Ava and the rest of the Thunderbolts deal with domesticity, time travelling shenanigans and villains in the search to find their missing team-mate, Bucky. Even worse, they're stuck in the late 1940s with Sam Wilson. And Steve Rogers isn't having the best time. Peggy Carter isn't either.

I was reading sambucky fanfiction during the thunderbolts trailers pre movie ngl.... now I'm reading the fix it fics.

Thunderbolts was a brilliant movie. Amazingly written and i loved every second of it. I mean sure. Would have loved to seen more Bucky and Bucky trauma but poor man has been traumatised enough in the past 9 movies he's been in. It his turn to help others now. And the old man did his best yall 👏 🤧 I have no doubt Sam and Shuri are proud af.

(Even when the husbands are fighting...and at least we know Bucky knows he's in the dog house lmao.)

I would have said Steve would have been proud but then I remembered he's too busy playing happy white washy picket fence in the 1940s. Any other version of steve before endgame though for sure. And Natasha deserved to see her little sister do her cool avenger pose. Am I the only one who noticed she did that??? Without spoilers but :)))

Also Walker is definitely an asshole but he's a damn good character and I love him for that. I LOVE THEM ALL.

Heyyy yall I'm braving my first published fanfiction since the days of live journal and here is a summary.

Post THUNDERBOLTS, on a pretty average day Steve Rogers returns from the past, and he's not alone. While the new, young and old and avengers are grateful to see Steve, Tony and Natasha again, some decisions aren't forgotten so lightly - and shit, maybe Sam and Bucky just need five seconds too.

Oh yeah, and then there's the consequences of messing with time. AKA... Alternative universes and Captain Fucking Hydra.

Yeah, he's needs a new job. And maybe getting involved with politics wasn't his best choice of the century.

This will be a Bucky Barnes centric with some very dark themes but also fluff and found family, kinda 2014 coded domestic avengers but with a plot, occasional smut, more trauma and healing and drama. I've managed to sneak in all my favourite ships in here but the main focus is Sambucky and Stucky. Both are platonic ships...well, until their not.

You know what? Growing up and dealing with the school system with autism I always felt very isolated from the world with nobody I could relate and connect with.

Now as an adult, my autism feels magnetic. I get to meet the most amazing neurodivergent individuals without even trying. The autism just finds me. And I feel a little less alone now, with confidence to be myself. I wish I could share this with my younger self.

Just wanted to share my dream vision of what happens after they friendzone void in the thunderbolts.

Its been a long day and they all feel like crap so he offers to buy them all a drink as an olive branch so they all sit at the bar. Next thing you know they all compete with each other on who can drink the most. With every round of shots, supersoldiers have 3. So now we have a wasted team of thunderbolts. Bob takes them all to the clubs and they all have the time of their lives partying and living life to the fullest. Best team bonding experience ever. ❤️
