Tears fo the Kingdom speculations
The last trailer hadn’t managed to make me as excited as this one. Not remotely close. The freedom this game promises seems incredible, and, what’s better, seems that will be kind of managed alongside a more relevant story.
1. Sidon being King? = things happening in hyrule?
In the past game it seemed that the story mostly revolved around descovering what had happened in the past which, given the fact that Link had lost his memories, kind of makes sense. But I’m all excited for the fact that it seems this game will have a story you progress with. What do I mean? Eventhough we can not be certain, I read someone that pointed out Sidon was wearing his father’s crown. As I rewatched the trailer, I tried to take notice of that, only to find out something even more interesting. In the firtst clip we see of him, while fighting alongside Link, he does not seem to be wearing it. However, in that last scene where Riju, Sidon and, presumably, Teba’s son are together (I don’t know his name in english), he does. That lead me to think that, maybe, it has something to do with an event that will occur during game. This may imply that maybe in this time we’ll see more stuff going on around us and the characters as the game progresses, something that was kind of lost in Breath of the Wild.
2. Hylia or Zelda
I can not decide who is meant to be the girl with the green eyes and the not-at-all-hylian traits. I’ve heard it may be a transformed Zelda. Is not crazy to think so as we can see on her neckalce a glowing gem that could very well be the one they pay special focus on, a few scenes back, on her hands. However there’s a part of me that thinks it just means that both Zelda and said character (could be Hylia as it has also been speculated) will play an important role and be connected somehow. Remember that Skyward Sword Zelda is meant to be the reincarnation of Hylia. Does someone know actually how much similar to you needs to be a reincarnation? Is it... mandatory? If it were, it could be a very good explanation on why they look alike.
This leads to another (and bigger) question:
3. Who is the one on the wall carvings?
Three figures pop into my mind. The green-eyed girl, the misterious one that speaks with Zelda, and that first creature. The size makes me think that figure speaking with zelda could be a choice (plus, they don’t show its face. Could it be for a reason?). Anyhow, the first creature we see shares undoubtedly some traits with the one of the carvings (Specially the eye on the forhead, the really long ears with a very similar decoration, and, maybe, the fact that seems the least human-like). But what about the blonde one? Is it Zelda? Is it Hylia? If it were her, is it ever Hylia the one in the carvings? Is it another deity? Is it even a deity?
4. More lively hyrule
In my opinion, one of the most exciting things about the trailer was that the people of Hyrule seem to be more involved. Not only we see Link carrying some of them in a carriage (he seems to have crafted, or at least fixed), but also we are presented two other important scenes: one were we see some hylians, along with a goron, a gerudo and Link, looking at somewere... But are they ready for something?. And, a second one, that features a buch of hylians on the field fighting against some bokoblins. Plus, Hyrule seems to be actually getting rebuilt.
5. What’s with Teba?
We see Riju, se see Sidon... but Teba is nowhere to be found (Nor Yunobo, but it’s something else what shocks me). Somehow, we see a little not-so-little orni that (I’ve searched for a picture to make sure) seems to be an older version of Teba’s son. (We can asume he has grown I guess). Does the absence of Yunobo and Teba, and the appearance of Teba’s son imply that not all “descendants” of the champions will have an important role? Or is it just that we haven’t seen all yet?
6. Companions?
It is said by a voice I have not recognised that Link won’t be alone. All this while showing a scene of Sidon and Link fighting in what seems to be the lands above. Are we facing the return of some kind of companion figure, but this time, it’s more than one? The fact that we also see Link in various scenes with Teba’s son makes me think of this “companions” as punctual companions, which is most likely, as we also see Link wondering most of his time alone.
We could also mention what seems to be the return of the dungeons (or some kind of similar type of mazes), the new items, abilities, attires...
NOTE: I have not seen any of the leaked content (nor I want to) so, if something here is wrong because of my lack of information, my apologies.
( apologize also for any kind of typo. Enlgish is not my mother tongue)

Twilight and why he would make a wonderful protagonist.
