disappear. You were going to be captured; that was part of the plan since you were bait, yet you were still going to put up a good fight and you were going to try your hardest to keep from being drugged again.
You pulled out a paper bomb in your determination. The trees were getting sparse, and Manzo was hot on your tail. You placed a couple paper bombs on the passing trees as you weaved through the thinning foliage. Explosions followed a few seconds afterwards and then silence, but you kept moving.
Suddenly you heard the ground grumble from behind you and felt the tremors from under the ground. You checked over your shoulder briefly and saw the earth catching up to you on both sides. You knew this earth style jutsu. It was a pursuit jutsu where the rocks followed its target like a zigzagging underground snake. The rocks were catching up to you and you could tell the jutsu was going to cut you off right as you made it out of the tree line to an open plain.
You grab another paper bomb in preparation. Manzo was closing in. You had to make this believable. The twin underground rock snakes sped pass you and merged in front of you creating a barrier of rock. You threw the paper bomb ahead of you at the rock formation. You didn’t change course as the bomb exploded and you jumped over and through the hole of the tumbling rocks. You landed gracefully and were ready to continue to run when your feet were caught by the ground like quicksand.
You gasped and within seconds the earth twisted and ate you up to where nothing but your head and shoulders were above the ground. You were caught and not a second later, Manzo stood in front of you.
He squatted by your head looking you directly in the eyes through his creepy tracker mask. You struggled to break free, but the dirt was too compact with chakra to move an inch. Your heart was racing overtime as the man chuckled.
“We meet again, Y/N.” He spoke calmly and very much pleased.
“Let me go! You’re making a mistake!” You shouted, your voice cracking.
“I don’t think I am. I know a traitor when I see one. Where’s your partners?” Manzo quipped, not phased.
“There not my partners” you lied pathetically.
“Right…:” Manzo spoke sarcastically. He started digging into his knapsack at his hip. “You could have fooled me. Foes don’t typically save one another. Now let’s pick up where we left off last time to get to the truth of the matter,” Manzo stated unsympathetic as your eyes widened in fear.
“Not so fast,” Itachi’s cool voice cut through the air.
Manzo paused and turned to look at the pair as he slowly stood up straight to face them. Itachi and Kisame stood on the other side of the clearing and from where you were at they certainly looked intimidating. Kisame’s hand was already on his sword’s handle and Itachi had his hand poking out from his Akatsuki cloak with his sharingan activated.
Manzo chuckled slightly from beneath his mask. “Did you really think I would come alone?” He asked with amusement in his voice.
Suddenly ten stone shinobi appeared into the clearing landing beside Manzo. You couldn’t sense their chakras and a pit sank into your stomach as you recognize the familiar masks. You swallowed thickly. Not because this stone division was formidable but because they were comrades you used to work with.
“Meet the Stone’s Covert Division. A silent and undetected group of shinobi all capable of hiding their chakra for scouting and ambushing opponents. The same division that Y/N was brought up in and they have every intention in helping me bring back one of their one,” your captor declared.
Itachi did not seem phased as Kisame smirked arrogantly not at all intimidated.
Manzo continued in confidence after taking out an object from his pocket, holding it diligently in his hands. “Leave or face your fears.”
“I believe its time you face yours,” Itachi answered coolly.
Manzo stood frozen in place while his comrades glanced at his state briefly, before engaging to attack as Itachi called out Kisame’s name. Kisame’s gave a smile as he pulled his sword out from behind his back and charged in front of Itachi covering him to clash with the stone ninja. You watched in horrific shock as Kisame cut a few of your former comrades down with ease in a gruesome bloody scene. You looked away as Itachi joined the fight. You realized the dirt surrounding you had lost its strength and was soft. You looked up at Manzo seeing he was still paralyzed from whatever Itachi had done to him, most likely a genjutsu.
You rushed to break your arms free from the ground with the sounds of your fellow shinobi screams filling the background noise. One of the shinobi let off a smoke bomb, no doubt to add coverage to sneak up on Akatsuki to gain the upper hand. You could only feel some of your comrades, their chakra either hidden or having been snuffed out completely. You tried not to concentrate on the scene as you struggled out of the dirt. A stray shuriken flew out and cut your cheek. You hissed putting more effort into getting your legs free.
Once you were freed, you crawled over to the tree line and turned your attention back to the battle at hand, not sure what to do and who to help. The smoke was dissipating and within seconds there was silence.
