Sad birds singing their songs in a forest ravaged by foresting machines. At least I would assume that they are sad, if birds have feelings, at least I would be if my home was mowed down like this. One of my favorite hiking trails lead through this very forest, so the disappointment was big when I came with my dog to walk it once more. There was a lot of bird chirping activity when we came here, so I whipped out my audio recorder and camera. The static noise you can hear in the background is from a waterfall far away