It’s a weird statement to say out of the blue. I’m aware. But listen, please.
I have all this rant already written about why if there’s one Link who will die it will be no other than the Old man. While thinking about that I came to the realisation Twilight has the protagonist material. Now, what do I mean with this? If you look closely, all of them have “protagonist qualities” and maybe it’s just the fact that some other storylines haven’t been yet explored that much why they haven’t shone as much yet. This is meant to be a story about the nine of them, not just some of them. Not just Twilight. So don’t take this too seriously, I could probably make a rant about any of the Links as protagonists whithout issues.
Having said this, is time to clarify what does “the protagonist material” mean. Think about a protagonist, a rather old one. Nowdays protagonists in stories have a need of being different, of bringing something new and/or unseen, being outcasts, members of society who struggle... (They have a more romanticism vibe ig?), hence my interest on more traditional adventure protagonists. Having had a character like Link, whose background does not differ that much from game to game, since 1986, means that he, eventhough has had an evolution and slight changes through the years, still falls under the typical heroic protagonist who will fight against evil.
So why did Twilight in this comic between all of them, who have been protagonists at some point, caught my attention? To sum it up briefly before expaining further; he is kindhearted, young, has love issues, a mentor and someone under his wing. His age, position in the group, and traits makes it easy to think of him as an ideal protagonist.
In games, we see a Link who is a simple hard-working boy who serves as a helping hand in the ranch. He is an orphan but seems to be close to Rusl and his son Collin, who aspires to be like him one day. All the children like to play with him and, of course, he has a very special childhood friend whom he shares with some kind of romantic-like scenes. (I’m specially refering to that one of Ilia regaining her memories and giving Link the whistle she made. The fact that the animators decided to have all the characters leave them alone, and a shot of Beth dragging Talo far form the window, added to the scene in general, makes obvious the intentions they had)
In comics we see that same boy but with an added extra layer of depth. As it should be of course, because the biggest point of these comics, which started as mere interactions between the Links, are, you guessed it, the characters.
Now it’s time to point out the things that would make him easy to place as a main character.
  1. Kindhearted. I know, as I stated earlier, this is not by any means a requirement. In fact, you can find many not so kindhearted main characters, (and not so main), who are still great. Still, this positions him in a good place among the rest of the Links, because, as we have already seen, Twilight has been seen several times being told secrets/problems, and or showing that he is trustworthy. If you have thought right now about Sky, you are right too. He, just like Twilight, is stated to be killed with kindness and Legend claims that, if anyone, he could trust Sky. So, what does make Twilight different from him?
Tumblr media
  2. His age. If you look back in the archives theres a post where jojo explains why she made Twilight be older than Sky when, in games, they seem to be around the same age. The answer is maturity. As I said a few paragraphs ago, in Twilight Princess, Link is a hard-working boy who helps around the village and kids like and admire, while in Skyward Sword, Link is a sleepyhead student who is outstandingly talented and lucky. Other way he might have not become a knight of Skyloft. This choice of making Twilight an adult instead of an old teen may have marked a little bit his position in the group, as kind of a second leader. But is he actually a “second leader”?
Tumblr media
  3. His character descriptions says it all. Only a few Links are stated to be or not be leader material, something important to aknowledge when theres a group of nine heroes working together. Time is said to be leader type, and is the leader of the group. Being the oldest has its advantages. Warriors is also said to be leader type. He’s called captain for a reason. Legend is said to be a leader type that chooses not to be one. (Something that -don’t kill me-, could actually make him an interesting heroic, or even antiheroic, main character, or sidekick of the protagonist). What’s interesting about the rancher’s description is that it is specified that, eventhough he is indeed a leader type, he does not think of himself as such. This is actually a good main character kind of trait that by the end of the story he may or may not have overcome (yeah, the story could end with the protagonist failing to succeed or change what was expected. That could be the point).