You could see a figure merging out of the smoke and your heart began racing until you recognized the familiar being as Itachi. His eyes were glowing red and his face expressionless. He was truly scary, but you felt no fear. It was when the smoke completely vanished did your stomach drop at the ghastly scene of blood and your comrades lifeless bodies slew on the ground with Kisame standing victorious in the center.
Itachi approached the paralyzed Manzo. He took the pod of gas from the man’s hand and slipped it inside his Akatsuki coat. Then, Itachi placed his hand on Manzo’s shoulder and forced his unresistant body onto his knees before glancing over to your wan face.
You swallowed thickly, feeling the blood from the cut on your cheek run down your face. You wiped it away and stood up shaking a bit, trying to keep yourself composed. Kisame stepped forward to Itachi looking down at Manzo’s face.
“Looks like we were successful.” Kisame rasped before turning to you and giving you a shark-like grin. “You make pretty great bait, shrimp,” he jested with a low chuckle.
“We need to bind him and find somewhere inconspicuous so that I can interrogate him further with tsukuyomi. There’s no telling how long it will take. We need to get out of the open.”
“No problem,” Kisame reached forward and tied up Manzo with a rope he pulled out of his cloak. Once he was tied up, Kisame threw the target up over his shoulder to carry him. All the while Itachi was staring at you as you were trying not to look at the murder scene. You felt the tingle of the rose seal burning against the back of your neck.
You met Itachi’s eyes knowing he could feel what you felt. Yet not another word pass from his lips as the three of you headed off to find a spot far from the battle that just took place.

Who are your favourite and least favourite Naruto characters and why ?
Hello 👋 thank you for asking 😊
My favorite Naruto characters are:
Gaara is my number one. He was my favorite when I was 13 and he's still my favorite now. I honestly liked him back then because he had red hair, his power was strong, and he gave off the quiet dangerous sort of vibe. Now, I like him because he was just a young boy wanting to belong and feel loved and he changed after meeting Naruto. He had a past but he grew from it and although he's still quiet, he's thoughtful and protective of others now which is a sweet redemption storyline.
Shikamaru is my second favorite. I like how strategic he is and that he can win against anyone, not because of his strength and jutsu but because of his mind. Plus he's a "don't judge a book by its cover" character, since he was introduced as this lazy student that complained about things being a drag that you wouldn't expect him to be the smartest one of the bunch.
Sai is another one of my favorites because of how funny he is in social situations. I like how he is socially unaware but a skillful fighter. He grew from having fake emotions to experiencing real emotions yet still had a hard time fitting in.
Temari is my favorite female character. She's smart, strong, stubborn, and a skillful fighter which is why I can respect her being cocky about her skill level. I also like how she cares for her brothers.
My least favorite characters are:
Sakura. She annoyed me in Naruto by being so focused on Sasuke that she couldn't see how Naruto was hurt and lonely too, even when Sasuke left. It was always about her feelings for Sasuke that mattered to her. I dont think she's a good friend. She became rivals with Ino over a boy, she was rude and condescending to Naruto while growing up, and she was desperate for Sasuke.
Orochimaru. He's a creep who preyed on childern. Enough said.
Sasori. He's hallow and he wounded Kankuro and helped capture Gaara to kill him which made me sad. Plus he has no personality except for he is impatient.
Itachi. I dont like him and I don't think he's great. I don't see him as kind as other people do. He was in a terrible position where he had to kill his clan or village but his actions of killing his clan and lying to his brother werent justifiable to me.
Kabuto. He's like Orochimaru to me. He's just a creep and a lap dog to Orochimaru.

If you're request are open then can I request Karin and little sister headcanons please.
Headcannons of Karin with a little sister
Karin is a very loud and protective big sister. She was excited when she was younger to find out she was going to have a sister from her mom and when she saw her for the first time, she couldn’t stop smiling. While her littler sister is a toddler, she watches out for her every move as well as plays with her consistently. When both of them get older, the more Karin finds her little sister a bit annoying in her teenage years.
Although Karin can find her little sister annoying, she still very much loves her. The action that most annoys Karin is when her sister steals her clothes. Karin’s room is usually a mess, but she can always tell when her sister has been through her things. Her little sister gets annoyed when Karin pesters her about who she has a crush on, and she gets embarrassed whenever Karin gets loud about it.
