Attention strap harness wearers:

Say I have a harness with a ring too small for a strap, but the ring can be switched out. Wouldn't I be able to use a standard O-ring silicone gasket from the hardware store to repurpose the harness? Or would the silicone treatments potentially be a problem, despite being external? Would a stainless steel O-ring be safer?

Alrighty, so I'm a bit out of date, but I can say gc2b is the preferred. I've heard nowadays their quality can vary, but they're pretty much the best there is. Underworks makes binders aimed at amabs with gynocomastia, so they're tighter, which means more binding but for some, too much binding. Then you've got the more modern tomboyX line. They're too new for me to know the safety of, so do some extra research, but target carried them in-store. Finally, trans-tape can help some people, but again, usually smaller chests. I've also seen Spectrum Outfitters brand binders praised, but they're pretty new. There's also just straight up compression bras that would be less sus if someone was looking at your laundry.

So basically, underworks maybe for the most binding, gc2b for the most common/reliable binder. Also, make sure to use the size measurement charts, it can vary year to year or company to company.

anyone recommend a good binder? i just saw a video of myself that is making me wanna cut these things off but that’s not an option for me rn i’m about to make a big move for a job plus my family would disown me sooo yeah i’m a 34D any recommendations would be amazing ty friends <3