Tumblr media
 4. The mentor. This is for a reason considered a trope. It’s often used in stories as a guide to the main character. It’s old and wise, and often dies (ironic isn’t it?). Of course our aspiring protagoist has a mentor figure; Time, whom he shares with a story yet to explore. Furthermore, he is not just a mentor figure to a hero, he is a mentor figure to an orphan hero, and they happen to be blood related? (Im laughing right now) Isn’t that like... too perfect? On a more serious note, this is actually a side of the story I that really hope gets even more relevant. (I reeeeally like this trope)
  5. Wild. As I said, Twilight has been told secrets and has been seen being a shoulder to cry on (and did a good job at handling those situations). However, there’s an important dynamic in the group that, in my opinion, could favour even more that main character-ish development. While I love (too) many of them I’m now talking about the Champion and the Rancher. It works as a kind of mirror to Time and Twilight’s dynamic (wouldn’t say relationship because, as far as we know, they are the only heroes to share blood. I guess that makes it a little bit different). There’s, as I said, potential for development and growth through this friendship, making Twilight be in a similar position to the one person he admires and looks up to. Would that help him realise, maybe, he is indeed a leader type?
  6. Love issues. I know this is not necessary at all for a main character but it’s undeniably a recurrent obstacle in the main character’s path who all romantic people probably enjoy. Sometimes does not even have to have “complications”, but the figure of the love interest has it’s own name for a reason. Twilight, in games, does not seem to have a major love issue. In fact, as I recalled at the beggining of this, now we could say, essay, it seems clear that Ilia and Link had feelings for eachother. And that they were reciprocated. So, what’s the issue? Midna. The answer is Midna. Eventhough it’s not confirmed at all, some people like to think that, after all that time they spent together, something more than a friendship blossomed. Mangas support this, and, eventhough they are not canon, neither is Linked Universe. This AU might be truthfull to the games to death, but has taken some obvious licenses (The fusion between some heroes to make the goup smaller, adding Hyrule Warriors’ Link...) I’m not here to say it’s wrong what was done ‘casue, honestly, I think jojo made really good choices. In fact, I could say that I think jojo has made really good choices too in what love life of the members of the group are concerned. Definitive pairs, being a frequent reason of disagreement, have been slightly avoided, at least for those who have a wide range of plausible couples. (I’m not gonna ramble about Time and Malon despite really wanting to. Just...best decision ever) What do I mean by this? If you think about it, love has not been yet a really important matter. It has been brought up several times but, if we look closely, as I said, the only officialy established relationships are Malon and Time, Sky and his corresponding Zelda, and, eventhough it’s not “a thing” Legend and Marin (They are not in a relationship, because... well, you know... But it has been shown that she is still in his mind with no other candidates) Some of them haven’t been reported to have a special someone, and, as jojo said, all those who hadn’t have a “special lady” to complicate things would by default fill that space with Zelda. No, im not forgetting about Twilight. Let me get there. As it has been shown for Wild and Twilight, all the posible ladys have been mentioned. The same way both Mipha and Zelda have been brought up to Wild, Twilight has been brought up Ilia (by Warriors), but most importantly, he has brought up Midna.
Tumblr media
The picture may not be legible but he is saying: “A princess beautiful as the setting sun shattered my heart like a mirror into a million pieces”. Of course he is not refering to princess Zelda but rather her counterpart in the twilight realm; Midna. So that leads us to his original description. What does “getting over a complicated relationship” means? It is also an allusion to Midna and Links’. And yeah, I’ve got evidence to prove jojo meant to say Twilight is getting over a complicated relationship.
Tumblr media
    I’m talking about this.
Look closely to that one that says: “Are his newly strong feelings for midna a phase? after all, Ilia was always the girl for him. This is a confirmation that, Twilight has, indeed, a kind of love story going on. And the fact that Warriors has brought her up in a teasing way makes me think that this may still be on the table and that it’s not so far away.