Karin is genuinely curious about who her sister likes and will tease her about it if she finds out and she’ll do her best even to get the two setup on a date. Karin wants to be sure that her little sister has the confidence to date and go after what she wants. She’ll even give her sis pointers on how to flirt but some of Karin's tactics, make her sister cringe.
Both sisters are nearly late to every event and tend to take the exact amount of time in the bathroom to get ready. Karin’s little sister is really good at doing hair which Karin will begrudgingly ask her sister to style her hair for her. The sister realized early on that Karin did not know how to cut or style hair when Karin had cut her hair very badly at five years old.
Her little sister would be a bit calmer than Karin but with a little coaxing, both of them can get loud and have fun at a party. Karin also can sometimes get jealous of her little sister if her sister gets more attention than she does. She’ll get angry but she’s not even sure why she is angry. Even if she can get jealous and annoyed with her sister, she cares for her a lot and is protective of her

Can I request Sai x Ino college au relationship headcanons?
Thank you for the request.
Headcannons of Sai x Ino College AU
These two met on campus one day in the courtyard. Sai was sketching portraits of bystanders without their knowledge to practice his art skills. While he was doing so, Ino happened to be walking by from behind him and was immediately amazed at his talent. She came closer to him and was looking over his shoulder when she paid him a compliment. She scared the crap out of him and they both laughed it off. Ino apologized and introduced herself; to which, Sai greeted her and thanked her for her compliment. Their interaction was brief due to Ino being whisked away by one of her sorority sisters.
Both of them hoped to see each other some other time on campus and the next time they ran into each other was in Sai’s art class. He was preparing his utensils and his canvas while the instructor was introducing the assignment of creating a realism painting from a real life model. That’s when Ino was introduced as the model that would be participating. She was clad in silk that hugged all the right places and Sai was captivated by her beauty.
They locked eyes with each other, but it wasn’t until after class that they were able to talk. Ino spied his work in progress; to which, he felt a bit embarrassed since it wasn’t done and he didn’t want her to not like it. She, of course, didn’t hate it but gave another compliment. As she was gathering her things, Sai asked her out for coffee to which she blushed and agreed to. After a few dates of getting to know each other, they officially became exclusive and put each other’s name in their Instagram bios and posted a couple photo of each other.
Sai is an art major and is perfecting his craft in realism as well as he is studying Asian Art. He tends to keep to himself around campus and typically hangs out with his art friends: Deidara and Sasori. Ino found them a bit strange when she first met them but remains friendly and polite whenever they’re around. Ino introduced Sai to her friends from high school which are Shikamaru, Choji, Naruto, and Sakura (who is also Ino’s sorority sister). At first Sai rubbed Naruto and Sakura the wrong way but they soon warmed up to him.
Ino had a difficult time picking a major. She had gotten a scholarship for cheerleading and was a cheerleader for the college sports team, but she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. While she was trying to decide, she was recruited while she was cheerleading to be model for a temporary modeling agency. The modeling gig ranges from modeling handbags to being a subject in stock photo projects.
Ino is a go-getter in class and takes her studies seriously. She is debating either being a fashion design major, marketing major, or communications major. While deciding, she has her hands in all the different classes. Sai compliments her on her ambition but he tells her how he’s afraid she’ll get burned out and how he’s not sure he could handle that many different classes. Ino appreciates his concern and finally chooses a major after two semesters.
Ino has a big social life that she drags Sai into. She brings him to all the prep rallies and all the college games. She invites him to any college parties she’s going to and she never goes without him by her side since she wants him to trust her. Ino opens Sai’s social life up to new people and new experiences, but even when they don’t have a party to go to, sometimes Sai and Ino will take a drive and get fast food late at night and go look at the stars in a nearby park.

i love your your writing, could i get “Remember that time when [significant moment]? It got me thinking…” with Iruka please??💕
Trip down Memory Lane, Iruka
He felt like he was sweating bullets. His hands haven’t been this clammy for as long as he could remember. He always ran hot, but the temperature wasn’t even that warm today. The weather was perfect actually; not a cloud in the sky nor a breeze in the trees. A perfect hair day as you would call it, and Iruka laughed to himself. Today was the perfect day to propose if he had to pick one, so why was he so nervous?
He loved you and he knew you loved him. You two had been dating for ages it seemed, well for five years to be exact. He met you at the teachers’ conference at the academy. You were just starting out and you were in the room next to him. It was hard for him to keep his eyes to himself when he passed by your open classroom door. You were just so beautiful to him, enough to make him feel like a school boy with the way his mouth became dry every time he saw you.
