Messy Motherhood
Motherhood is filled with challenges, and sometimes trying to balance everything can feel overwhelming.
To every mom out there, remember that it’s okay not to be perfect. In your child’s eyes, you are their best mom, no matter how hard you may be on yourself.
Give yourself grace – you’re doing amazing.

We all experience emotional downfalls at some point in our lives, often beginning when we face challenges in early adulthood. In the past, there wasn't as much pressure, allowing most children to lead relatively balanced lives. However, the situation has changed significantly in recent years. Nowadays, children are increasingly experiencing anxiety, depression, and various other mental health disorders due to the demands of modern lifestyles, the influence of social media, and the pressure to achieve success at a young age.
The intense competition they encounter from an early age can negatively impact their mental well-being, sometimes leading to suicidal thoughts. Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, and I chose to focus on children because they are among the most vulnerable in our society. They are the future, and if they struggle with emotional regulation, it will be difficult for them to grow into healthy individuals capable of navigating society.
This is why it is crucial for parents to understand the rising child suicide rates and learn what steps they can take to help. You can read a more detailed article on this topic here. I hope these insights provide guidance if you encounter a child in distress around you.