Maybe this could be changed to; Why Twilight as a protagonist would have a special place in my mind. But, whatever. If you made it this far let me thank you very much for your attention. Any kind of idea, suggestion, and personal thought is  welcome.

Twilight is “fine”
His recovery was sudden and unexpected. Also, incredibly well timed with the shapeshifters’. Is this related?  I never believed he was going to die. This comic started just as a bunch of interactions between the heroes, and, eventhough now he have a storyline, the main focus it is still the Links. This means that a death so early on the story would have been odd. “But, the slate said...”. I know I know, but I highly doubt that will be a treat in the near future.
Before going into all the random thoughts on this matter lets recap. Twilight got hit and “cursed/piosoned”. They tried a fairy to heal him and it didn’t work. Hyrule, thinking that his magic spell might help goes along four to the town. Wild finishes off the iron knuckle.
I might add aslo before starting that, in my opinion, Hyrule’s magic spell was not working either, or at least definitely not as intended. Maybe it sort of prevented Twilight’s death, but for sure has not healed him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hyrules’ answer to Time asking wether it was actually working or not is not so calming. Instead of: “I feel he is getting better” or “Each time I get less tired, he is improving” (don’t take this too serious, I have no idea how his magic spell actaully works, and even less of how it feels), he says that he knows Twilight is still fighting so he won’t give up. The thing here it is that it seems that he won’t stop trying eventhough it does not seem to be working. Just in case it is actually doing something they don’t notice, or that it will eventually work somehow. Furthermore, it would not make sense. How come Hyrule’s magic works but not a fairy’s? I would say that the fairy refused for any sort of reason due to Twilight’s cursed condition, but potions wouldn’t work either, so it’s not the case.
1. Thanks to Wild we know that while they were trying to heal Twilight the shapeshifter was already injured. Meaning this could have been the reason why a fairy wouldn’t work, nor any kind of magic. The shapeshifter was draining  Twilight’s energy. And, after it gets destroyed by Wild, he starts draining more and more energy, this time not just to heal a wound but to sort of “revive himself”. And, now that we have seen he’s recovered his body back, Twilight has also started his recovery.
2. But what if the reason behind not a single kind of magic working on our rancher it’s said “poison/curse” monsters have?
Tumblr media
This panel kind of shows that, indeed, something is going on with his blood, just like the monster’s. He is cursed/poisoned. One could argue that monsters have become stronger and Twilight nearly dies... Well, we don’t really know how monsters have become “cursed/poisoned”, maybe they went through a nearly-dead stage before becoming stronger. We don’t see monsters with scars, nor them bleeding with open wounds, but the shapeshifter has had to get them cursed some way. Maybe not exactly the same one used with Twilight. However, the main point is if it actually has the same consecuences for both. Will Twilight become stronger? Are monsters controled by the shapeshifter in any sort of way? (It’s not the first time they scattered without explanation. Furthermore, in the sunset arc, we see that once the big guy gets defeated they all run away, so it’s not crazy to think that, if not controlled, at least, they follow it) And... fairies can’t heal monsters, can they? Are Four or Wind that far off?
3. Maybe it is a little bit of both ideas. It is posible, as far as we know, for the shapeshifter to have been draining Twilight’s energy to recover his material form (As seen, he was never actually “dead”), added to the fact that, Twilight's blood is indeed poisoned.
To finish off, just a little detail that I didn’t notice until I read the comment section; Time was holding his ocarina. It may not mean anything. He knows the consecuences of using it. But... If required to save the life of his descendant... Would he have...?
Again, as always, thanks for reading and sorry in advance for any spelling mistake I might have made.

Lu little details (2)
Following the last post I made, which, to be honest, hadn’t thought would be read as much as it has been (given the fact that the last update was some time ago I was not expecting to see that much people reading about linkeduniverse), here I bring more little details that always manage to surprise me, and show the thought behind.
1. Legend is, in fact, reading an actual in-game quote from Mipha’s diary. I know maybe this one is not shocking but it’s always appreciated.