You two used to greet each other in the hallways when you passed each other, but you two didn’t really start talking until he ran into you at the memorial stone. He had come to pay his respects to his parents and found you there admiring and speaking to the same stone. He found out you had lost your parents in the same nine-tails attack, but you were much younger than he was when it happened. He was 10 years old when the attack happened and when he lost his parents. You were six at the time and were left to be raised by your aunt and uncle.
You two bonded over your similar stories and similar pain. A wonderful friendship grew from that moment and you two started taking your lunches together at the academy and talking about your students, your adventures, your trials, and your dreams. You two couldn’t help falling for each other within a few dates and becoming official boyfriend and girlfriend. Iruka knew you were the perfect one for him, he knew it in his heart, yet why was his hands so shaky.
“Y/N… Will you… Will you… ugh,” Iruka sighed exasperatingly.
“You alright there, Iruka?”
Iruka turned his head sharply around in surprise. He hadn’t heard Kakashi approached, but the man was rather sly, and he wasn’t really paying too close to his surroundings at the park.
“Yea. Doing great,” he mentioned with a laugh putting the ring he had in his hand away into his pocket.
“Seems you got something on your mind.” Kakashi mentioned casually but he wasn’t clueless. He had caught the object in Iruka’s hand and with the context of his words, he knew what was going on. He had caught Iruka red handed practicing to propose, no doubt to you.
“You could say that” Iruka smiled and spoke nervously. “I’m going to ask Y/N to marry me.”
“That’s great! Congratulations.” Kakashi smiled behind his mask.
“Thanks. Y/N is going to be meeting me here in a few minutes and from here, were going to head to dinner, and that’s where I’m going to ask them.” Iruka shared quickly, hoping by some miracle him saying it out loud would remove his nerves.
“That sounds like a good plan.”
“Thanks. Why am I so anxious about this?” Iruka asked more to himself than Kakashi.
Kakashi shrugged. “It’s normal to get nervous. It’s a big step but remember not all nerves are out of fear. Sometimes they are there because of excitement. Just think of that” He stepped forward and placed his hand on Iruka’s shoulder for support.  “And I’m wishing you the best of luck,” he finished before taking his que to leave as you showed up.
Iruka straightened once he saw you and he felt the butterflies leave his stomach. He smiled as he greeted you and kissed you on the cheeks.
“Hi love, are you ready for our date?” You asked, having noticed Kakashi with Iruka moments before.
Iruka nodded. “More than ready.”
You two took a stroll around the park, talking about your day and his. However, his day was rather brief and vague, but you didn’t pay it no mind as the conversation continued onward. You two stopped by the memorial stone where both your parents’ names were engraved. You two stood in silence together as you two paid your respects holding each other’s hands.
After the moment passed, you were smiling to yourself. “Do you remember when we first met?”
“Yes.” Iruka answered.
“I’m glad I met you here.”
Iruka turned his face towards you.
“This place used to be a sad remembrance for me of what I had but ever since I met you, it also brings me joy. It was because of this place, this stone, their sacrifice, that I met you that day five years ago with tears in my eyes and all,” you laughed softly with a sweet smile on your face.
Iruka squeezed your hand lightly. “I’m glad I met you too.”
“I wish they could have met you,” you stated solemnly.
Iruka was quiet for a moment, contemplating.
“Remember that time when one of your students decided to prank you by putting a fake spider in your drawer, but it didn’t faze you?”
You laughed. “Yes, that prank was so silly, and the spider was so fake. It was hard not to laugh.”
“And I told you how I use to play pranks on my teachers when I was a kid too?” Iruka continued.
You nodded. “Yes, I couldn’t believe it at first since you were such a stickler for the rules even with your students, until you pranked me the next day. Putting a gummy worm in the apple you gave me. I’m still not sure how you did that so cleverly.”
“I have my ways,” Iruka smiled. “It got me thinking about that day, about pulling that prank and making you laugh, you brought back the fun into my life. There’s not a day goes by that I not only enjoy talking to you but having fun with you over the simplest of things.”
You were smiling so brightly and Iruka knew this was the right time. He took a deep breath and lifted your hand up to kiss it while he steeled his nerves.
“Y/N, I know you would like you parents to be here for this so…”
Iruka took a knee and dug his other hand into his pocket to fetch the ring he bought for you. “Will you marry me? There’s no one else in this life that has my whole heart like you do, who makes the child in me come alive and feel loved and welcomed. I want to spend the rest of my life with you if you will have me.”
