Today’s video is based on an old idea I have since a year ago. I drew it once with watercolor pencils but found the result dissatisfied. So today I used watercolor and painted the idea again.

Reading is the image of a 1920s young lady, who was on her way to another party with friends. As she waited for her friends, she spent some precious time finishing her book before joining another wild night.

Throughout the process of this video, as I struggled to draw and paint, I figured out a lot of different things and learned them from my own mistakes. I hope what I share could bring you something of use as well. If not, let us relax, listen to some chill music and draw together!

Halloween 2023 ✨🌙🖤 I joined a small fair in Hanoi and got to meet new friends, worked on marketing for myself and my friends, and finally I got to practice my social skills! It was a really great time!

“Under the moon” - from sketch to finish (Part 2)

Though I was satisfied with many parts of the painting, I did realize there were much to improve and change. I need to be more attentive to certain details and stay more patient.

One of my struggles at all time, is to focus and not rush into the final stage. I definitely need to spend more time on future works!

This is one of the biggest paintings I have ever done. Since my space is small and I had no drawing board as big as this paper, to paint I had to hang it over my bed. It was truly a process and challenge to me. But the result was satisfying.

"Her confidence"

This is an old work that I created during 2022. During this time, I had learnt to make peace with and love my own femininity. I have ever since found myself more creative than ever with a new mindset. And till now I continue to work on the topic. I want to create art that tells of people's emotions, espcially ones that are soft and feminine, at the same time, strong and bold.

Today’s video is about my favorite couple from The Double series, again, LOL! I just love their chemistry and this song. The song’s name means Return Home, so sweet and sad at the same time.

Today’s video is a fan art idea I have in my head for the character named Lady Boyle from Dishonored game. She was but a side player in the whole political system of Dishonored and existed just to be eliminated. Either ending you choose for her, she would have a tragic end. So I somehow find this character presence very fascinating even though short-lived.