2. The variety of items they use. It’s not just reduced to the most obvious ones, their sword, shield, and bow (being recognisable and distinguishible the designs of each. There you go, more and more details). We also can see items, such as the hookshot, the clawshot, the whip, fire, ice and dominion rods, or even the stasis of the skeikah slate. And some others but not being used, like the rest of items Legend hoards.
3. Does Legend asking Four what he thinks about upgrading the master sword count as a reference to games detail or personalities/opinion detail? However, there it is. While Legend has in fact done that, Four seems somewhat averse to the use of magic swords.
4. An obvious reference to Breath of the Wild is Wild breaking his swords several times. Another detail that may be a little less obvious, not because it’s hard to get but because it may get forgotten, is Wild saying “I’m just glad this wasn’t my good shield”. As we know, Wild probably has a wide range of weapons, and I find really close to my BotW experience the not using the “good shield” case except for accounted occasions. In fact, we never see him using any of the highest damage weapons in his game. Probably this is because he won’t have them in the comic.
5. Just like the Links, all monsters are mixed. Regardless of the Hyrule ore time period thay are in monsters from all games have been showing. I think it’s more than on purpose the fact that after Wind recieves his mail monsters from the Great Sea show up. Like, Time says it. So no, not a big reveal but...
Tumblr media
6. Usually little posts not focused on the storyline, due to their purpose, have a huge amount of references, usually shown in a rather comical way. From Legend and the floor tiles, Four frustrated cause no one knows who Vaati is, Time advising Hyrule not to drink from the well, to Malon and the aliens or that impossibly endless magic bag our hero carries around. I  love every single one of these.
7. Twilight thinks of Midna several times. I’m not just talking about when he literaly refers to a princess beatuiful as the setting sun who shatterd his heart into a million pieces, but also when he looks at his shadow in a rather nostalgic way, which, of course, it’s not a common thing to do.
8. Four and that combat againts the octorok. I personally suffered that battle just like he describes it. And I ought to remark Legend’s snarky comment because, even as a short person, found it funny. (I’m gonna end up having to make a post for each Link cause I could also add a lot about this two but about more subjective matters)
9. Wild uses the ladle Sky carved him. And the fact that Sky actually carves is like one of the nicest character details as a reference to the game so far. It’s easy to skip that detail in the game itself so props for adding that.
10. Time loves to quote, and this time, he is quoting his future self. I the comic, when he finishes a fight along Wind, he tells him: “In every battle, you have a little more of the look of a hero” which is oddly similar to what he says to his descendant in Twilight Princess: “You have a little more of the look of a hero than you did before”. Not complaining. Any reference to the Hero’s Shade makes me happier.
11. All that conversation between Twilight and the veteran turned into a bunny is full of references to their games that, obviously, happen to be past events in the heroe’s lifes that may or may not have had a big impact on them.
12. Sky being the one to run out of breath. If you have played Skyward Sword you know about the stamina wheel which, ulinke in BotW, can’t be upgraded.
13. Bellum and Vaati references are more than “references”. I frankly doubt someone missed those. However, theres a more sublte reference Four makes while talking to the Rancher. In this scene he talks about Dark Mirrors, this being a reference to his adventures, which Twilight inevitably connects to “his” mirror. (Love also that scene. Easily one of my favourite duos)
I probably have skipped a lot more cause the comic is full of them. I hoped you liked this. If while reading I notice more I make another part, but for now this is what I have. Happy new year btw!!
(I apologise in advance for any spelling mistake. i’m not a native speaker)

Lu little details (1)
It’s the little details what make me hallucinate every single time there’s an update. Now, eventhough I may forget plenty of the ones I noticed while reading or thinking through (and some other I might have missed), I’m gonna try to list some of them.
Im going to focus more on reference-to-games details not little details about the dynamics between the group.