Your eyes were like saucers and soon dripping with elated tears. “Yes! Yes of course!” You stated accepting the ring he slipped onto your finger.
You two kissed passionately and hugged in front of the stone where both your parents could see this momentous occasion. When you two broke apart, you were laughing and smiling.
“This isn’t a prank, right?” you joked lightheartedly.
“No, never.” He laughed, joining you.
“Good.” You smiled, kissing him again in bliss. You couldn’t wait to create more memories with this man who held your heart.

Can I request headcanons on how temari would inform shikamaru and her brothers about her being pregnant + their reactions
Headcannons of Temari telling Shikamaru and her brothers she’s pregnant
As I have mentioned in previous headcannons of Temari being pregnant, I don’t think she ever would plan a pregnancy to happen. So, if she did happen to become pregnant, she would probably let Shikamaru know quickly due to her cursing after taking a home pregnancy test in her bathroom. Shikamaru would be wondering why she was taking so long in the bathroom and he would grow alarm the minute he starts hearing her say “no way” or “awh F….”
Temari is not graceful about announcing the news to Shikamaru. If she found out she was pregnant at the hospital, she would tell Shikamaru first thing when she saw him. She doesn’t beat around the bush, and it wouldn’t even matter what was going on in their lives at that point. She wants the news out in the open, and the quicker the news is out in the open, the more she’ll realize what she’ll need to do about it. She’s not the one to become overjoyed when she gets pregnant.
Shikamaru will be shocked by the unexpected news but he’s quick to recover from it and read Temari’s demeanor. He immediately reassures her of his commitment to her and he is logical in what steps they need to take to be ready for a baby such as living arrangements (if they are not already living together or if they only have a one bedroom apartment). He would reach out to hug her and kiss her head after the news. He is internally happy but in a weird way sad because the thought of himself becoming a dad makes him think of his own dad.
Much later in the pregnancy, maybe within 4 to 6 weeks, Temari would tell her brothers the news. She doesn’t try to hide that she’s pregnant or make it a big deal, but she also wants to be sure she’s pregnant and that the baby isn’t going anywhere. She tells both of her brothers together in Suna. She and Shikamaru make a trip all the way to Suna, because she’ll insist it needs to be done in person. Plus, she wants to visit home before she doesn’t feel like traveling anymore and before she has the baby.
Kankuro is the first one to speak after the news and tell Temari and Shikamaru congratulations. He’s also really excited to be an uncle and asks quickly when her due date will be. On the other hand, Gaara is sitting quietly on the couch processing the information so long that Temari asks him if he’s okay. He softly smiles and nods. His happiness for his sister is beyond words, but he gets up and puts his hands on both Shikamaru and Temari and tells them he thinks they’ll make wonderful parents.

Reader infiltrates the Akatsuki’s base: Part VIII
“You’ve returned,” Pein acknowledged as soon as the three of you had entered the room. He looked up from the scroll he was holding. “I see that you come empty handed.”
Konan was beside Pein. Her sharp eyes assessing the three of you. You stood off to the side of your captors, remaining silent as you watched the meeting unfold.
Itachi and Kisame had decided to retreat from the Land of Earth and return to the Akatsuki base to report their findings and the problem they ran into during their mission. The journey to the base was swift since Kisame wanted to get a move on as quick as possible as soon as you recovered.
You were feeling better and no longer suffering from the effects of the attack. You were back to your old self and were honestly relieved to get out of your homeland. You didn’t want another run in with any other comrades and especially didn’t want to run into Manzo again, the tracker ninja.
Although you were glad to leave your homeland, you were nervous about returning to the Akatsuki base as well, wondering if all the members would be there. Or more importantly if Sasori was going to be there. You didn’t want to see the puppet-man, especially after what you been through.
Puppets haunted you. Their dull lifeless eyes brought a shiver down your spine. You could feel your heart was starting to race at the memory. You needed to calm down. Your eyes moved to Itachi’s form and then to Kisame’s to see if they could tell how you were feeling., not that there was much to conceal. Both of your captors were more than aware of your irrational fear to puppets after the incident.
“We ran into a bit of a snag” Kisame spoke, his voice rough.
Pein closed the scroll he had opened and gave his full attention to the two members.
