- I feel the need to say now that I haven’t rewatched the first two seasons, so my memory might be a little off with some past plot lines and stuff

- I don’t really care about Brooklyn’s character tbh, but Kiersten Kelly is such a good actress and I love her so I’m glad she gets more time to shine

- Ugh I hate when the Nublar 6 are split up cause it means jumping back and forth between the groups

- damn I’m flying through this season

- Kenji might be my favorite character in this season/show

- This show would be amazing if it were pg-13. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still my favorite show, but it would be cool if we saw blood and stuff

I think Creature Commandos is one of the first shows I’ve seen in a very long time where every main character (except Eric) is likeable.

Nina reminds me so much of myself, she’s so timid and I can’t wait to see more of her personality as the show progresses.

Bride’s attitude but her loyalty to her friends, especially after learning her tragic backstory, sets her up for such an interesting dynamic with each member of the group.

GI’s backstory, his loyalty to his cause, ugh I love him.

Weasel should not be as cute as he is considering how fugly he looked in The Suicide Squad, but after that one episode I just want to hold him.

Dr. Phosphorus is hilarious and ruthless, truly my favorite type of character, but I just know he’s gonna have the most heartbreaking backstory and I can’t wait.

Even Rick Flag, the only “person” is interesting! As a leader, especially with how he views each of the “monsters” in the team. I’m hoping we get some sort of backstory episode, especially because (I’m assuming) his son is Rick Flag from both Suicide Squad movies, I want to hear about their relationship.

And, even though I hate him, I have to admit that Eric is a fairly well-written character. His motives are clear, his backstory helps us further understand who he is, and he has some very funny lines of dialogue!!

Sure, not everyone will agree with me, but I truly think Creature Commandos is one of the best DC shows animated shows to come out in a very long time with characters as unique as this.

CHAOS THEORY SPOILERS!!!!

I think the reason I dislike Zayna so much is because it felt like the writers wasted her. Like yes, I always dislike when a random character is a completely different age than the rest of the group, and I definitely wish we got another season of Camp Fam together and relying on just each other.

However, Zayna could’ve been used as such a great plot device.

Think about it: Zay is 14, roughly the same age as the campers were during the first season of Camp Cretaceous. We could’ve gotten moments of them experiencing PTSD or anxiety when Zayna’s in danger. We could’ve seen them having flashbacks or opening up about their time surviving on the islands and how it affected them.

Similarly, she could’ve been used for Sammy to open up about her family struggles. I know we saw her tearing up when she hugged Animata, but wouldn’t it be great if she talked to Zayna about being away from family?

I just feel like there’s so much the writers could’ve done with her to progress the story, but instead she was just kinda annoying and like a tour guide.

Ok, I’m doing a little season 1 rewatch because CHAOS THEORY SEASON 2 COMES OUT TOMORROW!!!!! And it’s just crazy how much better the quality got from the og show to Chaos Theory. Like, no hate to Camp Cretaceous, but the animation, the camera angles, the backgrounds are all just 100 times better than CC. I truly love animation.

So I watched the first 3 seasons of Misfits, and I finished Umbrella Academy, and I'm waiting for season 2 of Chaos Theory. I'm completely out of things to watch.

Ok, I know I don't really post anything Umbrella Academy related, but I binged season 4 and I have... a lot of thoughts.

Unpopular opinion, but I liked the ending. The entire season I was telling myself how cool it would be if the world actually ended or if Five, Viktor, or Ben died. I think it was nice seeing that the end of the world really was inevitable, and that every time they tried to fix it they just fucked it up even more.

However, I think the ending was one of the only decent parts of the season. The whole season felt very rushed and I felt like some of the characters were written poorly. 6 1-hour episodes were not enough to bring this show to a satisfying conclusion, in my opinion. I liked the idea of the Keepers, but it felt like the build-up with them needed more time.

I did like Allison, Klaus, and Claire's little dynamic a lot, but with more episodes we really could've seen how much Klaus was caring for Claire, how Allison helped Klaus, etc.

And I might be mistaken, but I felt like Luther and Diego were much closer this season than in the other 3, with no real reason for it. Of course, I haven't seen the other 3 seasons in a long time, but their whole relationship felt a little out of place.

Speaking of out of place relationships, WHAT THE FUCK was up with Lila and Five??? I literally hand to first 4 episodes going "I'm so glad they're friends, I like their friendship" because I could see the romantic tension and I was so against it. One of my favorite things about seasons 2 and 3 was the relationship between Lila and Diego, but they just felt like completely different people in a completely different relationship.

I also liked seeing new/upgraded powers, like Klaus being able to fly and stuff, but Lila's laser eyes felt unnecessary. Also, I spent that entire season waiting for Allison to say "I heard a rumor" and we never got it. (I might have missed it if she did say it)

Lastly, I did like that Ben had a big role this season, I'm especially excited that he was the cause of the apocalypse. However, I hated the whole "Bennifer" plot. Instead of it being powers or some sort of force like the previous seasons, this apocalypse was caused by a monster. I think it would've been cool to see Ben and Jennifer act more like the apocalypse in the 3rd seasons, if that makes sense.

In conclusion, I think this was a bad final season. They should've ended in season 3 with an extra episode or two, or they should've re-done season 4 and made it actually seem like it belongs in the show.