  1. The first posts actually are full of references. Like really full. It would be endless to point out all of them. (Twilight and the soup, Legend and the seagulls, time being the one talking to the fairy, different views of the princess, Wind and the soup too, Twilight quoting Rusl (It’s not the only time), Legend thinking of “a separete world”) My favourite, probably, is Wind asking for Kaepora to repete what he had said. In this category I might add everything she took under consideration when decicing not just their personalities but also even their ages, and all the answers to some questions, being actually incredible the fact that Twi is ambidextrous (Tbh i don’t know what’s actually more impressive, the fact that jojo carefuly has in mind the dominant hand of each Link or the fact that someone, actually managed to notice Twilight would change hands) (Maybe I was not paying attention) (Now, I’m wondering if that drawing of Time shooting it was intentional. Because, if you look carefully, he is actually holding it like a right handed person would)
  2. Wild not knowing about wallmasters. This is the most obvious and straight to the point one of the boys having lived in different Hyrules and having had different adventures, however, in the comics that follow the stroryline you can also get from what they say several times hints of this exact same thing. Anyway, my favourite example of this is Sky asking who Ganon was.
  3. I would add here the different opinions of the Links on different matters (I’ve already mentioned the different views Hyrule and Wild have on the princess). Another example of this would be Wild and Wind “arguing” about Kings of Hyrule. It makes so much sense. (I’m not gonna go down that opinion/personlity lane, but it’s worth mentioning) And Twilight and Legend complaining about knights, all based on the game experiences.
  4. That image of Twilight holding a puppy and Wild, completely unbothered, next to him. I really like that kind of sense of humour, and it’s a funny tiny irrelevant detail that I very much appreciate.
  5. Warriors referencing his game. I think it’s happened three times. First, when they are talking and he hides himself from a lady and Hyrule laughs at him saying it’s the third time he’s done that, because being a lady’s man has already been proven as a danger .Second time, with the traitor little comic (I missed that one, ups). And third, while talking about the master sword and how “believing you are invencible” it’s a dangerous way of thinking. I know all Links actually make references to their respective games, but some other references feel more remarkable.
  6. I almost forget about it. That conversation between Time and Wild about having entered Gerudo Town is another example of diference between the Links. It’s just that this one has a special place in my mind merely because I had never actually thought of that and it’s in fact wonderful how Wild reacts to hearing Time’s approach into granting himself respect and access to the town. Similar to this, due to the fact that it’s straight up linked to Wild, we have that scene where the gerudo outfit is descovered and he gets teased. (Fun fact; I had no actual clue that goron spice was actually a cooking item in botw until I red this. I had never shopped in the Goron City. And yeah, either I had already beaten Ganon or I was about to)
  7. In Lon Lon Ranch, as expected, we also have several references. Being the most noticeable; Malon explaining Hyrule wht they keep sugar water bowls around, the couple’s mask hanging on the wall, or how sky loves cuccos. (A little also “innocent” one may be that Malon straight up mocks her husband’s nose? Being this a reference to the design of the hero of Time)
  8. One that I also skipped (and very much love) is Twilight seeing some kind of resemblance between Time’s Captain’s hat and the Heroe’s Shade. We also see more Majora’s Mask references, being maybe the most obvious one Time saying: “Poor kid... He met a terrible fate”. Like, I can hear the Salesman’s laugh.
I`m gonna leave it here for now evethough there are plenty more nice details that show the attention to detail of this comics. However, maybe it’s better to divide this into more defined categories, such as the different games or even characters. And maybe, that way, I can stress how much I appreciate some of those, because, let me tell you that I could rant on about every single one of this nonstop, specially if it’s related to who they are as characters. There’s in my opinion just too many good things to say about this guys and how the whole group works.
(please, correct any spelling mistake. I’m not a native speaker)

Back with the same (but now it makes more sense)
Remember what I said some time ago about Twilight not dying and all the rant that came with it?
Well, this new update has touched in slight and ridiculusly minimal ways some points again that I had stated before.