“There was a complication.” Itachi started, with his voice smooth and his expression blank. “Y/N was spotted and recognized by a tracker ninja. We retreated for the sake of confidentiality of the mission. By now the Land of Earth has been notified of our presence and Y/N’s involvement.  The integrity of our mission might be compromised if we continue.”
“Please explain.” Pein requested, interested.
Itachi went on to report a summary of the last three weeks in the Land of Earth and for the search for the four-tail jinchūriki. “He’s a wanderer. We got a name and a face. His name is Roshi and looks to be around 40 years of age. We were unfortunately unable to gather any more information on the whereabouts of this jinchūriki as Y/N was identified by a stone tracker ninja that Y/N recognized.
“His name Manzo Sekki,” Itachi continued with the details of the said ninja and the event that took place between you and the tracker ninja. You were however surprised that Itachi kept the history of you and Manzo private. You were thankful Itachi did so, and you were careful not to reveal your surprise.
After all the information was laid out, Pein hummed in thought and look inquisitively at you. Another chill ran down your spine from the look of his purple eyes before he rested them back on his Akatsuki members.
“How formidable of a foe would you say Manzo is?” Pein inquired.
“A decent threat. His hallucinogen is what makes him dangerous.” Itachi responded evenly.
“Can you take him?”
Kisame laughed in amusement, his response full of confidence. “No question. He fled the moment he saw us.”
“He was outnumbered and taken by surprise. It was wise of him to flee”.  Itachi reminded Kisame nonchalantly.
Kisame shrugged his shoulders in response, an arrogant grin on his face.
“Very well. I want you to find Manzo and extract any information you can about the 4 tails jinchūriki.” Pein ordered.
There was silence for a moment and a knot grew in your stomach.
“You want us to track down the tracker?” Kisame questioned still amused.
“Yes. Return to the Land of Earth and find Manzo. Use Y/N as bait if you have too.” Pein answered casually.
“WHAT?” You exclaimed in disbelief, not remembering your place.
“Do you think this is wise?” Itachi asked coolly, giving no indication of his feelings.
“Do you have any other leads?” Pein quipped quickly.
No response followed and the knot in your stomach sank further. Fear was starting to brim in your mind again and Pein continued.
“You stated Manzo was part of the intel division for the Hidden Stone Village and is a high ranking shinobi. Its more than likely that he’ll have some information. If not, kill him and return to the base. The Land of Earth will be on alert that the Akatsuki are within its borders and will send more shinobi to investigate the threat. This should make it easier to find Manzo to get what we need. Leave no stone ninja alive.”
“Understood.” Itachi responded without hesitation or further argument.
“You’re dismissed.” Pein stated and turned back to the paperwork on the desk to discuss with his blue haired partner.
The three of you turned to leave. Kisame taking the lead out the door.  When you reached the long tunnels, Kisame chuckled softly before nudging you.
“Just your luck, fishbait. Try to hold your own this time,” Kisame teased before passing you.
You held your tongue. Your mind was already thinking of the worst-case scenarios. You did not want to encounter Manzo again. Fear was filling your being along with anger. You were angry you were in this position again, but your fear outweighed the anger.
You were walking slower now and started to trail behind the two. Kisame’s long legs had him nearly to the exit when Itachi, having felt your fear, paused to catch your hand.
You were startled and looked up into Itachi’s onyx eyes. Your fear halting for a moment.
“It won’t happen like last time” Itachi mentioned like a promised.
You were speechless but nodded. You weren’t sure what you were feeling. Maybe comfort? You were comforted by Itachi’s words and felt rest assured by the sincerity of his eyes. The fear was subsiding in you.
After a moment, Itachi let go of your hand and turned from you to continue to the exit to catch up with his partner. You swallowed quickly and realized your heart was beating faster than normal. You followed after him, staring at his back all the while contemplating how you felt and you knew that you trusted him. You trusted in his words that this wasn’t going to be like last time even if you were the bait. Itachi was going to be there to protect you and that fact made you feel safer.

Not sure if this has been do e before but could I please get your headcanons for Sasori's S/O breaking up with him? XD
Headcannons of Sasori’s s/o breaking up with him
To be honest, I don’t believe anyone would be able to break up with Sasori without turning into a puppet, because he has abandonment issues. His childhood trauma of his parents leaving him and dying on the battlefield to never return, left him lonely. Plus, add in his sociopathic tendencies and his idealization of a human body in puppet form, would lead him not to accept a breakup but a "reformation" of their relationship.
Assuming, he was already a puppet when he started dating his s/o, he wouldn’t have as much humanly affection for them as he would if he were human, because essentially, he already replaced his own heart. When his s/o told him they were breaking up with him, he would simply tell them no. Then depending on their reaction to his response, he would quickly trap them. He would tell them how he had warned them if they wanted to be his, he was going to keep them as his forever, even if it’s a puppet forevermore.
The same scenario would happen if Sasori was still human while him and his s/o were dating, however, I feel someone could write a very sinister story about it. Sasori had affection for his s/o and very delicate soft spot for them, but he also still preferred to work on his puppets alone and to keep to himself. He could spend hours in his workshop even to the point of neglecting his s/o and their needs.
The distance could stretch between them slowly. His s/o feeling like they weren’t getting enough attention from him. His s/o not seeing his perspective on puppets, maybe not even agreeing with his ideals on turning a human body into a puppet. Maybe a few secrets of Sasori experimenting on how to turn a body into a puppet. Him not showing enough interest in their hobbies or not receiving enough affection from him, so eventually there would be enough of a disconnect that the s/o would have had enough.
Sasori wouldn’t have expected a breakup. He’s clueless to socializing and maintaining a relationship. He wouldn’t have noticed the signs of how unhappy they were. The news would hit him by surprise and when his s/o tries to leave, he would find himself angry with them. He wouldn’t be able to get them out of his mind and the incident would take him back to how he felt when his parents died.
The feeling of abandonment overtakes him, and he remembers how he coped with his parents loss by making replicas of them. Instead, this time… he’s not planning to make a replica of his s/o. He’s going to turn his s/o into a puppet and then he can keep them forever. That’s the rationale he has, so he kidnaps them and turns them into his weapon, even as they protest, cry, and beg him. Their pleas fade to silence, and he feels content as soon as his work is finished and has them hanging on his wall as a part of his collection

Headcannons of neji x tenten

Ejem. I'm not sure if I can ask for more than one Headcannon, but I'm gonna try anyway because you didn't tell me otherwise. 😂 What about some, I don't know (I DO KNOW THOUGH), Tenten x Shino? I think that pairing is adorable.
Thank you for the request.
Headcannons of Tenten and Shino
Tenten and Shino would be an interesting pair. I don’t believe there would be much passion or sparks flying in the relationship. I can see them getting along and bonding well. They would be a great pair for the troupe of friends to lovers, if someone wants to write a story like that between them.
Tenten as we know is very friendly, optimistic, determined, adaptable, and easy to get along with. She can easily get along with different types of personalities as she had to juggle between dealing with Lee and Gai’s exuberance and Neji’s solemnness. She can go along with the flow and be goofy or can be serious. She also doesn’t embarrass easily since Lee is her teammate and Gai is her teacher.
Shino on the other hand is quiet, reserved, observant, and intelligent. He likes to be noticed but doesn’t strive to be in the spotlight. He tends to keep to himself and focus on his hobbies, but he will show up to any social gathering if he is invited and he is very loyal to his teammates. Tenten would have to be the one to extend her hand of friendship for their relationship to kick off.
Tenten has seen and noticed Shino before, and her first impression is that he’s just a quiet guy. She can easily stir up conversation when she sees him by himself, and she thinks he’s lonely. She knows little about him but finds it surprisingly easy to engage in conversation with him. His responses are sometimes short but he’s not as intimidating or opinionated as Neji is when you can get him to talk.
Shino likes how mature Tenten is and he’s not sure if its because of their one-year age difference or if that’s just how she normally is. He also likes how she just seems happy and the more he talks to her, he can see her geeky side when it comes to weapons, and how they're made and crafted, and how her eyes sparkle when she sees a newly crafted blade. He likes it because he can relate to it in his own way when it comes to bugs.
Tenten is not a fan of bugs, but she’s not creeped out or afraid of them like most people. She was more of the type to just calmly step on them if they’re in her house and throw them away, but after meeting Shino and getting to know his feelings, she respectfully takes them outside to live their best life. Shino appreciate the gesture and feels acknowledge by her doing so.
They would have to create new hobbies and activities to do together if they were to date. They don’t have the same interests, so they would be rather independent most of the time, and they would train separately with their own teammates instead of with each other as their fighting styles don’t really work well together for training purposes. They would have to build trust with one another and take time out of their day for each other for them to be together romantically.