1. The simplest and most obvious: Wars is doing Time´s “duty”, who I said, along Legend (due to the leader type thing), would take the lead if both Time and Twilight were not “available”. To be fair this has been seen since Twilight got hit, but now even Time has recognized Wars role in this tense moments they are going through so... Does it prove further my point? (I think it doesn’t much but it’s a good reminder)
2. Time is thinking about future and not in a sweet optimistic way. Let’s be serious. Look at the sequence of images. Sees Twi’s shirt stained with his blood and starts recalling what he was saying when he cut him off. He was talking about legacy, and that leaves him wondering if he meant their bloodline. Remember that Twilight in that moment is about to confess all the Hero’s Shade thing to Time. The legacy and how he will die with regrets.
The fact that all that has been touched makes me wonder if, maybe, just maybe, I’m not that far off. There’s still a side of me who doubts that any Link will die (Yeah, I remember the sheikah text, but is heartbraking), and, on the other hand, there’s a side of me who already has the full movie working around Time’s death (and loves it despite Time being one my favourites)
All this being said I wanna add that, as a person who loves both Time and Malon and loves the fact that they are a established couple since the beginning, let me tell you that I love every single time she or they are brought up. A little bit sad that it’s because the old man is wondering what the future holds for them and not in a optimistic way, because, we as readers, might not know exactly the story of the Hero of Time due to a big blank space that has been left up to theories, but we definitely know his end.

Second part to that other Linked Universe prediction post
If you made it here from the other post thanks for this ride with me!
(Again, I apologize for any spelling or punctuation mistake, I´m not a native speaker)
Given the fact that I can´t use him being one of my favourites as an argument for tumblr (I swear every fricking time, if I like them or find them to be the ones with the common sense they are sentenced.) I have to use another. And that brings us back to storytelling (I know this is pretty subjective, but at this point I´m just trying to convince people with my opinion, not actual facts) Just stop for a moment and think about it. How many subplots would Time`s death open? I will just talk about the ones I´ve thought about.
 1. Twilight. In the first descriptions of the characters it was specified that Time, Twilight, Warriors and Legend have some kind of leader traits. Going further with Legend saying that he is not a leader type and Twilight specifying he feels otherwise. With their leader gone someone should take the place, right? And the first one to come to our lovely minds is Twilight for evident reasons. Just imagine that character arc of him becoming the leader the group needs after overcoming his mentor´s death. Time has always been the one he has looked up to in any situation he was lost in (literally there are panels on which he is seen looking at Time for guidance/approval or waiting to see what he would do), so now imagine him being all alone (”alone” he would have the rest, but not him). There is also a chance of  maybe him going deilusional and having a real hard time trying to get over his loss (How many cool concepts come to mind with that?)
 2. Warriors and Legend. You might be asking yourself. How have this two made it to a Time´s death post and get a special mention apart from the rest? Well, picture the scene for a moment. Time gone, Twilight devastated, but the group needs a leader (there is also that little side of me who wants to see maybe all work without that leader figure, but thats for another post). Needing a new leader and having Twilight off the table for some time with his struggles wouldn´t it be nice to see our lovely captain and his friendly mocking pal, the veteran, working together as leaders. Because, as I said before, it was specified in both cases they have some sort of leader traits. Plus, we have already seen both taking the lead at some point, especially with the newest updates, so it wouldn´t be so crazy or something jojo hasn´t already messed around with. Only, this time, on a greater scale, cause they wouldn´t be taking the lead “momentarily” but for a longer period of time.
3. Malon. Angst. This meaning hurt. I think it´s pretty obvious where I´m going with this one.
As we know Twilight is a descendant of Time so that obviously implies that he and Malon had kids. However we do not see them as parents, and wether I ought to continue with a “yet” or not is not clear yet. Something we know for sure is that Malon has to be pregnant before Time dying or else we would presence one unndoubtedly and utterly unexpected plottwist (Too unexpected in my opinion) So a lot of this thing that readers for some reason tend to like called pain would be inflicted. Just imagine the conversation between Twilight and Malon (Because, yes, Twilight would be the one to deliver the news. Or maybe he wouldn´t due to his own conditions after Time´s loss. Both could be actually really painful if done well)
4. Other. In this category I fit not so relevant but little thoughts I´ve had of the rest of the group while thinking through all this. First one to be mentioned, and maybe worthy of having his own paragraph would be Wild. Being the closest to the guy who is broken due to the loss of his mentor has to be tough, especially when Twilight himself is somewhat that figure for Wild. Would he wonder what it feels like? Technically he knows what it feels like because, right now, he is kind of going through that, so maybe it would be better articulate to say he knows very well what it is like walking on those shoes and not just feels sorry for his friends pain but also understands it very well (also adding all his backstory with the champions) And don´t get me started on the rest of the group who might be more “innocent”. We have already seen Four cry and Twi is not even dead yet.
5. Dark Link Wild theories. And no I don´t mean to imply the theories are wild. Wild has been in the target for some time now for his strange attitude in the latest updates. I´m not going to dive into that. I have never actually really believed that was the case but, to be honest, last update got me thinking something is going down with him and Four. Wether an apology or the confirmation of the theories (maybe both) will not be known until next update. In my opinion I more of an “apologies” girl. I do not know how much the story line has progressed, but having in mind this started as a series of random comic strips to show their interactions and the fact that it´s based on comradery I doubt they are going to get THAT fragmented. At least not that much. Not to the point of Wild being suddenly evil and Twilight dying now. (And if he comes to be, I hope it won´t be for long)
All of that (especially the last paragraph) it´s just my opinion on this matter. Any other thought will be well recieved :)

Linked Universe prediction/theory ig
I don`t usually do this but given the fact that maybe in the next update we finally see the outcome of Twilight's fight with whatever it is that he is fighting against to survive, it may be the last time to say this before everything gets solved. (Even though the theory might be more connected to Time than to Twilight but... well I wanted to do it now)
I´ve seen many thories around wether he was going to live or die but, to be honest, I may be worng, but not a single time have I feared for his life. (Ik it may sound bold but I strongly believe that he is going to be fine. Well, as fine as he can be)
  Having said this, lets start:
This theory is kind of based on basically storytelling. If we just stop and think about it form a writers perspective. Is Twi´s death usefull in any way? Short answer: no. Like, again, I might be completely wrong and jojo shocks me with the next update, but I feel like Twilight dying would not add anything to the comic (I mean, yeah, the drama would be there but...)
Now everyone might be remembering that time long ago when the fans deciphered the sheikah runes Time sees with the mask of Truth. Those claimed someone was going to die, however theres no evidence (I know he is dying right now but let me explain) that Twilight is going to be the one to fill that blank. Yes, I also know that it would be a nice coincidence the fact that it´s Twilight the one dying because it was Time the one who knew someone was going to die... But does he even know what the runes meant? I think it is just something for the fans to get them “excited”(I don´t actually know if this is an argument people use, or if my position on this is already debunked or confirmed. Just... clarifying i guess?).
Keeping this happy coincidence aside, let´s just think about it for a moment. Why would jojo kill one of the links this early? Not talking now about the rancher. Just in general. Why? Why get rid of one of the main characters like that? I am not claiming Twilight is going to get healthy and happy soon, but definitely don´t think he is going to die. Storytelling wise, this arc has to be “logical” in some way doesn´t it? The same way I use storytelling to save myself from fearing Twi´s death I can use it to argue that something has to happen. However not a death. Not now.
If you read the introduction you know that this theory/feeling/prediction was also connected in some way to Time. Now is the time (no pun intended) for that part.
First of all I am going to try and not use storytelling as an argument again (not yet), so lets start with something diferent: logic. Who is the Link that cannonically is dead in one of his appeareances? You guessed it: Time. So it might make sense him dying, right? Again, not now, but... If there´s a Link that is going to die I bet that Time is first on the list.
(I have another post with that part because I don´t really know how long it is going to get)
(I apologize in advance for any spelling mistake)
